V současném ekonomickém prostředí je velmi silný tlak na inovace jednotlivých softwarových výrobců, poskytovatelů služeb v oblasti IT či systémových integrátorů. Předmětem konkurenčního boje se nestává produkt nebo služba jako taková, ale i forma jejího zajištění a obchodní model, který definuje kvalitu a cenu pro zákazníka. V posledních letech zaznamenáváme vzestupnou tendenci výrobců / dodavatelů softwaru nabídnout dodávku software přímo formou služby tzv. Software as a Service neboli on-demand. Primárním cílem této diplomové práce je přispět k rozvoji teoretické základny modelů Software as s Service s hlavním zaměřením na oblast kancelářských aplikací pro segment malých a středně velkých firem.

This diploma thesis demonstrates the importance of the internet sales in today's world, using an example of the real world company, Triola, which specializes in lingerie manufacturing. Objective of this thesis is behavioral analysis of the company's customers, followed by evaluation of this knowledge which results into recommendations on how to optimize internet sales and how to enhance the design and functionality to achieve this. Analysis and its evaluation are both based on the latest research in this field, which describes the customer's motivation for the internet shopping and the correlation between web design and impulsive shopping. Part of the analysis is also the comparison of trends in behavior of customers all across the world with customers from Czech Republic and with customers of Triola company, trying to identify trends that will likely affect the Triola company in the future. The thesis also comes up with important information about the customers of the Triola company and possible evolution of the internet sales and shows the different approaches for the Triola to take, in order to make internet shopping a pleasant experience for its customers and to raise the internet sales rates as a result.

This work addresses one of the biggest players on the Internet - Google and especially its tool for creating PPC ads. The first part concerns the most important aspects of the current internet marketing sphere and the second part is devoted to a specific topic of creating campaigns through Google Adwords and their subsequent success analysis by using already established metrics.

Descripción para el repositorio: El webinar se llevó a cabo el viernes 21 de mayo a las 3:00 p. m. y contó con la participación de José Samuel Saavedra Pacotaipe, especialista en alfabetización informacional y en plataformas de acceso abierto. Explicó los problemas que se presentan cuando realizamos búsquedas en Google, desarrolló el concepto de infoxicación y cómo identificamos que hemos realizado una buena búsqueda. Luego, procedió a explicar los comandos más relevantes para hacer búsquedas precisas en Google como: uso de comillas, uso de símbolos de suma, uso de símbolo de resta, typefile, define, uso de símbolo de asterisco y allintitle, entre otros. Realizó diversas demostraciones y combinaciones de los comandos para mostrar su utilidad. La sesión terminó con la absolución de las consultas de los asistentes.

El webinar estuvo a cargo de David Quispe Riveros, Bibliotecólogo Gestor de Contenidos en CONCYTEC. El ponente realizó una breve introducción al concepto de Acceso Abierto (Open Access) y explicó las modalidades concretas a través de las que esta iniciativa se despliega (Ruta dorada, ruta verde, ruta bronce e híbrida). Además, presentó las principales características y funcionalidades de Google Académico y Microsoft Academic, como medios para explorar la producción académica en general. También mostró los principales repositorios nacionales y latinoamericanos para buscar tesis y artículos, así como algunas herramientas como Open Access Button y Unpaywall, las cuales nos permiten buscar y recuperar documentos publicados en acceso abierto.
