O mercado imobiliário produz muitas áreas de lazer supondo atender as necessidades e desejos dos futuros usuários. Ao abordar esse universo, é possível perceber um descompasso entre o que os moradores sentem e desejam para seus espaços livres do cotidiano, e o que os agentes envolvidos projetam e implantam. Além da problemática supracitada, a apropriação das referidas áreas guarda relações com os espaços livres públicos, sendo necessária, portanto, sua contextualização na cidade. Esta dissertação tem por objetivo analisar a utilização das áreas de lazer nos pavimentos térreos dos condomínios residenciais em São Paulo, com ênfase na região leste da cidade. Para tal, contribuíram as informações obtidas em pesquisas de avaliação de uso, a saber: questionários, grupos focais e entrevistas. A opinião dos moradores após a entrega e apropriação dos espaços coletivos nas áreas condominiais instigou a pesquisa em outras esferas de conhecimento. Nesse sentido, este trabalho investiga os conceitos da vida cotidiana e os demais agentes do complexo mecanismo de construção da cidade. Espera-se poder instigar e promover uma visão crítica sobre a realidade dos espaços projetados, entendendo ser este trabalho uma contribuição inicial para tão complexo assunto. Em última análise, esta dissertação espera contribuir para que pesquisadores e profissionais, entendendo melhor esse universo, projetem para o morador espaços que agreguem valor ao seu dia a dia. / The real estate market produces many recreational areas assuming they match the needs and wishes of future users. In addressing this universe, it is possible to perceive a gap between what residents feel and want for their open spaces of everyday life, and what involved agents design and set up. Besides the problems mentioned above, the settlement of these areas keep relations with public open spaces, and it is therefore necessary to contextualize it in the city. This dissertation aims to analyze the use of recreational areas in the ground floor of residential condominiums in São Paulo, with emphasis in the city east region. To this end there has been the contribution of information gathered in inquiries on use evaluation, such as quests, focus groups and interviews. The opinion of residents after the delivery and settlement of community areas in condominiums prompted research into other spheres of knowledge. Thus, this study investigates the concepts of everyday life and the other contributors in the complex process of building the city. It is expected to instigate and to promote a critical view about the reality of designed spaces, understanding this work as an initial contribution to such a complex subject. Ultimately, this dissertation hopes to contribute to researchers and professionals, who, with a better understanding of this universe, design spaces for residents that afford value to their everyday life

This thesis addresses of construction design of new building multifunctional house. Multifunctional house is consists of subterranean garage, hairdresser, cafe and 36 residential units. The building has a cellar and 6 floors and it is covered with a flat roof.

Project of a hotel complex in a golf area. There are projected three detached buildings placed in surroundings of golf course. The main building, where a restaurant and a conference hall are placed, has a single storey and green roof. The buildings with guest rooms are designed as single-storey buildings with gable roof. Each room has its own entrance from outside. The buildings are designed from Porotherm system and insulated with certified insulation system.

The object of interest of this diploma thesis is the processing of technical-construction part of the project documentation for the realization of the four-storey office building with two commercial premises on the ground floor. The building is cellarless, shape of the ground plan is rectangular. The fourth floor is receded over the others and there is an outdoor terrace, facing south, the remaining part of fourth floor is made up of flat vegetation roof. The support system is composed of steel concrete skeleton with a reinforcing core. Infill walling are made of ceramic fittings. The building is insulated with mineral wool and ceramic facade system.

Diploma thesis is focused on the nursery schools project, which has two floors with a partial basement. Project documentation is at the level of construction execution. The building is located in the district of Frýdek-Místek, in the cadastral Palkovice. Part of the nursery are four units for children and facilities for the operation of the school. Nursery school is a brick of ceramic shaped Porotherm Profi on a masonry foam DRYFIX. The perimeter and interior bearing walls has a thickness of 300 mm, indoor walls are made of bricks PTH 11.5 Profi TL. 115 mm. On the basement walls are concrete block used shuttering tl. 300 mm. Foundation line are made of plain concrete. Ceiling creates the filigree plate with over concrete and the total thickness. is 250 mm. The roof of the buildding is a single-layer flat-lined brick parapet height of 500 mm. There are three prefabricated double staircase and a passenger lift. Lots of flat character is located at an altitude of 314,000 m above sea level Access to land is from the north side. The two main entrances to the building on the north and east facade. In the central part of the building are located facilities for staff and kitchen facilities. Staff entrance is on the south side. Preparing meals is two floors with windows facing north. Between the first and second above ground floor are designed 3 lifts. At the central part directly linked to the two wings of the building. In each wing there are two departments that can accommodate 20 children. The total capacity of the nursery school will therefore be 80 childdren.

This diploma thesis solves a hotel in Třebíč, street Svabinského. The hotel is designed as four-storey, building with a basement, with warm flat roof over the fourth floor and terrace on the fourth floor. The hotel has 20 rooms with a total capacity of 44 persons. In the hotel is a restaurant for guests hotel. External walls in basement are made of concrete blocks. External walls in above-ground floors are made of brick blocks Heluz with external thermal insulation. Plot is planar. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safery assessment.

The aim of master´s thesis is a design of newly medical facility – psychiatric hospital for long – term mentally ill persons. This work aims to develop project documentation for building construction. The object is on almost flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a quiet part of city Czech Budweis. The house has two above ground and is partial basement. The object is designed in a technology of Heluz system. The construction of the roof consists warm flat roof. Tha main entrance is oriented to the east. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new psychiatric hospital in worked up with six structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program AutoCad.

Diploma thesis deals with a new polyfunctional building with in the town Třebíč. The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. It is detached building with five above-ground floors and one basement. Spaces that are used to operate on the first floor and second floor are operationally separated. Three floors are intended for occupancy 30 – 40 persons.

The topic of my final thesis is a design of a new building prison. The building is designed as prison with supervision. The building is situated on a flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a city of Jindřichův Hradec. The building has three above-gound floors and one underground floor. The building is designed of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall system. The roof is made as warm flat roof. The main entrance is west-facing. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of the new building is worked up with six structural details. Drawing part was processed in a computer program ArchiCAD.
