Cílem práce je identifikovat švédské kulturní standardy z českého pohledu. Tyto standardy pak mohou být užitečnou součástí interkulturních tréninků připravovaných pro české manažery, podnikatele a pracovníky, kteří se budou připravovat na konfrontaci a komunikaci se Švédy nebo na delší pobyt ve Švédsku. Vytvořené švédské kulturní standardy také obsahují rady a doporučení pro efektivnější a účinnější komunikaci se Švédy, které je možné aplikovat jak v pracovním tak i osobním styku. Teoretická část se věnuje procesům sociální interakce a interkulturní komunikace a dále konceptům kulturních dimenzí a kulturních standardů.

Hlavním cílem dipolomové práce byla snaha uplatnit všechny teoretické znalosti získané v průběhu studia na Vysoké škole ekonomické. Využití těchto znalostí při konkrétní aplikaci implementace systému řízení jakosti podle požadavků normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000. Za tímto účelem byla provedena analýza plnění požadavků normy, odhaleny příslušné odchylky a navřena možná řešení těchto nedostatků.Na závěr práce byl navržen model příručky systému řízení jakosti.

The first chapter specifies accounting at the very outset, principal terms and factors relating to book-keeping methods, basics requirements for individual accounting forms, data creation, their development, techniques of accountings recordings in all their forms - without using writing, with using writing up to letterpress. Chapter two describes beginning of ancients nations, accounting development and expansion (Babylonit, Egypt, Crete, Izrael, Arabic nations, Phoenician nation, India. Characterization of development in old Greece and Rome includes separate chapters. The third chapter analyzes double-entry accounting development in Europe. Italian book-keeping and books of accounts have here a pivotal part. Particular subchapters are focused on advanced italian book-keepings forms in Germany, England and France. Chapter four solves computers issue in general and identifies instruments envelope from abakus till mechanical machines. Subsequent subchapter describes particular sorts of data carriers. Chapter five describes computers in individual generations -- their technical and technological parameters. Chapter six analyzes PC utilization for, impacts of using information and communication technologies in accounting. Is divided into two parts -- mechanization and automatization.. In the first part "Mechanization" are described individual machines, which were used. In the second part "Automatization" are described two basic data processing acesses. The last chapter describes demanding procees of selection of the right accounting software and determines individual selection criterions.

High Treason and Treason against the Homeland in the History of Czech Law Key words High Treason, Treason, History Abstract The diploma thesis "High Treason and Treason against the Homeland in the History of Czech Law" deals with two constitutional and criminal law institutes, which seem similar at first glance. These notions have appeared relatively abundantly in the history of Czech law and their meaning and definition have undergone several significant changes. Hence, the objective of this study is to provide, inter alia, a sufficiently detailed description of the historical development of both institutes in these intertwined branches of law. The descriptive historical part constitutes the basis for the second comprehensive part, a legal comparison between high treason and treason against the homeland either in each of the relevant branches or across them. The final chapter of the thesis, which is based on current knowledge, makes a comparison between these notions in the present Czech and Austrian law. This master's thesis is about the history of the harp and the harpists of New Zealand. Thanks to the journals of the Harp Society of New Zealand, information will be found out about who the Harp Society of New Zealand are, what is the purpose of their organisation and what are their past, current and future projects. Through the information found in the journals and the interviews conducted with New Zealand harpists and the family members of past harpists, there will be chapters that discuss the international harpists that toured New Zealand and the national harpists of the past and the present in New Zealand. There are also chapters that talk about the other important people who have contributed to the harp world in New Zealand. A comparison is also made between the life of a harpist from the past to a present-day harpist and that includes past and current teaching methods on the harp in New Zealand. To conclude this thesis, the final chapter will compare two solo harp pieces by two New Zealand composers. This comparison will show how these composers use the harp to create a unique voice to express New Zealand music.

In this study I will consider the instrumentation for three central movements of Heinrich Schutz's late work, Historia der freuden- und gnadenreichen Geburt Gottes und Marien Sohnes Jesu Christi, SWV 435, commonly called Weihnachtshistorie, to see whether there exists only one possible instrumental complement for the fourth Intermedium, or scene - two violine and one bassoon, as in primary source material and many editions - or whether it may be equally or even more valid to assign the coloristic consort lines to two sackbuts (trombones, in modern application) and a bassoon. In so doing, I will address a select but typical set of decisions that preparing a Schutz work engenders, in order to equip conductors to apply similar methodology and evidence when approaching works of this composer and of the early Baroque era in general.I will demonstrate that using three sackbuts in an historically enlightened performance - or trombones, their modern analogues - would be preferable to the violine and bassoon the extant manuscript prescribes in the fourth Intermedium (each Intermedium consists of sinfonia [optional], recitative, and chorus) of Heinrich Schutz's Weihnachtshistorie.

The present thesis deals with a renovation of a log house located in the Beskydy mountains, in the municipality of Morávka. The thesis involved gathering all available information about the previous renovations of the house throughout its existence. In order to provide as accurate output as practically possible, the house was measured and basic drawings were prepared. This included local humidity measurement and determination of fungal hyphae occurrence in identified structures using the Cartwright method. The crucial part of the thesis was the overall evaluation of the current condition of the house wooden elements, incl. the description of the defects and evaluation of their extent. All the activities mentioned above lead to the resulting objective of the thesis, i.e. designs of the log house renovation.

Diese Arbeit besteht hauptsächlich aus Informationen aus historischen Materialien, Preislisten vor allem Baumschulen. Der erste Teil beschreibt die historische, politische und kulturelle Situation in der Tschechischen Republik. Der Hauptpunkt wird hauptsächlich die Zusammenfassung und Bewertung des historisches Sortiment der Laubbäume und Sträucher und desen Verwendung. Im letzten Abschnitt wurde im Vergleich zu dem zeitgenössischen Sortiment der Laubbäume und Sträucher vorhanden. Die Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit sind die Verbreitung und Verfügbarkeit von historisches Sortiment aus dem späten 19. und die erste Hälfte des 20. Jahrhundert in gegenwärtige Angeboten von Baumschulen.

This thesis represents the culmination of years of work, dealing with the description, locating, inventory, photographs and mapping of protected trees in the district of Kutna Hora. Altogether, hundred and five memorial trees has been mapped and the work is completed with a proposal of six new trees that complement and thereby close the entire set of work that addresses memorial trees in the district of Kutna Hora. These documents will be forwarded to the competent authorities to ensure subsequent legislative action. The result of the thesis is a proposal of six major tree species on declaration of memorable trees which all the background data for the declaration has been prepared for by the competent authorities of these trees nature conservation. The proposed trees are four pieces and two avenues. A detailed documentation including geographic focus, according to inventory methodology Pejchal (2008), a detailed photographic documentation and localization of the proposed tree maps, has been created for each proposed memorial tree. The proposed solitary trees are 2 heart-shaped linden (Tilia cordata), oak (Quercus robur) and London Plane (Platanus x acerifolia). The first of the proposed alley consists of 39 heart-shaped linden (Tilia cordata) and the second proposed alley consists of about 390 deciduous larches (Larix decidua). A complete documentation for the initiation of administrative proceedings on their publication memorable trees has been established for all the proposed species. Proposed trees are supported by a memorable photographs and maps with precise location.
