RNDr. Martina Bečvářová, Ph.D. Abstract: Josef Úlehla (1852-1933) was an important Czech teacher, he taught mathematics and natural sciences at primary and secondary schools in Moravia. He wrote a number of monographs, textbooks, articles and translations of foreign language publications. This thesis describes Úlehla's life, brings the detail analysis and evaluation of his mathematical works and mentions his other publications. Práce se zabývá oborem českého lázeňství, podmínkami podnikání v této oblasti a především faktory určujícími konkurenceschopnost českého lázeňství v podmínkách EU. Praktická část zkoumá konkurenceschopnost konkrétního podniku-Lázeňského Sanatoria Royal Mariánské Lázně a.s. Zde je východiskem situační analýza mikro a makroprostředí společnosti, dále analýza jednotlivých částí marketingového mixu společnosti, managementu lázeňské destinace. Aktuální podmínky českého lázeňství v rámci EU jsou charakterizovány z pohledu legislativního, z hlediska financování, struktury lázeňské péče, počtu, struktury a indikací hostů. V práci jsou užity tyto metody- situační analýza, syntéza pomocí SWOT analýzy, PEST analýza pro zhodnocení externích vlivů a analýza marketingového mixu.

Práce analyzuje informace o evropském družstevnictví ve vybraných zemích, kterými jsou Norsko, Švédsko, Dánsko a Finsko, ve kterých je popsán systém a formy družstevních organizací, právní podmínky a základní znaky činnosti těchto družstevních systémů.

The objective of this thesis is to provide an overview of history and development of American opera, ie opera in the territory of today´s USA, in the 20th century. It is a chronological overview of the main influences that shaped this development. It focuses on turning moments, historical milestones, significant opera composers and their core works. It notes the distinction between American and European musical traditions and focuses on the specifics of American opera art. This thesis was created by a compilation method based on several professional works by leading American musicologists and scholars in the field of cultural history. The reason for creating this work is the absence of any more inclusive or more comprehensive literature in the Czech language, which deals with this topic.

The author first draws attention to hermeneutic difficulties of the subject. These include e. g. a distinction between (1) the theological language of the church, which can be found in the NT in the form of many various images of the church, and (2) the NT passages intended to talk about the church as a religious organization, to target church ethics and so on. In the NT, however, the perfect distinction between the two areas is not always possible. Methodically, the work conceives the New Testament church to live in a dynamic space formed with various axes between different poles. Therefore, the NT church is not described here using certain typical attributes, but it is viewed in the dynamic space of "tensions between poles". This diploma thesis deals with an eagle owl as a model species for environmental education. The first part focuses on this species and how it was perceived in the past and the possible reasons for its pursuit. The second part focuses on the progressive return of this owl to Czech nature and legal measures to protect it. In the third part the thesis focuses on the presence of eagle owl in neighbouring countries of the Czech Republic and their latest states and legal measures. The last and practical part is focused on the perception of secondary forestry students and grammar school students on the return of selected vertebrates to Czech nature. This part focuses mainly on comparing the perception of eagle owl to other vertebrates in Czech nature.

<p>Temaet for dette arbeidet er framveksten og utviklinga av eit fenomen med mange namn, men som med eit overordna begrep her blir kalla vaksenopplæring. I røynda er det eit begrep som høyrer til tida etter 1945, medan folkeopplysning vil vere det dekkande ordet for tida før. Som tittelen på avhandlinga seier er det utviklinga frå folkeopplysning til vaksenopplæring som blir skildra. Denne begrepsutviklinga har parallellar i andre språksamfunn, t.d. i Sverige der ein talar om folkbildning og vuxenutdanning og i Tyskland der begrepsbruken har endra seg frå Volksbildung til Erwachsenenbildung.1 Det samlande begrepet i engelsk språkbruk er <i>adult education</i>. Det dekkjer praksisfeltet, fagfeltet og forskingsfeltet og omfattar i tillegg både <i>education</i> og <i>learning</i> frå det heilt uformelle til det formelle. Dette engelske begrepet har eksistert i to hundre år, og eg vil her bruke vaksenopplæring (i tillegg til folkeopplysning) for alle periodar.</p>

<p>Tema for denne avhandlingen er krigføring og politisk kultur i nordisk høy-middelalder. Arbeidet er et resultat av to målsettinger. Én har vært å foreta en analyse av militære konflikter i nordisk høymiddelalder. Den andre har vært å bruke analysen av militære konflikter som kilde til kunnskap om periodens politiske kultur. Den empiriske undersøkelsen består av en analyse av de mellomnordiske konfliktene i perioden 1286-1319. Perioden innledes med mordet på den danske kongen Erik Klipping i Finderup i 1286 og avsluttes med inngåelsen av det norsksvenske kongefellesskapet i 1319. Mordet i Finderup var den utløsende faktor til en kraftig intensivering av de mellomnordiske konfliktene. Med inngåelsen av det norsksvenske kongefellesskapet markerte året 1319 en avslutning på konfliktene. Ved utgangen av 1319 var også alle de sentrale aktørene døde eller i politisk eksil.</p>
