Bodega + Alojamiento Vitivinícola en Lunahuaná / Winery + Hotel in Lunahuana

Rodríguez Villar, André Javier 29 May 2020 (has links)
The thesis project, in question, consists of a wine and tourism complex located in the Cañete Valley, in Lunahuaná. The objective of the project is to respond to a lack of modern equipment that contemplates the latest trends in the architecture of wine cellars and hotels in rural areas such as the valley. This project responds to this lack due to the fact that in Peru there is recognition for our drinking flag of El Pisco, but this is not reflected in the existing infrastructure. That is why this research is carried out through motivations and intentions, current problems, emphasis on architectural concepts and theories, history of its architectural typology, analysis and comparison with referential projects, analysis and selection of the best terrain; and all the analysis and calculation of the users that will intervene, as well as the necessary environments that the project will contemplate. With all this research and information analysis, we proceeded to generate an architectural proposal located on the selected land, which could respond to such problems and motivations discussed above to achieve a complete architecture project. / Tesis

Using GIS-based Multi-criteria Analysis for holiday resort site selection in Weihai, China

Liu, Meichen, Xia, Xiaolin January 2011 (has links)
Nowadays, GIS techniques have been widely used in every walk of life. Owing to the rapid urban growth, it is of importance to plan and develop the cities in a reasonable and scientific way. As a result, optimum sites of different constructions should be considered to make full use of land resources and optimize urban structure. Although the traditional field-survey method is important, GIS-based multi-criteria analysis (MCA) provides a more reasonable and scientific way in site selection issue. Weihai, our study area, is one of the fastest developing coastal cities in China. Owing to the rapid urban expansion, Weihai government municipality planned to develop the Poyu town into a new district with multifunctions. In consideration of its advantages in natural resources and geographic position, a holiday resort is proposed. In the aim of applying GIS-based MCA in site selection, this thesis would present an experiment to select the optimal site for a holiday resort with the help of GIS techniques. The data used in this project is a satellite image and digital elevation data of Poyu town. The satellite image has been digitized to obtain the current land use map, based on which constraint maps and factor maps have been made to make preparation of multi-criteria analysis. Finally, the multi-criteria analysis model has been made. The weights for multi-criteria analysis are obtained from the advice of experienced people in Weihai Planning Bureau and also earlier studies on the site selection. There are three sets of weights based on three themes that have been used in this project. The three themes which were fruit-picking theme, seascape and seafood theme as well as leisure and recreation theme were decided based on the results of the questionnaire. Through the discussions of the results, a final selected site for the holiday resort was determined. It includes the optimal site for the main part focusing on both fruit picking theme and leisure and recreation theme and also the optimal site for an accessory part focusing on seascape and seafood theme. The final section concludes the general project work, its perspectives and the function of GIS-based MCA in site selection.

Pomykalová, Andrea January 2014 (has links)
This thesis presents the use of the uppermost place in Znojmo - Hradište . The objective was to create a center of archeology at the heart of Hradiště with connection to cycling and walking routes , but also attract visitors and revive the whole Znojmo. Archeological museum needs three functions ( research, culture , recreation) that complement each other . The main gist of the division is the fact that cultural are is created by research but used by recreational areas. There are designed three buildings , each of which has a different function. In account is the historic environment and the overall concept of settlement. The area is designed with the aim of developing and transferring nature of philosophy from archeology to architecture. Buildings in the south notionally closed top shape and follows on shape neighboring monastery.Division into two units allow connection of streets Mašovická and Křižovnické . Schematic plan view of the southern part of the site is designed with the recreational areas in shapes inspired by human bone under a microscope. Culture uilding located in the northern part of the site follows the curvature of the final contour . By using complementary cultural remains ( foundations ) Moravian stone church , the highlighted field . Inspiration unit is based on archaeological finds ruins . The building is divided into several unequal masses, each of which performs a specific function . Trying transcript archaeological finds in architecture is also designed in detail. The proportions of wall and grassy areas before entering the cultural building is inspired by the shape and proportions of the graves that were found at the Great Moravian Slavic necropolis .
