Jedan pristup generisanju izvršnih softverskih specifikacija informacionog sistema / An Approach to Generating Executable Software Specifications of an Information System

Banović Jelena 13 May 2010 (has links)
Time je omogućeno&nbsp;da se, u vrlo kratkom roku, izgeneriše funkcionalan&nbsp;korisnički interfejs za prikaz i ažuriranje podataka.</p> / <p>The aim of the research presented in this work is a modeling and&nbsp;formal presentation of an approach to the problem of generating&nbsp;executable software specifications of an information system. A&nbsp;specification of common user interface models is provided by&nbsp;defining the appropriate repository definitions. Practical application&nbsp;of the approach is provided by the implementation of an&nbsp;application generator as a part of IIS*Case tool. It provides&nbsp;automated generation of the prototypes that are very close to the&nbsp;final implementation of the system applications. By this, it is&nbsp;possible to efficiently generate dynamic user interface for data&nbsp;presentation and database update operations.</p>

Using Web Services for Transparent Access to Distributed Databases

Schneider, Jan, Cárdenas, Héctor, Talamantes, José Alfonso January 2007 (has links)
This thesis consists of a strategy to integrate distributed systems with the aid of web services. The focus of this research involves three subjects, web services and distributed database systems and its application on a real-life project. For defining the context in this thesis, we present the research methodology that provides the path where the investigation will be performed and the general concepts of the running environment and architecture of web services. The mayor contribution for this thesis is a solution for the Chamber Trade in Sweden and VNemart in Vietnam obtaining the requirement specification according to the SPIDER project needs and our software design specification using distributed databases and web services. As results, we present the software implementation and the way or software meets and the requirements previously defined. For future web services developments, this document provides guidance for best practices in this subject.

Metode transformacija šema baza podataka u obezbeđenju reinženjeringa informacionih sistema / Methods of Database Schema Transformations in Support of the Information System Reengineering Process

Aleksić Slavica 30 November 2013 (has links)
The goal of the research presented in this paper is to formally specify approaches to transformation of database specifications between different data models. The transformations are then to be implemented and tested using a CASE tool for modelling information systems and databases. Following this goal, a methodological approach is defined together with a software named IIS*Ree that provides a high level of automation of the information system reengineering process. The IIS*Ree software, developed in accordance to MDSD principles, generates database schemas specified in a target, conceptual or implementation data model, as well as application prototypes.</p>

End-to-End Application Billing in 3G / End-to-End Application Billing in 3G

Chaudry, Kashif, Karadza, Elma January 2002 (has links)
<p>We have 3G on the doorstep but nothing seems to attract ordinary people to this technology. To attract the mass market the telecom industry must show something beyond high bit rates. They must show how ordinary people can take advantage of this new technology. This is done by showing the possibilities of the new technology and by demonstrating applications that it will handle. The telecom industry must convince the telecom operators to invest in this technology and the only thing that matters to them is how much revenue they can make by adopting the upcoming technology. </p><p>To convince the operators industry must show how the operators can charge for the new types of applications that will be introduced soon. This is the main reason why this Master's Thesis has been conducted. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a demonstration to Ericsson's 3G lab in Katrineholm in the form of an IP application with a billing solution. This thesis describes the migration from 1G to 3G and examines existing and future billing strategies as well. </p><p>The IP application is an application that uses progressive streaming in order to stream multimedia content to a PDA connected to a 3G phone. This application is platform independent because it is placed on leading Web servers, Apache and IIS. </p><p>The billing application consists of a number of steps. The first step is logging, which is performed by the Web server on which the streaming application is placed. Rapportverktyg : Till mätsystemet Perception

Glimmerdahl, Michael January 2021 (has links)
The overall purpose of this project is to create a tool that will be able to generate reports for measurements and calculations performed by the Perception system. At present, this is a manual procedure that is both time-consuming, inefficient, and increases the risk of error. Since Perception is developed in C#, the reporting tool will be developed in ASP.NET Core with C# based on the MVC pattern and all data will be stored in Microsoft's SQL server. Transfer of data between systems will be handled by export files that Perception can generate as well as a self-developed import function in the reporting tool. With a few simple settings and options, the operators will be able to generate reports for the selected project and then copy them to the final report. Initial work with design and usability, based on the existing graphic profile, will result in an application that significantly facilitates the work of producing test reports. To make the design appealing, Bootstrap and self-written CSS will be used and to make the user experience as good as possible, JavaScript and AJAX will be used together with jQuery and thus be able to provide relevant information without the need of page reload. Focus will be placed on validating imported data to ensure that correct information is available and stored in the database. To further help the users, relevant messages will show status both in case of problems but also in case of successful procedures.
