Reporting and its analysis in Šroubárna Kyjov, spol. s r.o is the subject of this thesis. It begins with theoretical part to present the topic. Furthermore, current situation in the company is analysed in detail. Based on results of previous parts practical and productive suggestions are recommended to continue improving financial re-porting for this particular company.

This master’s thesis is focused on the analysis of work organization processes and their connection to information systems in a software agency. The theoretical part presents basic approaches to process analysis and the definition of business information systems. The next part analyzes current status in the company with a focus on the use of ICT, selection of a new information system and suggestions to its implementation.

The diploma thesis deals with the design, creation and implementation of a software application. The application is used to write and record tasks in the described company. The first part of the thesis clarifies theoretical concepts. Subsequently, analyzes of the company are prepared, as well as an analysis of the existing application solution. In the main part of the diploma thesis, the own design of the application solution is elaborated. The proposed solution should lead to more efficient and more transparent completion of tasks.

The master’s thesis is focused on the design and creation of a solution for converting company’s software application into the mobile and web form. The main goal is make business processes more efficient and maintain information and cyber security. The result should be a system that brings an innovative and convenient solution, time and financial savings.

This diploma thesis deals with the review of the current state of the information system in the firm, which focuses on localisation. The paper defines theoretical terms which are necessary to in order to understand the area of information systems with regard to its structure and operating. The environment of the firme is described together with the analysis of the information systém in use. With the information collected from the analyses and the questionere we are able to identify the risk areas. The identified risks are treated on the basis of severity by proposing changes and then economically evaluated.

Harmful Algae Blooms (HABs) in inland waterbodies (e.g., lakes and ponds) pose serious threat to human health and natural ecosystem. Thus, it is imperative to assess HABs and their potential triggering factors over broader spatiotemporal scales. This study utilizes Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentration in water samples collected from lakes in Illinois as an indirect measurement of HABs. The major objectives were to assess the spatiotemporal pattern of HABs over Illinois regions in recent decades, and to examine different machine learning models for predicting the Chl-a concentration based on publicly available water quality datasets. The Chl-a dataset was compiled from two different sources, the regular monitoring program by Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) and the Voluntary Lake Monitoring Program (VLMP), the latter of which was primarily collected by citizen participants. Seven environmental and water quality zones were selected for spatial analyses. Additionally, the temporal patterns were assessed using time-series decomposition of monthly Chl-a concentration datasets. The machine learning pipeline includes two tasks: a regression modeling task for predicting Chl-a concentration, and a classification task for estimating lake trophic status. Different meteorological, land use and land cover, and lake morphometry variables were used as independent variables. Four regression models, i.e., Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR), Support Vector Machine Regression (SVR), Artificial Neural Network Regression (ANNR), and Random Forest Regression (RFR) were used for the first task of the modeling pipeline, and four classification models, i.e., Logistic Regression Classification (LRC), Support Vector Machine Classification (SVC), Artificial Neural Network Classification (ANNC), and Random Forest Classification (RFC), were used for the second task. Results indicate that: a) the Collinsville region in southwestern part of Illinois exhibited higher mean concentration of Chl-a in its lakes than any other regions from 1998 to 2018; b) the lakes that showed increasing trends in their monthly mean Chl-a concentrations were also clustered in the southwestern region; c) Random Forest outperformed all other models in both classification (Accuracy=60.06%) and regression (R2=38.88%); and d) the land use and land cover variables were found as the most important set of variables in Random Forest models.

The topic of this master thesis is a comparison of the technologies for information systems creation. There are compared four fundamental technologies: Php, ASP.NET, JSP and Perl. The comparison of these technologies have two main stages: The first stage is mostly theoretical and demonstrate theoretical advantages and drawbacks of these platforms. The second stage demonstrates on some short examples advantages of platforms during information systems programming. Co-operation with database systems is compared too.

This work describes the realization of economic and analytical modules of information system of a learning center. It handles about the development and perspectives of its further development. The main part of it is dedicated to the development of system architecture, specification, creation of models and diagrams. An other part handles about the implementation, usage of processing and programming methods and techniques. Highly stressed are analyses and optimalization of processes. The realization of important processes is described in details. A part of the work describes analyses and evaluation of data gained from the IS. Also stressed is the application of modules and its efficiency. Mentioned are advantages and risks brought by this system.

The purpose of thesis is optimization information system and its upgrade with some new functions. Optimization is based on users experience and edit using processes. Upgrade will be make new chances and functions which will help company in decision processes and it contributes to more effective work with firm’s data.

This diploma thesis analyzes the current information system company AUDIT BUSINESS SERVICE Ltd. and suggestions for its improvement. The theoretical part introduces the currently used methods and trends. The practical part contains analysis and proposals for improvements, including an evaluation of costs and benefits.
