Exempel på interna hot är de egna medarbetarnas brist på säkerhetstänkande och externa hot kan vara virusangrepp och hackers, men också strömavbrott eller andra kommunikationsavbrott.</p><p>Rapporten är en kartläggning av och en kunskapsinventering av reservrutiner i Landstinget Kronoberg.</p><p>Under april och maj 2007 skickade vi ut en webbenkät till ett urval av medarbetare vid de båda driftenheterna. 200 användare valdes slumpvis ut, 50 stycken från vardera yrkeskategorin läkarsekreterare, läkare, undersköterskor och sjuksköterskor.</p><p>Svarsfrekvensen blev 50 %.</p><p>Vi har i rapporten kommit fram till att de tillfrågade medarbetarna tycker att reservrutiner är viktigt, men långt från alla vet inte vad reservrutiner är eller hur de arbetats fram. Det har framkommit att många anser att journaluppgifter inte förs in rätt i den datoriserade journalen efter ett driftstopp, då reservrutiner använts. Inte heller granskat eller reflekterat över arbetet med reservrutiner.</p><p>Vi avslutar rapporten med förslag till åtgärder av de brister vi kommit fram till.</p> / <p>Since information technology has become the main carrier of information in healthcare service, we can see how these organizations now face a number of new threats. The treaths against information support can be either internal or external. An internal threat can for example be lack of security thinkning, whereas external threats can be power failures.</p><p>The essay is a survey over and an inventory of backup procedures and routines in the county council of Kronoberg, Sweden.</p><p>Data was obtained by sending out a questionnaire via county council intranet. 200 users of the EHR in the county council were selected; 50 physicians, 50 nurses, 50 assistant nurses and 50 medical secretaries. A total of 100 persons answered the questionnaire (i.e. a response rate of 50 %).</p><p>To sum up our result of the survey, we can make the following statements:</p><p>• all of the respondents think that backup procedures and routines are important for the organization</p><p>• relatively many are ignorant about the existence of backup routines and procedures</p><p>• a serious conclusion of the survey, is that many respondents regards that documentation is done incorrectly from the backup procedures in to EHR after an incident or system failure (EHR)</p><p>• the majority of the units management staff/management teams at the micro system level has not revised the backup routines on a regular basis.</p>

We'll show you an overview of performance measurement tools and process efficiency. An important part of this work is dedicated to design its own discount site that allows its customers to bulk purchases of various goods and services at a bargain price. For this site was created by an instrument to promote corporate portfolio. The tool is designed to automatically monitor and analyze sales success in competition and thus promote the award of contracts and specific form of a sale on your own server. The end of work is devote to practical use of the discount site in the real environment and evaluation of results.

(in English) This thesis deals with the issue of information support of science and research development in Italy through information systems and library networks. The introductory chapter deals with several questions concerning the Italian academic environment and its relation to research and coordination of information. The second chapter introduces the current situation of Italian libraries, the library structures, legislation elements and mainly focuses on the institutions managing the libraries. The third chapter is devoted to science and research in Italy. The thesis also describes the current situation comparing it to other European countries. The emphasis is on major research institutions, support organizations and ministries. Followed by the explanation of funding and assessment of research institutions. The fourth chapter deals with the support of research in the area of Tuscany. The three largest universities of this region are analyzed - University of Florence, Pisa and Siena. After a description of these institutions, the thesis looks closely at their library networks, research activities and support. The conclusion summarizes the information obtained and answers the questions formulated in the introduction of this thesis.

В то же время руководители стали задумываться не только о том, как привлечь капитал, но и о том, как его сэкономить и преумножить. Целесообразность изучения управления финансовых ресурсов предприятий IT-сектора обусловлена еще и тем, что последние, как материальные носители финансовых отношений, опосредуют практически всю производственно-хозяйственную деятельность коммерческой организации, а их применение основано на знании экономической природы и законов функционирования, что позволяет наиболее эффективно достигать поставленных целей и реализовывать функциональное назначение финансовых ресурсов хозяйствующего субъекта. Целью исследования является развитие методики анализа управления финансовыми ресурсами предприятий IT сектора. Для достижения вышеуказанной цели поставлены следующие задачи: изучить теоретические аспекты управления финансовыми ресурсами предприятий IT сектора; провести анализ применяемых методик управления финансовыми ресурсами и разработать рекомендации по оптимизации методики управления финансовыми ресурсами предприятий IT-сектора; внедрить методику управления финансовыми ресурсами в деятельность предприятия IT сектора и оценить эффективность данной методики. Предмет исследования - методики управления финансовыми ресурсами предприятий. / The relevance of the topic is confirmed by the high demand for financial resources, and specialized financial companies are ready to satisfy it by offering new forms of financing. At the same time, leaders began to think not only about how to raise capital, but also about how to save and increase it. The feasibility of studying the management of financial resources of enterprises of the IT sector is also due to the fact that the latter, as material carriers of financial relations, mediate almost all production and economic activities of a commercial organization, and their application is based on knowledge of the economic nature and laws of functioning, which allows to achieve the most efficient set goals and implement the functional purpose of financial resources of an economic entity. The aim of the study is to develop a methodology for analyzing the management of financial resources of enterprises in the IT sector. To achieve the above goal, the following tasks: to study the theoretical aspects of financial management of enterprises of the IT sector; to analyze the applied methods of managing financial resources and develop recommendations for optimizing the methods of managing financial resources of enterprises in the IT sector; introduce a methodology for managing financial resources in the activities of an enterprise in the IT sector and assess the effectiveness of this methodology. The object of study is the IT-sector enterprises. The subject of the study - methods of management of financial resources of enterprises.

The object of the research is civil participation of the population in the activities of local self-government bodies. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for enhancing civil participation of the population in the activities of local self-government bodies of the Nevyansk city district. The main methods of research were statistical methods, methods of theoretical analysis and resource planning, document analysis, questionnaire method, interviewing method, project management method. During execution of the qualification work was theoretical and legal aspects of participation of citizens in activities of local governments, the analysis of the participation of citizens in activities of local self-government in Nevyansk urban district based on which recommendations were developed to enhance social participation in the activities of local authorities. Because the recommendations are non-commercial in nature, no economic effect was predicted. As a result of the implementation of the recommended measures, a significant increase in the level of participation of the population in the activities of local self-government bodies of the Nevyansk city district is expected. / Объектом исследования гражданское участие населения в деятельности органов местного самоуправления. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – разработка рекомендаций по активизации гражданского участия населения в деятельности органов местного самоуправления Невьянского городского округа. Основными методами проведения исследования стали статистические методы, методы теоретического анализа и ресурсного планирования, анализ документов, метод анкетирования, метод интервьюирования, метод проектного управления. В процессе выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы были исследованы теоретические и правовые аспекты участия граждан в деятельности органов местного самоуправления, выполнен анализ участия граждан в деятельности органов местного самоуправления в Невьянском городском округе, на основе чего разработаны рекомендации по активизации социального участия населения в деятельности органов местного самоуправления. В связи с тем, что рекомендации носят некоммерческий характер, прогнозирования экономического эффекта не производилось. В результате осуществления рекомендуемых мер ожидается существенное повышение уровня участия населения в деятельности органов местного самоуправления Невьянского городского округа.

(in English): Diploma thesis "Information range of intelligence agencies in terms of Information Studies" deals about work with information in intelligence agencies. It describes and evaluates application of field of Information Studies in information support of intelligence agencies. It monitors the functioning of information services, acquisition and processing of information inside agencies. Generally describes an area of agency news service and in detail it covers the whole range of intelligence agencies, including a description of selected international and national agencies. An important part of the work is practical comparison and evaluation of selected criteria of agencies. Through the use of this comparative analysis it was possible to infer the activity and incidence of agencies in the market and determine their success. The obtained results point out that the key positions have a large global news agencies, but also demonstrate that depends on the size of the state in which it operates and the overall tradition of the agency. Not only thanks to the analysis, but also through the study of professional sources, focused on the topic, it is possible better understand the function and operation of the intelligence agencies.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to outline the possibilities of information support of project teams by an Informational Specialist. The theoretical part introduces different project management methodologies and further specifies the individual project phases as seen by PMBoK methodology. In the chapters focusing on each of the phases of a project, all necessary input sources as well as all output documents that are essential for the project to move on to its next phase are defined and elaborated on. This part is followed by a description of possibilities of information support for working with information sources and creating output documents with regard to competencies, which an Information Specialist should have. Key in this respect is the third and the fourth chapter, including specific proposals on the possibility of information support of a project team by an Information Specialist. The practical part is focused on the role of an Information Specialist in the implementation of a specific project in a company - in particular, a major financial institution on the Czech market. While the theoretical part is based on the study of literature, the practical part is mainly based on personal consultation with a Project Manager of the company.

Governments of the regional economy will be able to use financial instruments of the local economy to support local communities, which they can identify with the help of the closed network search module, to resist crisis phenomena and reduce the dependence of the regional economy on external factors.
