Este trabalho tem como objeto de estudo a investigação da poética de Fiama Hasse Pais Brandão buscando entender o que é fala perfeita para a Autora. Analisamos minuciosamente o poema Teoria da Realidade tratando-a por tu, que é toda uma poética, e o relacionamos com sua obra, demonstrando assim uma coerência em seu projeto poético. O poema analisado faz parte da série Poéticas, do livro Cenas Vivas de 2000. Nesse poema há um desdobramento do sujeito poético que persegue sua voz desde seus balbucios. Podemos dizer que o sujeito da enunciação nos conta como sua voz poética apareceu, desenvolveu, adquiriu a fala perfeita e a ofereceu aos leitores. Desde a publicação de Morfismos, em 1961, que a Autora preocupou-se em resgatar a língua da estreiteza de seu uso comum e em dar autonomia à linguagem, buscando o que chamou de poesia/ substantivo, assim se filiando à tradição da modernidade e especificamente a Mallarmé. Seus poemas são testemunhos de tudo o que foi escrito e lido por ela, desde as grandes epopeias e a Bíblia, à tradição anglo-germânica, aos grandes poetas americanos e à tradição portuguesa. Fizemos um percurso em sua obra perseguindo poemas que são poéticas, ou seja, que o tema é a própria poesia para descobrir como se dá a visão e o conhecimento que Fiama tem do real e do poético. Constatamos que fez uma opção pela realidade. A matéria poética de Fiama pertence à terra, há uma preocupação em desvendar o real. Podemos constatar essas questões, a partir da nossa leitura dos poemas de Obra Breve Poesia Reunida. Selecionamos um percurso poético que desaguou em Teoria da Realidade tratando-a por tu, o que nos mostrou a intimidade que adquiriu com a realidade, além de nos revelar como sua voz poética desabrochou. / This study has its object of research the poetry of Fiama Hasse Pais Brandão, attempting the understanding of what the perfect speech means to the author herself. Detailed examination of the poem Teoria da Realidade tratando-a por tu (The Theory or Reality getting familiar with it), reflects the complete author´s poetic, embracing Fiama´s work as a whole. The poem analyzed makes part of the series Poetics (Poetics) from the Cenas Vivas (Living Scenes) book dated from the year 2000. There is in this poem the unfolded poetic subject that chases her muttering voice. We can say the enunciation subject tells us how the poetic voice had emerged, developed, acquiring the perfect speech thus offering it at last to its readers. Since the publication of Morfismos (Morphisms) in 1961, the Author worries about the language narrowness, rescuing from its ordinary use. Giving autonomy to it as well as searching what she had called the poetry/noun. This way Fiama´s poetry filiation relies on the modern tradition and specifically in Mallarmé. Her poems witness all the things that has been written and read by her. From great epics to the Bible, the Anglo-Germanic tradition to the great American poets also including in this list the Portuguese tradition as well. The path throughout her work has chased poems that are poetic, in other words, that the theme is the poetry itself, revealing the envisioning and the knowledge Fiama has from reality as well as poetry. It has been detected she opted for reality. The poetic material for her, belongs to the Earth where there is a concern to unveil what is real. These matters have been attested based on the reading of the poems of the Obra Breve Poesia Reunida (Brief Works). The poetic path selected ended up in the Teoria da Realidade tratando-a por tu (Theory of Reality- getting familiar with it), this has exposed us the intimacy that she has gained with reality, revealing at same the time how her poetic voice blossomed.

The main objective of this study is to analyze the usefulness of this feature as a specific instrument for protection of individuals' privacy, as well as to ensure that citizens may control the wrongful use of their personal data through social networks and credit protection institutions. In this sense, the habeas data would not be restricted to obtaining general information or rectifying data before public authorities and private companies. In order to achieve this purpose, and based on the deductive method and bibliographical research, the following topics have been addressed in this paper: historical aspects, concept and objetive of the habeas data, proceedings upon habeas data under Law 9507/1997, and, lastly, controversial aspects on habeas data. As a conclusion, the main criticism developed herein is related to the comparison between the habeas data and the writ of mandamus, which has caused a procedural impact on the Law 9507/97. This Law, that rules the habeas data, changed the primary constitutional objective of it, which was very much related to the protection of privacy and the proceedings to achieve this objective. Another criticism that is addressed herein is related to the rule that imposes to the parties the burden of having an entire administrative process before making use of the habeas data to obtain information or rectify personal data. In theory, this rule refrains the habeas data to become an effective instrument for the avoidance of damages to individuals' privacy caused by credit protection institutions and social networks, for instance / Versa a presente dissertação sobre o instituto do habeas data como tutela jurisdicional da intimidade e seus aspectos processuais. O principal objetivo é analisar a utilidade do referido instituto como instrumento específico de proteção da vida íntima e evidenciar a possibilidade de o indivíduo exercer preventivamente o controle do manuseio indevido de dados pessoais por entidades mantenedoras de bancos dados, como é o caso de redes sociais e órgãos de proteção ao crédito, não se restringindo apenas ao meio processual para obter e/ou retificar informações em entidades mantenedoras de bancos dados, públicas e privadas de caráter público. Para atingir esse propósito, e com o suporte metodológico da abordagem dedutiva e da técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica, os seguintes assuntos foram abordados: aspectos históricos, conceito e escopo do habeas data, o procedimento da ação de habeas data na disciplina da Lei nº 9.507/1997 e, por último, as questões ainda controvertidas acerca do referido instituto. A título de conclusão, a principal crítica que emerge do tema analisado alude à comparação do habeas data ao mandado de segurança, que repercutiu no procedimento adotado por sua norma específica (Lei nº 9.507/1997), afastando assim este remédio constitucional da sua finalidade precípua, qual seja, preservar objetivamente a vida íntima e servir como instrumento processual específico para esse fim. Outra crítica se refere à exigência de o jurisdicionado trilhar e esgotar toda a via administrativa antes de se socorrer do Judiciário, por meio do habeas data, para obtenção de informações e/ou retificação de dados incorretos a seu respeito. Em rigor, tal exigência impede que o habeas data seja instrumento eficaz na prevenção de danos da vida privada perpetrados por órgãos de proteção ao crédito e redes sociais, por exemplo

Here, intimate drama is defined as situations or experiences which men and women have in the space which surrounds their affective and sexual relationships. The choice of cinema to analyze this theme was due to the fact of understanding that cinema is a dialogue with a historical context, even though it uses a specific language to transmit messages ? having an association to images, movement of the camera, the lighting effects and the use of sound. Thus, this study is set in a sociological perspective which adopts the establishment of a link of the work (the film) with the group of historical, cultural, economic and political relationships as a basic principle. In spite of the filmography of the New Cinema being characteristically directed towards the representation of economic and political problems of the county, the study done, identified the movie directors involved with this cultural movement who also approached questions referring to ?intimate dramas? forming new representations of being feminine and of being masculine. In the films analyzed, one perceived the attribution of values which contribute to the denigration of feminine images, which, in turn, reinforces masculine models confirmed by patterns of aggressive, violent attitudes towards women. However, at the same time there are representations of women who are determined and decided, who choose paths which they want to take, and in this way maintain relationships of power with men. Despite emerging traces which are not homogenous in that which refers to the practices of men and women, there are, in summary, representations of continuing strict social rules concerning the behavior of women who dare to face social determinations. / Este trabalho examina representações de dramas íntimos, do questionamento das mulheres frente às desigualdades de poder, nas relações entre os sexos, e, ainda, imagens da busca de autonomia e de liberdade sexual, nos filmes Os cafajestes, A falecida e O desafio, nos anos 1960. Aqui, dramas íntimos são definidos como situações ou experiências vivenciadas por homens e mulheres, em espaços nos quais se circunscrevem suas relações afetivas e sexuais. A escolha do cinema para analisar esta temática deve-se ao fato de entendê-lo como veículo que dialoga com o contexto histórico, embora empregue uma linguagem específica para transmitir mensagens - associação de imagens, movimento de câmera, efeitos de iluminação e uso de sons. Assim, a pesquisa se insere dentro de uma perspectiva sociológica que adota como princípio básico o estabelecimento de um vínculo da obra com o conjunto das relações históricas, culturais, econômicas e políticas. Apesar da filmografia do Cinema Novo voltar-se característicamente para representações dos problemas econômicos e políticos do país, a pesquisa realizada identificou que cineastas envolvidos com este movimento cultural abordaram, também, questões referentes aos "dramas íntimos", construindo novas representações do feminino e do masculino. Nos filmes analisados, percebe-se a atribuição de valores que contribuem para denegrir as imagens femininas, o que, por sua vez, reforça modelos masculinos referendados por padrões de atitudes agressivas e violentas contra a mulher. Porém, há, simultaneamente, representações de mulheres determinadas e decididas, que escolhem os caminhos que querem trilhar e, neste sentido, mantêm relações de poder com os homens. A despeito de emergirem traços não unívocos no que se refere às práticas de homens e mulheres, em última instância, estão presentes representações de regras sociais rígidas no que concerne a comportamentos de mulheres que ousam enfrentar as determinações sociais.
