Esta pesquisa propõe a análise das práticas políticas que se conformam em torno da problemática que relaciona habitação irregular precária e preservação dos recursos hídricos em São Paulo, a saber, as remoções e os processos de reurbanização/regularização. As práticas são analisadas a partir de pesquisa etnográfica realizada no distrito do Grajaú, região sul da cidade, marcado pelo alto crescimento populacional irregular em áreas de mananciais. Em uma abordagem que se afasta daquelas de avaliação de políticas, busca-se compreender as formas pelas quais a gestão dessas áreas produz e lida com situações que chamo de ingovernáveis. / This research proposes an analysis of political practices on the problem that relates irregular and precarious housing problem and preservation of water resources in São Paulo, namely the removal and the processes of reurbanization / regularization. The practices are analyzed from an ethnographic study in Grajaú, south region of São Paulo, marked by high and irregular population growth in watershed areas. In an approach that takes distance from those of policy evaluation, this work seeks to understand the ways in which the management of these areas produces and deals with situations that are called ungovernable.

Devido às dificuldades da eliminação dos problemas da ocupação de faixa de linhas de transmissão, o objetivo desta aplicação é reduzir os riscos de acidentes com pessoas que ocupam estas áreas através da mudança nos processo da manutenção de linhas transmissão. Inicialmente é feita a apresentação dos componentes mais críticos das linhas de transmissão, sobre a ótica da segurança, e a identificação dos seus principais modos de falha, assim como, sobre as metodologias de manutenção de linhas de transmissão usadas atualmente. O processo de implantação é feito de forma sistemática e seguindo a estratégia clássica e sequenciada que é a seleção do sistema e coleta de informações, a análise de modos de falhas e efeitos, a seleção das funções significantes, e das atividades aplicáveis, a avaliação das atividades, em seguida é realizada a seleção das atividades para finalmente ser definida a periodicidade das atividades. Verifica-se a eficácia da metodologia, pois após as realização das análises necessárias, conclui-se que é necessário uma metodologia diferenciada para a manutenção de linhas de transmissão, cujas faixas de passagem foram ocupadas irregularmente, certamente a aplicação da metodologia contribuirá para o objetivo maior que é a redução dos riscos existentes nestas linhas de transmissão. / This work aims at applying the methodology Reliability Centered Maintenance - RCM, through a pilot project in a maintenance unit transmission lines of the Companhia Hidro Elétrica do São Francisco – Chesf. Due to the difficulties of eliminating the problems of occupation range of transmission lines, the objective of this methodology is to reduce the risk of injury to persons occupying these areas through the change process in the maintenance of transmission lines. Initially the presentation of the most critical components of the transmission lines on the viewpoint of security, and identification of their major failure modes is taken as well as the methodologies for maintenance of transmission lines used today. The deployment process is done systematically and following the classic strategy and sequenced that is the selection of the system and information collection, analysis of failure modes and effects, the selection of the significant functions and activities applicable to assessment effectiveness of activities, then the selection of effective activities is made the frequency of activities to finally be set. Verifies the effectiveness of the methodology, since after the requisite tests, it is concluded that a different methodology for the maintenance of transmission lines present in areas of irregular occupation of track is required in addition to application of Reliability Centered Maintenance brings us to our goal is the reduction of existing risks in these transmission lines.

Vertical Occupations in the City Center of São Paulo has been prepared as part of the Degree Project for the Master in Urbanism Studies course at The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.This Degree Project deals with social housing challenges in the central urban environment of São Paulo, Brazil, narrowing down to an important part of these urban challenges: the occupations of vacant buildings in the city center of São Paulo by social housing movements. Although the theme is part of a wider context, focusing on social occupations is critical to understand how the right to proper housing, and to the city itself, is a paradoxal universe. / Vertical Occupations in the City Center of São Paulo é um projeto de Mestrado (MSc) em Urbanismo preparado para Kungliga Tekninska Högskoloan (KTH) em Estocolmo. O trabalho lida com os desafios contemporâneos em habitação social, focando nas ocupações verticais no centro de São Paulo. Embora este tema seja bastante abrangente, ao focar em ocupações no centro da cidade, o projeto critica o direito à cidade e à habitação digna, focando na esfera mais carente da cidade, este expõe um universo um tanto quanto paradoxal.
