Magnetic and crystal structure transition on La0.2Ho0.8Mn2O5 oxide

Yu, Chun-cheng 13 February 2009 (has links)
La doped HoMn2O5 in studying the influence of the local structure distortion on the magnetic transition has been investigated systematically. It is found that by doping of La ions in a proper percentage, 0.1≤x≤0.2, the formation of the possible impurity RMnO3 (113) phase could be suppressed; single phases of LaxHo1-xMn2O5 (0.1≤x≤0.2) can be formed in one atmosphere of flowing oxygen. For x=0.2, an weak ferromagnetic transition on top of the paramagnetic background appears at 150K and saturated at 75K, which implies that the compound undergoes a ferromagnetic to antiferromagnetic transition. In addition, the lattice didn¡¦t appear a huge phase transition at low temperature, it¡¦s observed local distortion behavior within 100~150K, and back to normal structure as high temperature ones. It¡¦s convinced that will be associated with the magnetic properties, which need further examination and experiment.

Rokka, Tiina January 2009 (has links)

Románová zpracování Nerudových Lásek / Neruda's love at novels

Kozlová, Eva January 2013 (has links)
The thesis titled Neruda's love in novels is dealing with the so- called second life of Jan Neruda and his appearance in the biographical novels. The first part try to describe how (according his letters and poems) probably looked his emotional life and what character had his relations to Anna Holinová, Karolína Světlá, Terezie Marie Macháčková, Anna Tichá a Božena Vlachová. The second part examines how is their concept in the fictional world of four novels (Černý Honzík, Démantová spona, Blonďatá Kerolajn, Lásky Jana Nerudy). They were read and confronted with correspondence and biography of Jan Neruda and it was investigated, where and how authors draw their inspiration. The next question is how they represent main hero and the bond between them. Each novel has been analyzed and mutually they were compared. The author found that all writers in varying degrees familiar with Neruda leaves and leaves are also used in their books as a source of information and words in the dialogues. Parts of them they also publish. Démantová spona and Lásky Jana Nerudy are most based on the letters. Ivo Pelant and Jaromíra Kolárová also come from many other sources. View at the figure of Anna Holinová the most changed - she was unsympathetic in the Černý Honzík and worked best in the Lásky Jana Nerudy. Novels devote most...

Galerie MXM / Gallery MXM

Lahodová, Kateřina January 2017 (has links)
The work offers an analysis of the MXM gallery, located in Prague. It was one of the first private galleries to appear after the Velvet Revolution in 1989. In the post-communism atmosphere of the 1990s it experienced a great "boom" and quickly grew to become a significant institution and one of the most important private galleries in the city. The introductory chapter offers an overview and comparison with other private galleries that originated in the Czech Republic just after the revolution, followed by a brief historical background of the establishment and functioning of the MXM gallery. Attention is paid to the important personalities who shaped the artistic program and the theoretical background of the gallery, both being critically important. Asignificant part of the presented work is devoted to selected artists, who are mainly represented through their individual exhibitions. Since MXM activities extend beyond its own exhibition area, on Kampa, this text also investigates MXM activities at other locations in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. The gallery devoted substantial energy to establishing foreign contacts, which allowed it to present the works ofvarious authors from many countries. The last chapter describes the sale of art work and the art collectors associated with MXM. The...

The Many Masks of Karol Szymanowski: A Commentary on his Piano Triptychs

Cesetti, Durval January 2009 (has links)
Note: / Karol Szymanowski's music has fascinated me for a long time. The first time I encountered his name was in Artur Rubinstein's autobiography, which recounts how they first met and narrates many anecdotes about their friendship. At the time, I was living in Brazil, and was unable to find any recordings of his music. Nonetheless, Rubinstein's ardent praise of him (“a master!”, “a great Polish composer!”, “a powerful, original personality”) made me very curious, and I did not abandon my desire to keep looking for his music. Then, when I moved to Montreal in order to start my undergraduate degree at McGill University, I was finally able to find many recordings of his works at the school's library.[...]

Genderová analýza publikace feministické autorky Jany Juráňové - Orodovnice / Gender analysis of the publication of the author Jana Juráňová - Orodovnice

Gajdošová, Veronika January 2013 (has links)
The aim of my work is at first characterized show female and male characters in the work named Orodovnice of feminist writer Jana Juranova and at second means of characterizing interpret and analyze what can be images of femininity and masculinity, this work offers to us through archetypal analysis and analysis of the relational nature of each character. Bacis hypothesis of this work is, that to us work offers a subversive potential in the context of contemporary social and cultural discursive practises and values. Task of this thesis is using gender analysis of the subversive potential to detect, interpret and explain in what are the possible subversive effects on the minds of people not only in literature and what possible new ways of perceiving and imaging may entail. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept and presentation of concepts in the context of feminism and literature, which considers relevant due to the focus and objective of this thesis. A separate chapter is devoted to a critical analysis of the archetype and archetypal imagery and their possible applications in the context of contemporary feminist literature. The analytical part is devoted to gender analysis of the image of male and female characters in the context of their mutual relational nature and then interpreting the...
