This thesis deals with the issue of material flow of selected production area in the researched company. The master's thesis defines the weaknesses of the current state of inventory management and creates a proposal for the most effective management of material stock in the company, using lean production. The basic element of the thesis is the introduction of a pull system into a selected production area.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the information system for company KPA ONE s.r.o., and the proposal of changes. The first part is explaining the theoretical basis. The following section contains a short description of the company and the necessary analyses of the company and information system. The necessary changes in the information system are subsequently defined from the performed analyses. The last part evaluates the economic complexity of these changes and the benefits of individual innovations.

This thesis is aimed to analyze the current state of information system for eshop creation based on dropshipping model and the efficiency of the developement team. Goal of this thesis is to propose and implement technical improvements based on this analysis while using chosen project management principles.

This masterś thesis, titled as The Study of Order Process Control in Company Invensys Appliance Controls s.r.o., deals with optimization of order process from the first entering of new order till the delivery of finished goods to final customer. Further I provide the basic characteristics and analysis of Invensys Company. The project part is divided into two parts. The first one is focused on explaining of operation of Kanban system and itś possibility to improve the material flow in company. The second one is focused on long-term forecasts (demand predictions) provided by customers, which can help to improve the process of order as well. In conclusion, I appraise advantages and disadvantages of Kanban system and forecasts.

Simulace výrobních procesů pomáhá optimalizovat výrobu, logistiku a další systémy, díky čemuž dochází ke snižování nákladů a racionalizaci vnitropodnikových procesů. Využitím diskrétní simulace programu Witness Power with Ease se v diplomové práci optimalizuje logistický tok materiálu ve společnosti Hella Autotechnik, s.r.o. Práce přibližuje metody a jednotlivé fáze tvorby modelu včetně jeho validace a navrhuje vylepšení, díky kterému by mělo dojít ke snížení nákladů na dopravní služby o 24 400 Kč měsíčně.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of improving company competition standing with the use of optimization and reorganization of production in ACO Industries k.s. This thesis also deals with supporting tools for reorganization and optimization of production, such as for example “slim production”. The main contribution of this work is reduction of time and money needed for production in order for the company to effectively increase the production rate, aiming at doubling the production and turnover in 2020.

The subject of the master’s thesis is the implementation of ICT product in logistic department of enterprise which uses the lean production. The current situation is analyzed the analysis of enterprise economic status is provided and Lean Manufacturing-oriented logistics ICT products are described. The two leading ICT products which could help to optimize the logistics processes are compared, the system requirements and bottlenecks expected are determined.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problémy řízení projektů pro vytvoření mobilní aplikace a jejich řešením pomocí agilních metod řízení projektů. V práci je analyzován současný stav projektu a jednotlivé přístupy. Práce se zaměřuje na výběr metody a navrhuje její aplikování na projekt.

The diploma thesis applies to inventory management optimization in engineering serial-line production. The goal of diploma thesis is proposal key indicators for selection of suppliers in engineering industry. The methods of inventory control: ABC analysis, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Kanban are used in this diploma thesis. These methods are applied and evaluated to current suppliers and suggested for new suppliers

Drönare är ett växande fenomen i dagens samhälle och deras användningsområdenhar snabbt ökat de senaste åren. För att underlätta utvecklingen av drönarteknologi kansimuleringar tillämpas då de möjliggör testning i en kontrollerad och riskfri miljö. I dettaprojekt visualiseras simuleringar av drönare i ett försök att skapa värde för denna utveckling. Visualiseringen skedde med hjälp av Unreal Engine 5. Under projektets gång studerades arbetsmetoderna som nyttjades och hur en systemanatomi kan bidra till utvecklingen iett småskaligt mjukvaruprojekt. Största värdet som producerades för kunden var kommunikationsmodulen. Kommunikationen uppnåddes med hjälp av två JSON-filer som visualiseringen respektive simuleringen skrev till för att kommunicera med varandra. Värdeti denna modul ligger i att kunden sökte en modulär lösning för att kommunicera mellanen 3D-visualisering och en simulering. En erfarenhet som uppmärksammades angåendearbetsmetoderna är vikten av en fungerande gruppdynamik. Bidragande faktorer till detvar agila arbetsmetoder, goda kommunikationsvägar och en väl planerad användning avGit. Systemanatomier upplevdes ge begränsat värde till projektet.
