Kompetencija yra svarbus žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo elementas, padedantys samdyti, vertinti, tobulinti darbuotojų veiklą bei didinti jų lojalumą organizacijai. Sparčiai senstant visuomenei, didėjant žmonių, sergančių lėtinėmis ligomis skaičiui, slaugytojų vaidmuo tampa akivaizdus. Slaugytojai sudaro didžiausią sveikatos priežiūros sistemos dalį. Jų vadovai – vyresnieji slaugytojai-slaugos administratoriai yra atsakingi už slaugos proceso kokybę ir tęstinumą bei sveikatos priežiūros organizacijos tikslų įgyvendinimą skyriaus lygmenyje. Tai gali padaryti tik kompetetingi savo srities profesionalai. Magistro baigiamojo darbo objektas yra vyresniųjų slaugytojų-slaugos administratorių kompetencijos. Iškelta hipotezė, kad panaudojus Chase slaugos vadybininko anketą, galima nustatyti vyresniųjų slaugytojų-slaugos administratorių nuomone labiausiai reikalingas jų darbui kompetencijas. Darbo tikslas buvo nustatyti svarbiausias vyresniojo slaugytojo-slaugos administratoriaus kompetencijas. Society is getting old rapidly and number of people with chronic diseases is increasing, so the role of nurses becomes obvious. Nurses belong to the largest part of medical personnel. First level nurse managers are responsible for nursing process quality and continuity, and for the implementation of goals of health care organization in unit level. Only competent professionals can handle such task. The research object of Master Thesis is first level nurse manager competencies. The hypothesis is defined based on Chase nurse manager competency instrument. Problema – Lietuvoje nėra sukurtos laisvojo aerostato pilotų rengimo pagal Pasaulinės aviacijos federacijos reikalavimus ir Europos Komisijos reglamentą. Tyrimai Lietuvos oro balionų sporto organizacijose parodė, kad būtina sukurti tobulesnį oro pilotų rengimo modelį, kuris atitiktų Pasaulinės aviacijos federacijos reikalavimus ir Europos Komisijos reglamentą; būtina tobulinti oro pilotų (pradedant moksleiviais ir baigiant pageidaujančiais pagyvenusiais žmonėmis) rengimo sistemą bei didinant šio sporto masiškumą plėsti Lietuvos oreivių draugijos klubų ir kitų padalinių steigimo geografiją. Darbo tikslas – sukurti Lietuvos laisvojo aerostato pilotų rengimo modelį. Objektas – Lietuvos laisvojo aerostato licencijuotų pilotų rengimo modelis Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Apžvelgti specialistų kompetencijų ir laisvojo aerostato licencijuotų pilotų rengimo teorinius aspektus. 2. Sukurti laisvojo aerostato piloto kompetencijų teorinį modelį. 3. Parengti tyrimo metodiką empiriniam tyrimui ir atlikti anketavimą Lietuvos oro balionų sporto organizacijose. 4. Pagrįsti laisvojo aerostato licencijuotų pilotų rengimo modelį. Darnios informacinės visuomenės klestėjimo periode, vykstant mokslo bei technologijų pažangai, kiekvienam asmeniui būtina tobulinti socialinius, komunikacinius, problemų sprendimo, veiklos bei kitus bendruosius gebėjimus ir kartu išsiugdyti svarbiausius įgūdžius, būtinus norint sėkmingai konkuruoti šiuolaikinėje darbo rinkoje. Aktuali tyrimo problema, atsakant į klausimą: koks pedagogų IKT taikymo kompetencijos turinys ir struktūra, nes nuo jų priklauso profesinio mokymo ir mokymosi proceso kokybė, pedagogų ir jų ugdytinių gebėjimas sėkmingai integruotis į pasaulinę ir šalies darbo rinką.Magistriniame darbe nagrinėjama kolegijų pedagogų informacinių ir komunikacinių technologijų taikymo (IKT) kompetencija, kaip profesinės kompetencijos komponentas. Informacinės visuomenės ir kultūros kaita bei pedagogų standarto reikalavimai ES ir Lietuvoje pedagogų IKT kompetencijai keičiasi, kintant mokymo ir mokymosi procesui ir nacionaliniams ugdymo tikslams, įtakojant socialiniams-demografiniams veiksniams.
