The objective of this diploma thesis is to form a business plan for a self service car wash. It analyzes the necessary resources, tests the viability, and calculates the financial performance of the project. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part theoretical, mainly describes the structure, requirements and purpose of a business plan, especially tools for market analysis, financial planning or financing options available for the proposed project. The second part practical, is composed of an actual business plan drawn up for a self-service car wash in Karlovy Vary.

The objective of the thesis "Marketing strategy of a selected tour operator" is to get acquainted with the marketing strategy of MILE tour operator aiming to propose possible improvements based on carried analysis. The first part includes general theories of marketing and its specifics in tourism. The second part is the application of this theory into practice, starting with the basic characteristics of MILE tour operator, followed by analysis of its standing in the tourism market including analysis of external and internal environment, analysis of competitors and own questionnaire research. The next part contains analysis of the tour operator's current marketing strategy. The thesis results in concrete suggestions to improve market targeting, setting goals, selecting a marketing strategy and marketing mix.

Further described methods enable an analysis of the competitive business environment. The practical Framework describes the planned project, in-depth market analysis of accommodation services in the Jizerské Mountains, analysis of the competition and target customers. The Master's Thesis also includes a marketing plan alongside with a financial plan, allowing an evaluation of the feasibility of the business plan.

The objective of this work is to analyse the possibility of use of micro -- needles technology as the method of drug delivery in the Czech Republic. The characteristics of this product (application, connection with drug, etc.) suggest three possible target groups: patients, health care providers or pharmaceutical companies. One of the goals is to analyse legal requirements on such products, evaluate current market situation and according to this information choose the best group for the product consumption. Also product itself presents a challenge and there are several designs of micro -- needle or needleless drug applicators. Combined together, this study aims to find, whether is the Czech market able to accept new method of drug delivery, in which form and how can patient reach this technology.

The topic of work "Investor's psychology on Foreign Exchange market" is to explain basic assumption for business on the Foreign Exchange markets and also methods how to profit on them. Work focus on soft factors, which are important in investor's decisions making process. These factors are typical for human's decisions, which are not always optimal from statistical and logical side, and may cause mistakes and investor's lost. The most important economic theories of client's behavior are used for conclusions. The major part of work foces on client as individual, describes his motivation, expectation, trade joining and risk adaptation. Theoretical data are participants of the research, which is based in two decision's making games. Conclutions are created from results of games and their comparison.

This thesis deals with specialized information systems for internet service providers. The aim of thesis is to compare specific information system of company Dupeto s.r.o. with an-other external systems. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical foundations, which is followed by the analysis of a market of this systems. After making choice of which systems are the propriet ones, the thesis gives a detailed description of these sys-tems. In conclusion there is a recommendation for Dupeto s.r.o. which system is the best for this company. This recommendation was achieved by the means of a multi-criteria de-cision making. This thesis is so helpful mainly for this company but it is helpful for other internet service providers too because it contains the analysis of the systems from various point of views.

This master thesis is focused on the analysis of the real estate market and its segmentation. The beginning of the thesis deals with the basics of the real estate economy and consequently with the main segments on the real estate market. Different statistical and mathematical methods are used in the segmentation of the housing market. The thesis is closed by the analysis of the real estate market and the demonstration and description of how to separate the segment from the market. The output of the work is the recommended methodological procedure for the appraisers.
