This thesis deals with the examination of damper characteristics and influence of individual parameters on vehicle handling, primarily with the use of computer program Matlab Simulink.

The aim of this master's thesis is design of an indoor swimming pool in the town of Náměšť nad Oslavou. The thesis contains project documentation, technical reports, reports of fire safety and assessment of building physics. There are two swimming pools designed in the building, main swimming pool of lenght 25m and a smaller one for children. Next to the pool hall a wellness area is placed consisting of three saunas, as well as cooling pool and a rest room. The proposed building has one ground floor and one basement level. Load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete except for the structure of the roof in the pool hall which is constructed from glued timber trusses. A glass facade is designed in this part of the building. Perimeter walls are thermally insulated using polystyrene foam. The roof is designed as a compact roof with foam glass thermal insulation.

Writing effectively in an academic setting is a challenge for many students, especially at the graduate level. Graduate students often struggle with the demands of writing a thesis, which is a specific genre of writing with its own set of standards, norms and conventions. The difficulties described above deepen for students who have to write in their second language. Since language and writing are culture specific, each language has its own unique rhetorical conventions. By comparing three different theses, this study aims to identify the differences between Thai and English discourse. Understanding these differences will provide some guidance to Thai students who are writing their theses in English.

Во второй главе проведен анализ структуры затрат на производство и реализацию продукции на примере ООО «Мирей», оценены финансовые показатели его деятельности. В третьей главе были определены проблемы политики управления затратами на предприятии ООО «Мирей» и предложены мероприятия, направленные на минимизацию затрат на производство и реализацию продукции с целью увеличения показателей прибыли и рентабельности. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. The first chapter examines the work of a number of domestic and foreign economists. The theoretical aspects of cost management methods at the enterprise are considered, the relationship of costs with profit and profitability at the enterprise is shown. In the second chapter, the analysis of the cost structure for the production and sale of products is carried out on the example of LLC "Mirey", the financial indicators of its activities are evaluated. In the third chapter, the problems of the cost management policy at the Mirey LLC enterprise were identified and measures were proposed aimed at minimizing the costs of production and sale of products in order to increase profit and profitability indicators. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.

В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические основы формирования затрат предприятий на производство и реализацию продукции, различные подходы к классификации затрат, а также методы управления затратами. Во второй главе проводится подробный анализ финансового состояния, а также особенности организации учета и формирования затрат исследуемого объекта. В третьей главе выделены основные проблемы управления затратами предприятия, разработан комплекс мероприятий для оптимизации затрат на исследуемом объекте. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The first chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of the formation of enterprises' costs for the production and sale of products, various approaches to the classification of costs, as well as cost management methods. The second chapter provides a detailed analysis of the financial condition, as well as the features of the organization of accounting and the formation of costs of the object under study. In the third chapter, the main problems of enterprise cost management are highlighted, a set of measures has been developed to optimize costs at the object under study. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию теоретических аспектов сущности финансовых ресурсов государства. Раскрывается характеристика видов государственных финансовых ресурсов. Показаны источники формирования финансовых ресурсов государства. В работе подробно анализируется бюджетная система Китая, а также финансовые ресурсы китайских предприятий и домохозяйств. В заключении рассматриваются проблемы формирования и использования государственных финансовых ресурсов Китая и их решение. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы: развитие теоретических основ построения современной финансовой системы государства, выявление проблем и разработка перспектив развития финансовой системы Китая. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects of the essence of the financial resources of the state. The characteristics of the types of state financial resources are revealed. The sources of formation of financial resources of the state are shown. The paper analyzes in detail the budget system of China, as well as the financial resources of Chinese enterprises and households. In conclusion, the problems of formation and use of state financial resources of China and their solution are considered. The purpose of the final qualification work is to develop the theoretical foundations of building a modern financial system of the state, identify problems and develop prospects for the development of China's financial system.

В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические основы управления дебиторской задолженности и применяемые методы для усовершенствования её управления. Во второй главе проведен анализ финансовых показателей на примере предприятия АО «КУЛЗ» и выявление проблем. В третьей главе разработаны и предложены мероприятия с целью усовершенствования и снижения объема дебиторской задолженности для исследуемого предприятия. В заключении подведен итог проделанной работы и сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references. The first chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of receivables management and the methods used to improve its management. In the second chapter, the analysis of financial indicators is carried out on the example of the enterprise JSC "KUFP" and the identification of problems. In the third chapter, measures have been developed and proposed to improve and reduce the volume of receivables for the enterprise under study. In conclusion, the results of the work done are summarized and the main conclusions are formed.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию теоретических основ политики управления дебиторской задолженностью, проведен анализ структуры дебиторской задолженности на предприятии АО «ЭнергосбыТ Плюс», и на основе этого выявлены проблемы управления дебиторской задолженностью на предприятии и предложены мероприятия, направленные на их решения. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of the accounts receivable management policy, the analysis of the structure of accounts receivable at the enterprise of JSC "EnergosbyT Plus" was carried out, and on the basis of this, the problems of accounts receivable management at the enterprise were identified and measures aimed at solving them were proposed.

This dissertation is dedicated to the theme "The images of China in the Russian literature for children and teenagers’ and presented in the form of a reading-book, which consists of an introductory article and a main part , including literary texts with commentaries - transfer within the text , a list of questions, information about authors and meaningful commentary and bibliography . The aim of this work is to show Chinese students how the images of China in Russian literature appeared and to show the necessity to tell the younger generation about China, as well as how changed the images of China in Russian culture for one and a half centuries. In order to realize the goals have been resolved the following tasks. 1. determine the literary texts about China, to which are familiar the modern residents of Russia, based on a survey of carriers of Russian culture and some of the school curriculum in literature. 2. build a chronological series of these texts, considering the motivations for inclusion of the text in the reading-book. 3. determine the linguistic units with complicated understanding and required translation into Chinese for modern Chinese students in the text, and offer the translation of author. 4. write questions for each text, allowing student to understand the content of the reading of the text. 5. offer the author’s versions of historical and cultural commentary of each text. The practical significance of this work is to collect and comment the texts, circulating in the Russian culture, to create a certain image of China and the Chinese in the minds of Russian, including the moderns. Knowing this, can help the Chinese, which seeks to understand Russian culture and the Russian, in order to see how gradually formed in the minds of their stereotypes about neighboring countries and its inhabitants. / Данная диссертация посвящена теме «Образы Китая в русской литературе для детей и подростков» и представлена в форме хрестоматии, которая состоит из: вступительной статьи, основной части, включающей художественные тексты с комментариями-переводом внутри текста, списком вопросов, сведениями об авторах и послетекстовым содержательным комментарием, а также списка использованной литературы. Актуаоьность данной работы магистерского исследования определена тем, что Изучение образа Китая в России в русской литературе призвано не только способствовать прояснению современных российских намерений и ожиданий в отношении Китая, но и в какой-то мере помочь прогнозировать будущие внешнеполитические шаги России по отношению к Китаю, а так же внести в клад в сообщение культуры и искусства двух страны. Цель настоящей работы стоит в том, что показать китайским учащимся, каким представал Китай русским детям, что русское общество в лице своих литераторов считало необходимым рассказать подрастающему поколению о Китае, а также, как менялось изображение Китая в русской культуре на протяжении полутора веков. Для того чтобы реализовать поставленную цель, были решены следующие задачи: 1. на основании опроса носителей русской культуры и просмотра некоторых школьных учебных программ по литературе определить, какие художественные тексты о Китае знакомы современным жителям России; 2. выстроить хронологический ряд этих текстов, обдумав мотивировки включения того или иного текста в Хрестоматию; 3. определить языковые единицы, существенно затрудняющие понимание текста и нуждающиеся в переводе на китайский язык для современных китайских студентов, и предложить свой вариант перевода; 4. составить вопросы к каждому тексту, позволяющие увидеть, насколько учащийся понял содержание предложенного для чтения текста; 5. предложить свой вариант историко-культурного комментария каждого текста; Практическая значимость данной работы состоит в сборе и комментировании корпуса текстов, циркулирующих в русской культуре и создающих определенных образ Китая и китайцев в сознании русских, в том числе и современных. Знание этого может помочь как китайцам, стремящимся понять русскую культуру, так и русским, для того, чтобы увидеть, как постепенно формировались в их сознании стереотипы о стране-соседе и ее обитателях.
