Германаты R2Ge2O7 (R=Tb-Lu, Y) имеют широкую область применения благодаря многообразию свойств, в том числе, благодаря оптическим свойствам. Кристаллическая структура этих соединений изучена достаточно хорошо, в то время как экспериментальных данных по фононным спектрам и упругим постоянным нет. В научной печати имеются только данные об ИК и КР спектрах поликристаллического образца Y2Ge2O7, из которых были определены частоты менее половины фононных мод. В связи с этим представляется актуальным провести первопринципное исследование структуры и динамики ряда R2Ge2O7 (R=Tb-Lu, Y). В работе в рамках единого ab initio подхода были проведены расчеты кристаллической структуры, частот и интенсивностей ИК и КР спектров, а также упругих постоянных R2Ge2O7. Из анализа векторов смещений, полученных из первопринципного расчета, определена степень участия ионов в каждой моде. Расчет фононных спектров и упругих постоянных для редкоземельных германатов R2Ge2O7 выполнен впервые. Расчеты проводились в рамках теории функционала плотности с гибридным функционалом PBE0, который учитывает локальный и нелокальный (в формализме Хартри-Фока) обмен, а также межэлектронные корреляции. Такой подход надежно опробован для сложных соединений с ионной и ионно-ковалентной связью. Расчеты были проведены в программе CRYSTAL17, предназначенной для моделирования периодических структур в рамках МО ЛКАО подхода. Результаты расчетов R2Ge2O7 хорошо согласуются с экспериментальными данными по кристаллической структуре, а также с имеющимися данными по ИК и КР спектрам для Y2Ge2O7. Расчеты позволили определить типы мод в измеренных спектрах иттриевого германата, а также описать изменение частот фононных мод и упругих свойств соединений R2Ge2O7 в ряду R=Tb-Lu. / Germanates R2Ge2O7 (R = Tb-Lu, Y) have a wide area of applications due to the variety of properties, including optical properties. The crystal structure of these compounds has been studied quite well, but there are no experimental data of phonon spectra and elastic constants. In the articles only the IR and Raman spectra of the polycrystalline Y2Ge2O7 are available, from which the frequencies of less than half of the phonon modes were determined. In this regard, it seems actual to conduct ab-initio study of the structure and dynamics of the row R2Ge2O7 (R = Tb-Lu, Y). In the framework of a single ab initio approach were calculated the crystal structure, frequencies and intensities of the IR and Raman spectra and elastic constants of R2Ge2O7. From the analysis of displacement vectors obtained from an ab-initio calculation, the degree of participation of ions in each mode is determined. The calculation of phonon spectra and elastic constants for rare-earth germanates R2Ge2O7 was performed for the first time. The calculations were carried out in the framework of the density functional theory with the PBE0 hybrid functional, which takes into account local and nonlocal (in the Hartree-Fock formalism) exchange, as well as interelectronic correlations. This approach has been reliably tested for complex compounds with ion and ion-covalent bonds. The calculations were carried out in the CRYSTAL17 program, designed to simulate periodic structures within the framework of the MO LCAO approach. The results of calculations of R2Ge2O7 are in good agreement with the experimental data of the crystal structure and with the available data of IR and Raman spectra for Y2Ge2O7. The calculations made it possible to determine the types of modes in the measured spectra of yttrium germanate and to describe the change in the frequencies of the phonon modes and the elastic properties of R2Ge2O7 compounds in the row R = Tb-Lu.

Цель работы заключается в теоретическом и экспериментальном исследовании новых типов электрических антенн. Проведено исследование в среде электромагнитного моделирования Ansoft HFSS, по результатам моделирования изготовлены прототипы и проведены измерения их характеристик. Новые типы антенны имеют большие перспективы дальнейшего развития, возможно изготовление активной антенны или использование ее в качестве элемента фазированной антенной решетки. / The purpose of work consists in theoretical and experimental research of new types of electric antennas. Study of electromagnetic environment simulation Ansoft HFSS, the simulation results of fabricated prototypes and measured their characteristics. New types of antennas have great potential for further development, it is possible to manufacture an active antenna or use it as element of a phased antenna array.

В данной работе исследуются методы увеличения полосы рабочих частот микрополосковой антенны. Рассматриваются влияния параметров подложки и конструктивных улучшений микрополосковой антенны на широкополосность. Также рассматривается предел добротности Q_ЧУ линейно-поляризованной микрополосковой антенны при изменении диэлектрической проницаемости и высоты подложки. Для каждого из методов увеличения широкополосности были изготовлены макеты антенн. / In this graduation work, improvement methods of microstrip antenna bandwidth are investigated. The influences of substrate parameters and design enhancements on the microstrip antenna bandwidth is considered. In addition, the dependence of the physical limitation Q_ЧУ of a linear polarized microstrip antenna on the substrate permittivity and its thickness is considered. The antenna mockup has been made for each method of bandwidth improvement.

Щелевые волноводные излучатели находят широкое применение как в качестве элементов антенных решеток или облучателей апертурных антенн, так и в виде самостоятельных излучателей. Излучатели на основе прямоугольного волновода используется достаточно давно и их характеристики подробно исследованы. Но современные требования к антенным системам приводят к необходимым решениям ряда вопросов при использовании щелевых излучателей в волноводах специальной формы. В данной работе приведены результаты электродинамического расчета щелевых излучателей в некоторых разновидностях таких волноводов. / Development the radiator on the base of waveguide special form. Slotted waveguide radiators are used in construction for antennas elements arrays, irradiators reflector antennas, or for separate radiators. Radiators on the rectangular waveguide are explored many years ago. But modern requirements to antenna systems are leading to many questions, which we using slotted radiators in the waveguide special form. In this work you can see the results of electrodynamics calculation slotted radiators in some types of this waveguides.

Structure of master's thesis includes introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used sources and applications. Во второй главе подробно рассматривается состав предпроектных работ, включающий в себя дорожную карту проекта, разработку методологического подхода к проектам развития территорий, основанного на маркетинговом подходе 3 Р и его применение в проекте развития территорий, связанном с научно-образовательной сферой, а также Формирование механизмов реализации проекта Кампуса на основе ГЧП. В третьей главе приведены результаты работ, выполненных на основе исследований и подходов описанных в предыдущих главах. The movement of student's groups represents successfully developing youth organization having rich history, traditions and the prospects of further development. Student's groups have a significant role also in economic development of the country: new jobs are created, construction of socially important objects and increase in a housing stock is carried out, the help to socially not smoothed out categories of citizens is made. It is also worth noting that fighters of student's groups are more successfully integrated into modern professional community and society in general, including into social and political life of society. The dissertation research is devoted to questions of development of student's construction groups which in total of student's groups of Russia the greatest number in comparison with other types. Requirements to commanders and commissioners from employers raise and, as a result, their better preparation is required. The attention to the system of preparation of komsostav of SSO is relevant also because the Headquarters of pedagogical groups and the Headquarters of groups of conductors have the licensed programs of training of fighters while the Headquarters of those SSO have no and in fact high-quality purposeful preparation of a komsostav of SSO is not carried out. Within the thesis factors which need to be considered when studying a subject of student's groups, such as change of social and psychological characteristics of students, values, motivation and aspirations of students are allocated; changes of relationship of groups with employers; educational technologies. The problem considered in a research: insufficiently qualitative scientific methodological support of process of training of commanders and commissioners of SSO. A research objective – to improve a scientific methodological support of process of training of the ordering structures of student's construction groups. As a result of a dissertation research the program of training of a komsostav of student's construction groups on the basis of results of the researches conducted among students and employers, the analysis of modern educational technologies is developed and approved. / Движение студенческих отрядов представляет собой успешно развивающуюся молодежную организацию, имеющую богатую историю, традиции и перспективы дальнейшего развития. Значительную роль студенческие отряды имеют и в экономическом развитии страны: создаются новые рабочие места, осуществляется строительство социально-значимых объектов и увеличение жилищного фонда, производится помощь социально незачищенным категориям граждан. Стоит также отметить, что бойцы студенческих отрядов более успешно интегрируются в современное профессиональное сообщество и общество в целом, в том числе в общественно-политическую жизнь общества. Диссертационное исследование посвящено вопросам развития студенческих строительных отрядов, которых в общем количестве студенческих отрядов России наибольшее количество по сравнению с другими видами. Повышаются требования к командирам и комиссарам со стороны работодателей и, как следствие, требуется более качественная их подготовка. Внимание к системе подготовки комсоставов ССО актуально еще и в связи с тем, что Штаб педагогических отрядов и Штаб отрядов проводников имеет лицензированные программы подготовки бойцов, в то время как Штаб ССО таковых не имеет и по сути качественной целенаправленной подготовки комсостава ССО не осуществляется. В рамках диссертации выделены факторы, которые необходимо учитывать при изучении темы студенческих отрядов, такие как изменение социально-психологических характеристик студенчества, ценностей, мотивации и стремлений студенчества; изменения взаимоотношения отрядов с работодателями; образовательных технологий. Рассматриваемая в исследовании проблема: недостаточно качественное научно-методического обеспечения процесса подготовки командиров и комиссаров ССО. Цель исследования – усовершенствовать научно-методическое обеспечение процесса подготовки командующих составов студенческих строительных отрядов. В результате диссертационного исследования разработана и апробирована программа обучения комсостава студенческих строительных отрядов на основе результатов исследований, проведенных среди студентов и работодателей, анализа современных образовательных технологий.

In the conditions of constantly changing economic phenomena and processes, regular fluctuations in the domestic and foreign markets, the most acute is the problem of effective investment and the use of capital in order to obtain a positive economic effect when investing. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of a small industrial enterprise. The analysis was based on the study of scientific and periodical literature, the study of existing methods of assessing investment attractiveness and experience of implementation in practice. As sources of information we used legal acts, the database of publications of the Russian science citation index, presented on the resource Elibrary, statistics on the subject of research, management reporting data and internal documents of the studied enterprise. In the course of writing a master's thesis, an algorithm for assessing the investment attractiveness of a small industrial enterprise was developed and tested. The use of the developed tools is aimed at increasing the level of investment attractiveness of small industrial enterprises, as well as improving the accuracy of the investor's assessment of small industrial enterprises in the selection of investment objects. As a result of approbation of the developed technique the level of investment attractiveness of the operating industrial enterprise was increased. / В условиях постоянно изменяющихся экономических явлений и процессов, регулярных колебаний на внутреннем и внешнем рынках, наиболее острой является проблема эффективного вложения и использования капитала с целью получения положительного экономического эффекта при инвестировании. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методики оценки инвестиционной привлекательности малого промышленного предприятия. Анализ основывался на изучении научно-периодической литературы, изучении существующих методик оценки инвестиционной привлекательности и опыта внедрения в практику. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные статистики по тематике исследования, данные управленческой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирован алгоритм оценки инвестиционной привлекательности малого промышленного предприятия. Использование разработанного инструментария нацелено на повышения уровня инвестиционной привлекательности малого промышленного предприятия, а также на повышение точность оценки инвестором малых промышленных предприятий при выборе объектов инвестирования. В результате апробации разработанной методики был повышен уровень инвестиционной привлекательности действующего промышленного предприятия.
