В теоретической части представлены основные понятия, опыт обучения кадрового резерва, программа совершенствования обучения кадрового резерва на предприятиях газотранспортной отрасли. В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемого предприятия и деятельность службы управления персоналом, проведен анализ использования программы совершенствования обучения кадрового резерва ООО «Газпром трансгаз Екатеринбург». На основе полученных данных разработаны рекомендации по использованию программы совершенствования обучения кадрового резерва ООО «Газпром трансгаз Екатеринбург». В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The master thesis consists of introduction, three parts, a conclusion, a bibliographic list, and appendices. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts, the experience of training the personnel reserve, the program for improving the training of the personnel reserve at the enterprises of the gas transportation industry. The practical part describes the general characteristics of the enterprise under study and the activities of the personnel management service, analyzes the use of the program for improving the training of the personnel reserve of Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg LLC. Based on the data obtained, recommendations have been developed for the use of the program for improving the training of the personnel reserve of Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg LLC. In conclusion, the results are summed up in accordance with the tasks set.

In Live Ghosts, Patricia (Patty) Ireland offers a gathering of short stories based upon real life characters she encountered while growing up in the South. Exploring the diversity, complexity and moral ambiguity of those we might normally perceive as being stereotypically “Southern,” Ireland’s tales encompass a variety of time periods, settings, and characters, including: a modern-day family struggling to reconcile the reality of death, interracial lovers in the early 1950’s who are descended from masters and slaves, and an insane killer locked for life in a mental institution of the 1990’s. Live Ghosts is infused with tales of fear, love, loss, regret, madness, and self discovery, themes intrinsic not only to Southern culture, but to the universal vulnerability in all of us.

Herbert Morris argues in his influential retributivist paper, "Persons and Punishment," that criminals deserve punishment because their actions represent an unfair distribution of benefits and burdens in society. The proper distribution of benefits and burdens is important, in part, to restore law abiding citizens’ confidence that others will follow the law. In this paper I show that Morris's argument for why criminals deserve punishment morally requires us to set up an institution of rehabilitation in addition to the institution of punishment. Such an institution is morally required because neither pure punishment systems nor punishment systems that incorporate quasi-rehabilitative aspects have ever worked to uphold the necessary confidence that Morris tells us law abiding citizens must have in order to protect the social order. Moreover, we cannot abandon Morris's appeal to the duty to maintain social order without also abandoning a plausibly Morrisian framework.

This thesis deals with the examination of damper characteristics and influence of individual parameters on vehicle handling, primarily with the use of computer program Matlab Simulink.

The aim of this master's thesis is design of an indoor swimming pool in the town of Náměšť nad Oslavou. The thesis contains project documentation, technical reports, reports of fire safety and assessment of building physics. There are two swimming pools designed in the building, main swimming pool of lenght 25m and a smaller one for children. Next to the pool hall a wellness area is placed consisting of three saunas, as well as cooling pool and a rest room. The proposed building has one ground floor and one basement level. Load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete except for the structure of the roof in the pool hall which is constructed from glued timber trusses. A glass facade is designed in this part of the building. Perimeter walls are thermally insulated using polystyrene foam. The roof is designed as a compact roof with foam glass thermal insulation.

Writing effectively in an academic setting is a challenge for many students, especially at the graduate level. Graduate students often struggle with the demands of writing a thesis, which is a specific genre of writing with its own set of standards, norms and conventions. The difficulties described above deepen for students who have to write in their second language. Since language and writing are culture specific, each language has its own unique rhetorical conventions. By comparing three different theses, this study aims to identify the differences between Thai and English discourse. Understanding these differences will provide some guidance to Thai students who are writing their theses in English.

Во второй главе проведен анализ структуры затрат на производство и реализацию продукции на примере ООО «Мирей», оценены финансовые показатели его деятельности. В третьей главе были определены проблемы политики управления затратами на предприятии ООО «Мирей» и предложены мероприятия, направленные на минимизацию затрат на производство и реализацию продукции с целью увеличения показателей прибыли и рентабельности. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. The first chapter examines the work of a number of domestic and foreign economists. The theoretical aspects of cost management methods at the enterprise are considered, the relationship of costs with profit and profitability at the enterprise is shown. In the second chapter, the analysis of the cost structure for the production and sale of products is carried out on the example of LLC "Mirey", the financial indicators of its activities are evaluated. In the third chapter, the problems of the cost management policy at the Mirey LLC enterprise were identified and measures were proposed aimed at minimizing the costs of production and sale of products in order to increase profit and profitability indicators. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.

Во второй главе проводится подробный анализ финансового состояния, а также особенности организации учета и формирования затрат исследуемого объекта. В третьей главе выделены основные проблемы управления затратами предприятия, разработан комплекс мероприятий для оптимизации затрат на исследуемом объекте. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The first chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of the formation of enterprises' costs for the production and sale of products, various approaches to the classification of costs, as well as cost management methods. The second chapter provides a detailed analysis of the financial condition, as well as the features of the organization of accounting and the formation of costs of the object under study. In the third chapter, the main problems of enterprise cost management are highlighted, a set of measures has been developed to optimize costs at the object under study. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.
