Vliv interakce daňového a dávkového systému na pracovní úsilí OSVČ

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou podnikatelského prostředí v České republice z hlediska motivace OSVČ ke zvyšování svých příjmů. K tomu je použit aparát mezních efektivních daňových sazeb (METR), které ukazují, jaká část změny hrubého příjmu je odebrána společným působením daní a sociálních dávek. Provedena je také komparace hodnot METR v čase a porovnání situace OSVČ se situací zaměstnanců. Analýza ukázala, že pro OSVČ existují určitá pásma hrubých příjmů, v nichž díky nevhodné konstrukci či kombinaci odvodů a sociálních dávek, dochází k vytváření pastí neaktivity, kdy se některým OSVČ může jevit jako demotivující zvyšovat svůj příjem. Situace je však příznivější než v případě zaměstnanců a v čase se zlepšuje (jak ukázalo porovnání roku 2006 s rokem 2001). Tato práce může být využita pro hospodářskopolitické účely nebo jako východisko pro další výzkumné studie v této oblasti.

Vztah pohybové aktivity dojnic k reprodukčním, produkčním a zdravotním parametrům. / The Relationship between Motion Activity and Reproduction, Production and Health Parameters in Dairy Cattle.

The aim of this thesis was to assess the relationship between motion activity of dairy cattle as measured using activity meters and reproduction, production and health parameters. For a one-year period the motion activity of 210 dairy cows was monitored. The results show that at the start of the rutting period there is a noticeable increase in motion activity (mainly during nighttime hours), specifying the exact start of rutting and the subsequent insemination. If the rutting period is detected accurately the percentage of dairy cows that are impregnated increases. Using activity meters improves reproduction indicators. Motion activity in sick cattle is generally reduced and after a warning the animals can be treated in time. The relationship between motion activity and production parameters is statistically inconclusive.

To attempt for the modifications of its boundaries, the public policies established and the roll of his agents to social actors. We would not be able to leave off an essential discussion about historical aspects to the comprehension of as it gave the evolution of a very important metropolis in technological and scientific level. The city evolved, as well as evolved the mechanisms of incorporation of the urban space, even though some principles have been disfigured. A rela??o urbano-rural no contexto da metr?pole: um enfoque nos assentamentos rurais da RMN

On the basis of this approach searched to argue the estruturation of the Brazilian urban space and the relation with the agricultural one, evidencing an academic debate little contemplated, in view of that the space transformations guided by Brazilian industrialization had earned as endorsement a mere urban direction, fact that neglected factors more complex than they for the urban-agricultural relation in the context of the urbanization and, more recently, of the metropolization. Another important factor in the construction of the work was the contextualization of the urbanization of the Rio Grande do Norte, as well as of the metropolization of Natal, where if the significant presence of an agricultural reality made an analysis of the configuration metropolitan in the present time displaying that also remains and reproduces the metropolis, fact that conditions and justifies the treatment of the reality metropolitan for the bias of the urban-agricultural relation. The approach of this relation was directed for the agricultural nestings of the Region Metropolitan of Natal (RMN), understood as fragments agricultural in the context of the metropolis, in view of that a tenuous correspondence of these nestings with the metropolis in the direction of its integration was observed. As methodology one used bibliographical survey in periodic and books and collected secondary data-collecting next to the IBGE and to the INCRA and still were directed a field research where interviews next to the seated ones had been carried through. In this direction, one evidenced that the metropolization also absorbs and even though it reproduces the ruralidade that if verifies in the RMN finishing for mining the idea of an urban one that it excludes the agricultural one. In the case of the RMN, we have agricultural and the urban one exactly if conforming in one space that is metropolitan / O trabalho ora apresentado busca fazer uma an?lise da rela??o urbano-rural no contexto do processo de metropoliza??o de Natal. Com base nesse enfoque buscou-se discutir a estrutura??o do espa?o urbano brasileiro e sua rela??o com o rural, evidenciando um debate acad?mico pouco contemplado, tendo em vista que as transforma??es espaciais orientadas pela industrializa??o brasileira ganharam como respaldo um sentido meramente urbano, fato que negligenciou fatores mais complexos que perpassam pela rela??o urbano-rural no contexto da urbaniza??o e, mais recentemente, da metropoliza??o. Outro fator importante na constru??o do trabalho foi a contextualiza??o da urbaniza??o do Rio Grande do Norte, assim como da metropoliza??o de Natal, onde se fez uma an?lise da configura??o metropolitana na atualidade expondo a presen?a significativa de uma realidade rural que inclusive se mant?m e reproduz a metr?pole, fato que condiciona e justifica o tratamento da realidade metropolitana pelo vi?s da rela??o urbano-rural. O enfoque dessa rela??o foi direcionado para os assentamentos rurais da Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal (RMN), entendidos como fragmentos rurais no contexto da metr?pole, tendo em vista que foi observada uma t?nue correspond?ncia desses assentamentos com a metr?pole no sentido de sua integra??o. Frutos das reivindica??es da Reforma Urbana, instrumentos como o Estatuto da Cidade, a Pol?tica Nacional de Mobilidade Urbana e o rec?m-criado Estatuto da Metr?pole emergem como suporte ?s RMs brasileiras no alcance de uma mobilidade eficiente. Conforme os dispositivos, as diversas a??es urbanas devem ser planejadas em conjunto para o alcance de cidades mais ordenadas, socialmente justas e ambientalmente vi?veis. A partir dessa conjuntura, a presente disserta??o buscou mostrar se os principais projetos estruturantes de expans?o urbana e vi?ria implantados na Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal (RMN), cujas transforma??es f?sico-territoriais se intensificaram nas ?ltimas d?cadas, foram planejados em conson?ncia com a gest?o da mobilidade. Primeiramente foram listados os projetos mais importantes da metr?pole funcional, composta pelos munic?pios da RMN que apresentam forte integra??o. A partir dessa an?lise, ? poss?vel constatar se a RMN enseja a consolida??o de um ambiente urbano com uma mobilidade eficiente, contribuindo para promover o desenvolvimento sustent?vel no seu territ?rio, ou se, de forma contr?ria, fomenta um crescimento desordenado ao permitir que projetos estruturantes sejam implantados de maneira descolada ? gest?o da mobilidade. / The fast growth of cities causes the meeting of urban areas and the increase of political, economic and social influence between nearby cities, resulting in a process known as metropolization, which, in turn, causes direct impact on the way people and goods move through the cities - that is, on urban mobility. Especially in developing countries like Brazil, where the metropolitan areas (RM) lack of political interest and planning structures to ensure the governance of these areas, the effects of metropolization can cause irreversible negative impacts on mobility. As results of the claims of the Urban Reform, instruments such as the Statute of the City, the National Policy of Urban Mobility and the newly created Statute of Metropolis emerge as support to Brazilian RMs in achieving efficient mobility. According to these instruments, the various urban actions must be planned together to achieve more organized, socially fair and environmentally viable cities. From this situation, this study sought to show if the major infrastructure projects of urban and road expansion deployed in the Metropolitan Region of Natal (RMN), which physical and territorial transformations were intensified in recent decades, have been planned in accordance with mobility management. Firstly, the most important projects of the functional metropolis ? formed by the municipalities of RMN that have strong integration ? were listed. Then, a criterion called "Metropolitan Cohesion Potential" was established to define which projects were more relevant on the RMN?s territory as limitations of this study did not allow analysis of all projects. The International Airport Alu?zio Alves, the Light Rail and Metropolitan Road presented the highest potential of metropolitan cohesion, so they were analyzed considering their relationship with mobility management, primary objective of the research. It was investigated if the structuring project meets the steps of the new type of desirable urban mobility: promotes investments in the poorest areas of infrastructure; causes population density and induces mixed land uses; contributes to the compactness; encourages democratic access of the population to goods and services; has a structure that indulges the transport of non-motorized means and collective motor; enables integration of modal; and seeks to cause less environmental damage. From this analysis, it can be seen that the RMN entails the consolidation of an urban environment with efficient mobility, to promote sustainable development in its territory, or in a contrary manner, fosters a disorderly growth by allowing structuring projects to be deployed separated from the mobility management.

This Master’s thesis deals with standard uncertainity determination for electrical quantities measurement. Next, there are proposals of uncertainity calculation procedures for impedance measurement. Impedance is measured by LCR meter Agilent 4263B. Using the proposed procedures, standard uncertainities are then calculated. Furthermore, there is proposal for an improved laboratory exercise for the MEMT subject, implementing the standard measurement uncertainities calculations.

This doctoral thesis with the title „Monitoring of filtration processes in earth dams“ represents possibilities of using electrical impedance spectrometry method (EIS) and devices Z- meter II and Z- meter 2A based on it for using a monitoring earth-fill dikes of small water reservoirs. The devices are developed in the Laboratory of Water Management Research Institute of Water Structures Faculty of Civil Engineering Brno University of Technology through international projects E!3838 and E!4981 in EUREKA program. As part of submitted doctoral thesis the monitoring has been conducted at two locations – earth-fill dike of small water reservoir Bezedník III in the cadastral area Kobeřice and earth-fill dike of fish pond Rybník u kostelíka near the village Jevíčko. The general guidance has been compiled based on the knowledge and experience of measurements to monitor earth-fill dike using method EIS. This guide covers the use of method and device Z-meter II from the choice of location and monitored the profile, selection and installation of probes into the dam body, the preparation of measurement location, configuration of the measuring apparatus including a user program Z-scan, through the process of measurement and recommended method of processing data.
