The outputs of this thesis represent recommendations for streamlining the current remuneration system and thus increasing employee satisfaction. The proposals are focused primarily on tackling the company's problems, i.e. the acquisition of high-quality personnel.

The theoretical and methodological foundations in the study of the system of labor motivation are presented. The normative and legal bases of personnel motivation management are considered, which allow us to conclude that in social service organizations the motivation system is determined by legislative acts of various levels. The structure and elements of motivation are characterized and the theories of motivation of foreign and Russian scientists are studied; the features of the factors of dissatisfaction in social service organizations are revealed; data on the motivation system in social service organizations from the position of "head" and "employee"; a study of integrated social service centers and interviews with managers and focus groups with specialists of complex social service centers.

Компания ООО «CuprAI Bridge» занимается производством широкого выбора токопроводов и шинопроводов с установленными номинальными параметрами, обладающих высокими эксплуатационными характеристиками и надежностью. Для компании «CuprAI Bridge» приоритетными направлениями являются повышение ежегодной прибыли, снижение издержек общества, повышения качества и расширение ассортимента предоставляемых услуг, сохранение и упрочнение положения, а также привлечение новых клиентов. Проанализировав техническое состояние компьютеров и ПО отдела можно сказать что, в целом программный продукт и компьютеры в отделе соответствуют друг другу, но касательно проектов так сказать не получится. Используя старый софт (ПО) и компьютеры, которые собираются под него нет возможности выполнять проекты максимально быстро, т.к. программы не получают обновления и не оптимизируются, что приводит к периодическому зависанию ПО и соответственно потери времени. Было предложено два проекта: модернизация АП и ПО, и система мотивации. По результатам реализованных проектов потери во время разработки КД станут прибылью, количество реализованных проектов в год увеличится с 14-20 до 18-20 шт. При разных вариантах сценариев, окупаемость проекта будет от 2 лет 10 месяцев до 12 лет 1 месяца. Новая система мотивации позволит заинтересовать сотрудников делать больше и качественнее и соответственно проекты окупятся быстрее. / The company "CuprAI Bridge" LLC is engaged in the production of a wide selection of conductors and busbars with established nominal parameters, with high performance and reliability. For CuprAI Bridge, the priority areas are increasing annual profits, reducing costs to society, improving the quality and expanding the range of services provided, maintaining and strengthening its position, as well as attracting new customers. After analyzing the technical condition of computers and software of the department, we can say that, in general, the software product and computers in the department correspond to each other, but as far as projects are concerned, it will not work. Using the old software (software) and computers that are going for it, it is not possible to carry out projects as quickly as possible, because programs do not receive updates and are not optimized, which leads to periodic freezing of the software and, accordingly, loss of time. Two projects were proposed: modernization of AP and software, and a motivation system. According to the results of the implemented projects, losses during the development of design documentation will become a profit, the number of implemented projects per year will increase from 14-20 to 18-20 pieces. With different scenarios, the project payback will be from 2 years 10 months to 12 years 1 month. The new motivation system will motivate employees to do more and better, and, accordingly, projects will pay off faster.
