There are used firm documents for the analysis and the informations are compared. The first par provides a short overview about theories of human resource management and development and education. The practical part of this work describes particular parts of the training system in the firm. There are presented the needs identification, planning of the training, implementation, cost and benefits analysis and effectivity evaluation.

Previous issue date: 2013-01-29 / Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos / The purpose of this thesis is to verify if there is the involvement of workers in the use of different methods of operations management and how this process occurs, as recommended by handbooks, which recommend this involvement as necessary to the success of the methods. It was considered the auto parts companies as appropriate to investigate this topic, as they are forced to adopt many of the methods investigated. We chose the survey procedure using the database of member companies of Sindipeças, an association of auto parts producers, in 2010. In total, 388 companies were contacted and received the questionnaire. Of these, 95 returned the questionnaire answered. The main results observed were that methods of operations management listed in the questionnaire were adopted by companies surveyed and, in most cases, there was involvement of workers. It was also observed that the cases of adoption of methods without the involvement of workers were more discontinued. / O objetivo deste trabalho é verificar se ocorre e como se dá o envolvimento de trabalhadores na utilização de diferentes métodos de gestão da produção, conforme recomendado pelos manuais, que apontam este envolvimento como necessário para o sucesso dos métodos. As empresas de autopeças foram consideradas apropriadas para investigar o tema, uma vez que estas são obrigadas a adotar vários dos métodos pesquisados. Optou-se pelo procedimento survey, utilizando a base de dados das empresas associadas ao Sindipeças (Sindicato Nacional da Indústria de Componentes para Veículos Automotores) em 2010. No total, 388 empresas foram contactadas e receberam o questionário. Destas, 95 devolveram o questionário respondido. Os principais resultados observados foram que os métodos de gestão da produção listados no questionário vêm sendo adotados pelas empresas pesquisadas e, na maioria dos casos, há o envolvimento dos trabalhadores. Observou-se, ainda, que os casos de adoção dos métodos sem envolvimento dos trabalhadores foram os que mais foram descontinuados.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att ge en bild av hur generella projektledningsmetoder används inom reklambranschen. Vi ville undersöka vilka aspekter av projektledningen som kan påverkas av de speciella förutsättningar som finns i reklambranschen. Varje reklamprojekt innehåller en skapandeprocess, och vi ville se hur sådant påverkar projektledningen. Vi sammanställde först ett antal generella projektledningsmetoder för att få en teoretisk bild av hur projekt kan bedrivas. För att ge läsaren en inblick i reklambranschen och hur reklam skapas, beskrev vi även reklam ur ett teoretiskt perspektiv. Med utgång från vår teori, genomförde vi en kvalitativ studie av sju reklambolag i Karlstad. Vi gjorde djupintervjuer med en projektledare från respektive byrå, under vilka de fick beskriva sitt projektarbete. Det empiriska resultatet från intervjuerna jämfördes sedan med den teori som låg till grund för undersökningen. Undersökningen visade att reklambyråerna i stor utsträckning använde sig av projektledningsmetoder, i vissa fall utan att de själva var medvetna om det. Förstudien är inte särskilt omfattande från byråernas sida. Det är istället kunden som genomför det mesta av det arbete som vi skulle kalla förstudie. Planeringen av den kreativa arbetsprocessen var i de flesta fall så ostrukturerad som vi på förhand trott. Vi märkte även från vissa byråer en ovilja att strukturera planeringsarbetet, något som verkade bero på branschtraditioner. Efter att planeringen för projektet är gjord och idén tagits fram, har reklambyråerna ofta en produktionsledare som styr genomförandefasen. Projektledarna har då en marginaliserad roll, vilket är en skillnad gentemot gängse metodbeskrivningar inom akademin och näringslivet. Även om det fanns brister i planeringsarbetet, hade byråerna väl utarbetade rutiner inom andra delar av projektarbetet, framförallt för acceptansproceduren mellan byrå och kund. Byråerna visade genomgående brister när det gäller rutiner för erfarenhetsutbyte mellan projekt. Slutrapporter skrivs inte, och lärdomar stannar därför hos dem som deltagit i det specifika projektet. Det riskerar att göra reklambyråerna beroende av att medarbetare stannar inom företaget. / The purpose of this essay was to study to which extent project management methods are used in advertising projects. We wanted to investigate which aspects of project management can be affected by the special conditions characterizing the advertisement business. All advertising projects demand a process of creation, and we wanted to see how that can affect the project management. In order to create a picture of how projects can be run from a theoretic point of view, we made a compilation of a number of general project management methods. To give the reader an insight in the advertisement business and in how advertisement is produced, we also described advertisement from a theoretic point of view. With our theoretic view as base, we carried out a qualitative study of seven local advertising agencies. We made in-depth interviews with project managers from all seven agencies respectively, during which they described their project processes. The empirical result from the interviews was then compared with the theories that formed the basis of the study. The study showed that the advertising agencies to a great extent used project management methods, in some cases without themselves being aware of it. The agencies’ feasibility study is not especially comprehensive. Instead it is the clients that perform most of the work that we associate with feasibility studies. The planning of the creative work process was in most cases as unstructured as we had expected. We also noticed unwillingness from some agencies to make the planning process more structured, something that seemed to be due to business traditions. After the project planning is done and the idea for the campaign has been developed, the agencies often have a production manager to control the project execution phase. During the execution phase, the project manager has a marginalized role, something that differs from an academic view of project management. Even if the agencies had deficiencies in their planning processes, they had well elaborated acceptance procedures. All agencies lacked routines for exchange of experience between projects. Final reports are not written, and lessons learned stay within the project team. This leaves the success of the agencies depending on their co-workers staying in the company.

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo tratar do modo como a classe trabalhadora brasileira tem reagido às mudanças na organização da produção com a passagem de um padrão fordista para um pós-fordista a partir de um estudo de caso envolvendo trabalhadores da planta da Natura de Cajamar (SP). Com inspiração em Beaud e Pialoux (2009), aqui se pretende demonstrar como tais mudanças significaram a desestruturação do grupo operário e a ascensão de um novo grupo, marcado por novas características e sobre o qual os antigos valores, símbolos e referências não exercem mais a mesma influência. O interesse é analisar de que modo o novo grupo operário interage com as exigências da produção orientada por princípios do toyotismo, isto é, de qualidade e de flexibilidade. A descrição da fábrica, a apresentação de entrevistas, com trabalhadores e diretores da empresa, e de materiais corporativos e sindicais permitem analisar como foram introduzidas as mudanças na produção. Além disso, pretende-se debater o significado do descompasso entre a realidade concreta do trabalho na empresa e o discurso empresarial que prega a transparência das relações, de modo a identificar quais são os fundamentos do consentimento dos trabalhadores às práticas de produção flexíveis adotadas na fábrica. / This present work intends to discuss the way that Brazilian working class has reacted to changes in the organization of production after the transition from \"fordism\" to \"post-fordism\", using a case study around Naturas workers in the plant of Cajamar (São Paulo Brasil). Inspired by Beaud and Pialoux (2009), the attemp is showing how these changes have meant a kind of dismantling for the group of workers and a rise of a new group of them, influenced by new characters. Old values, symbols and references do not exercise the same influence as they used to. The point is to examine the way that this new group interacts with the production\'s demands guided by toyotism elements, like quality and flexibility. The factory\'s description, the presentation of the interviews with workers and companys manangers, and the examining of companys and trade unions documents make possible to analyse how changes in production have been introduced in Natura. Beyond that, the meanings of the gap between the factual reality of working in the company and companys discourse, that talks about transparency\' in relations, will also be examined to identify wich are the basis of workers consent to the flexible production practices adopted in that factory.

Tikslui realizuoti pasirinkti tyrimo metodai: su darbo tema susijusių Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų, kitų teisės aktų, reglamentuojančių viešajį administravimą, nevyriausybines organizacijas, neatlygintiną donorystę bei Lietuvos mokslininkų publikacijų analizė, išorinės aplinkos analizė (PEST), interviu. Teorinėje dalyje analizuojami kokybės vadybos metodų taikymo ypatumai viešajame sektoriuje nevyriausybinių organizacijų aspektu. Magistro darbe nagrinėjami BVM diegimo viešojo administravimo institucijose pagrindiniai ypatumai, atskleidžiami BVM įgyvendinimo probleminiai aspektai. Tyrimo rezultatuose analizuojama išorinės aplinkos veiksnių įtaka bei BVM diegimo galimybės VšĮ „Šiaulių donoras“ įstaigos veikloje. To realize the purpose investigation methods were selected: relevant to job laws oft he Republic of Lithuania, the laws governing public administration, non-governmental organizations, unpaid blood donations and the Lithuanian scientific publication sanalysis, external environmental analysis (PEST) and interview. In theoretical chapter features of quality management applications to aspects of non-governmental organizations in public sector are analyzed. In Master's thesis features of CAF integrating into public administration institutions are written, problemic aspects of realizing CAF are mentioned. In investigation rezults an influence of external enviroment and CAF opportunities in VšĮ „Šiaulių donoras“ actyvity are analyzed. The study explains main opportunities and threats which goes from outside and quality level of VšĮ „Šiaulių donoras“ , also quality management skills and competencies, visions and perspectives for more efficient institution service quality and better rates of activity rezults.
