<p>Upravljanje promenama u projektu je nova i specijalizovana menadžment disciplina koja je malo izučavana u svetu a posebno u na&scaron;oj zemlji. Predmet izučavanja ove discipline jeste upravljanje složenim naučnim, tehničkim, građevinskim, energetskim, finansijskim i organizacionim projektima koji se realizuju u okolini podložnoj uticaju velikih i brzih promena. Teži&scaron;te rada je usmereno na definisanje koncepta upravljanja promenama, koje mogu biti rezultat uticaja iz okruženja ili promena na samom projektu tokom njegove realizacije. Osnovni cilj upravljanja projektom jeste efikasna realizacija projekta u planiranom vremenu i sa planiranim tro&scaron;kovima u uslovima značajnih eksternih i internih promena. Upravljanje promenama na projektu podrazumeva definisanje takve organizacuione forme koja će omogućiti blagovremeno uočavanje i klasifikaciju relevantnih promena koje mogu nastati u projektu, primenom raspoloživih metoda i resursa u ostvarivanju osnovnih ciljeva projekta. Uzroci promena u projektu proizilaze iz neravnoteže između projekta i okoline ili neravnoteže unutar samog projekta. Upravljanje promenama u projektu odvija se kroz pocese planiranja, uvodjenja i kontrole. U radu je prikazan jedinstven model za upravljanje promenama u projektu koji se uz manje korekcije može primeniti u realizaciji ma kog projekta. Posebnost rada ogleda se u prikazu promena koje su u toku ili koje mogu nastati tokom restruktuiranja elektroprivrednog sistema Srbije.</p> / <p>Change management in project is a new and specialized management discipline that have been studied a little in the world, particularly in our country. The subject of research of this discipline is managing of a complex scientific, technical, civil engineering, energy, financial and organizational projects that are realized in the surrounding liable to the influence of a big and fast changes. The centre of work is directed towards the defining of concept of change management, that can be the result of the surrounding influence or the changes of the project during its realization. The basic aim of project management is an effective project realization in the planned time and expences in the conditions of important external and internal changes. Change management on the project means defining of such organizational form that provides timely observation and classification of relevat change that can appear in the project, applying the avaible methods and resource in the realization of the basic project aims. The causes of project changes appears from the disbalance between the project and surrounding or disbalance in the project itself. Change project management have been done through the processes of planning, introducting and control. The unique model for change management in project is presented in the paper that can be applied with a little changes in realization of any other project. The individuality office work is prezented in the description of changes that are under way or that can appear during the reconstruction of the power plant system in Serbia.</p>

Through the literature, it is identify, areas and subjects that allow the analyses of institutional management R&D projects (IMRDP). The history of the two institutes was study to identify the similarity and the differences of them. The field research is composed by an interview which was framed through literature subjects and documents in the following topics: general vision and IMRDP operations in the institutes; institutional management; process effectives results; people´s communication involved with projects and the institution; experiences acquired in the institutions. Of all interviews, one quarter was directed to high management, one quarter to functional gerency and two quarter to project managers. The discussion results, thanks to the methodology and schedule, determined that institutions did not have IMRDP, although both institutions considered the importance of its implementation. It was clear that the IMRDP structure, in any institution, have to consider the institutional culture, history, staff, structure and market, even though there are similar subjects and areas between the two institutions. / Estudo de casos comparativo de dois institutos tecnológicos em países do Mercosul o Instituto de Tecnologia Industrial (INTI), na Argentina e o Instituto de Pesquisa Tecnológica (IPT), no Brasil com foco na gestão de projetos de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento (P&D), no nível institucional. Identifica na literatura áreas e temas pelos quais é possível analisar a Gestão Institucional de Projetos de P&D (GIPPD), para então voltar-se ao estudo da história das duas instituições, contextualizando-as e identificando pontos de identidade e diferenciação. Elabora uma pesquisa de campo utilizando-se de entrevista estruturada, a partir do mapeamento que resultou na solução gráfica representativa dos temas identificados no estudo da literatura e dos documentos: visão geral da GIPPD e seu funcionamento em cada instituição; estrutura organizacional; projetos de P&D e o planejamento institucional; Gestão Institucional; resultados efetivos dos processos; comunicação entre os atores dos projetos e a instituição e experiências adquiridas na instituição. As entrevistas foram dirigidas numa proporção de um quarto à Alta Direção (AD), um quarto aos Gerentes Funcionais (GF) e dois quartos aos Gerentes de Projeto (GP). A discussão dos resultados, facilitada pela metodologia e a tabela dinâmica empregadas, permitiu que se concluísse pela nãoexistência de uma GIPPD estruturada nas instituições estudadas, embora os entrevistados considerem válida a sua implantação nas suas organizações. Observa-se que a estruturação de GIPPD em qualquer instituição deverá levar em conta sua cultura institucional, sua história, seu quadro funcional, sua estrutura e seu mercado, no sentido amplo, embora elas venham a ter sempre um conjunto básico de áreas e temas comuns.

The penultimate part of the thesis is connected with the evaluation of the information system variant and the subsequent selection of the optimal variant, its implementation is described in the last chapter using the technique of project management.

A Risk Management Method For A Turkish Defence Industry Firm

In this study, a risk management methodology for the business development phase of a Turkish defense industry firm&rsquo / s projects is proposed. The proposed method is based on the contemporary risk management practices and offers the integration of risk management process on top of existing project management processes in the business development phase, besides being cost effective and applicable. The method suggests a format for a risk management plan with two new sections, results, and compliancy. Furthermore, the method suggests the development of risk response plans prior to the implementation of quantitative risk analysis contrary to the applications in the literature, in order to reduce the size and the complexity of data to be analyzed. The method proposed also benefits from software tools that are easy to use and compatible with the existing project management practices executed in the firm. The method also aims to lead the construction of necessary risk databases that are specific to projects of the firm. The method also discusses the risk management framework under the scope of organizational aspects and decisions. Furthermore, a sample project of the firm is evaluated both with the current method and with the proposed method in order to put forward the advantages of the proposed system over the existing risk management practices of the firm.

A enorme geração de resíduos associada a sua deposição irregular acarretam sérios impactos negativos, nos campos social, ambiental e econômico dos centros urbanos. Tal fato ressalta a importância dos órgãos públicos adotarem programas de gestão de resíduos da construção civil em obras públicas, além de cobrar dos setores particulares o cumprimento da legislação vigente relacionada ao tema. Diante deste cenário, este trabalho tem como objetivo descrever a implantação de um Programa de Gestão de Resíduos da Construção Civil em um canteiro de obra pública. A metodologia tem base em uma revisão bibliográfica para definir a estrutura a ser adotada no Programa de Gestão de Resíduos da Construção Civil. Em seguida foi realizado um estudo de caso através da implantação deste programa em uma obra pública: a construção do prédio da nova Faculdade de Economia da Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. Os dados coletados foram submetidos a análises qualitativa e quantitativa, e os resultados encontrados podem ser expressos, dentre outros, na melhoria da organização, segurança e aspecto visual do canteiro, maior visão para planejamento de empreendimentos futuros, ganhos financeiros com a reutilização e reciclagem dos resíduos, bem como apresentação de índices relacionados à geração de resíduos em canteiro de obra pública. Dentre as dificuldades encontradas pode-se citar certa resistência dos operários em aderir ao programa, devendo a equipe gerencial ter atuação intensa, destacando a liderança do mestre da obra como um aspecto importante para facilitar a difundir a metodologia no canteiro. Ao final, são propostas diretrizes para redução da geração de resíduos da construção civil em obras públicas, concluindo que a responsabilidade pela gestão dos mesmos não é somente das construtoras. É necessário o envolvimento de uma cadeia de agentes que, direta ou indiretamente, também são responsáveis pela geração e destinação dos resíduos. / Brazil currently seeking practices aimed at integrating environmental initiatives with sustainable development. Thus, there is need of various sectors that make up the country's economy change certain attitudes, such as the Building. A huge waste generation associated with its deposition irregular carry serious negative impacts on the social, environmental and economic urban centers. This fact underscores the importance of public agencies adopt management programs of construction waste in public works, and to charge the private sector compliance with current legislation related to the theme. Against this background, this paper aims to describe the implementation of a Waste Management Program Construction on a building site public. The methodology is based on a literature review to define the structure to be adopted in the Programme for Waste Management of Construction. Then we conducted a case study by implementing this program in a public work: the construction of the new building of the Faculty of Economics at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. The data collected were subjected to quantitative and qualitative analysis, and the results can be expressed, among others, on the improvement of the organization, safety and visual appearance of the bed, larger vision for planning future developments, financial gains with the reuse and recycling of waste, as well as presentation of indices related to the generation of waste in public construction site. Among the difficulties encountered can cite some resistance of the workers to join the program, and the management team Tues intense action, highlighting the leadership of master's work as an important aspect to facilitate spreading the methodology plot. Finally, guidelines are proposed to reduce the generation of construction waste in public works, concluding that the responsibility for managing them is not only the builders. It is necessary to involve a chain of agents that directly or indirectly, are also responsible for the generation and disposal of waste.

The purpose of the diploma thesis is obtaining a list of critical success factors in the theoretical part. The list could be interesting for success in IT projects. The list of critical success factors will be subject of examination in the practical part. Firstly I will compile a questionnaire which will contain all critical success factors from the theory. In the next step, I will meet with IT project managers who have got a lots of experiences in the branch. After that I will have completed questionnaires by IT project managers and I will evaluate critical success factors. These critical success factors will be compare with the theory. Finally I will create table with the most important critical success factors according to IT project managers.
