El tema desarrollado en esta tesis es una escuela de Arte en Manchay, Lima Perú. El proyecto cuestiona la manera de hacer arquitectura en un entorno evolutivo donde mayoría de construcciones son basadas en tipologías genéricas. Propone nuevas maneras de generar tipologías según sus usos, tanto para aulas de arte, danza y música. En el proceso del diseño se conceptualiza en generar espacio compartido traducido a partir de los espacios que la comunidad comparte y usan para sus actividades artísticas. Potenciando las cualidades vivenciales que se viven en Manchay para el beneficio de la Escuela. Por otro lado, el proyecto busca introducir el espacio público y no ser ajeno a su entorno ya que está emplazado en una vía de carácter social y cultural en días festivos y culturales. Promete un espacio público de calidad alimentado con comercio para brindar mayor animación a la zona y disminuir los muros ciegos y por lo tanto incrementar la seguridad. / The theme developed in this thesis is an art school in Manchay, Lima Peru. The project questions the way of doing architecture in an evolutionary environment where most constructions are based on generic typologies. It proposes new ways to generate typologies according to their uses, both for art, dance and music classrooms. In the design process, it is conceptualized to generate shared space translated into the spaces that the community shares and uses for their artistic activities. Se presenta una propuesta de un Centro Deportivo Recreacional de carácter público que tiene como principales usuario los niños y jóvenes en formación educativa en la urbanización de Manchay. La idea principal es incluir los deportes en la parte formativa del estudiante con la finalidad de mejorar no sólo físicamente sino social e intelectualmente. A su vez, se busca incluir deportes populares y no tan populares que requieren de mayor infraestructura deportiva. Por otro lado, uno de los principales conceptos de diseño utilizados en el proyecto es la eco/sostenibilidad, se plantea una arquitectura amigable con el medio ambiente, con el fin de cuidar el ecosistema y educar al usuario. Además, se considera espacios flexibles donde se pueden generar distintas actividades en una misma área. Por tal motivo, se ha desarrollado un marco teórico, conceptual y el estudio de proyectos referenciales de la tipología, conceptos y énfasis. Asimismo, se ha analizado la situación actual deportiva a nivel internacional, nacional y del departamento de Lima y las características del distrito y el terreno donde se encuentra ubicado el proyecto para poder determinar los criterios de diseño a utilizar. Adicionalmente, se evalúa al usuario del proyecto, para poder considerar sus necesidades y las actividades que cotidianamente realizan para definir el programa y las áreas del proyecto. Finalmente, con el diseño del proyecto se busca reforzar una serie de variables psicológicos que son aspectos claves que se desarrollan en la vida cotidiana e importante para el desarrollo. A través de la educación física, los niños expresan su espontaneidad, fomenta su creatividad y le permite conocer, respetar, valorarse a sí mismo y a los demás. Además, se busca fortalecer los lazos sociales del distrito, generar un polo deportivo en la zona y que permita incentivar el futuro posicionamiento de otros equipamientos deportivos. / A proposal of a Recreational Sports Center of a public nature is presented that has as main user children and young people in educational training in the urbanization of Manchay. The main idea is to include sports in the formative part of the student in order to improve not only physically but socially and intellectually. In turn, it seeks to include popular sports and not so popular that require more sports infrastructure. On the other hand, one of the main design concepts used in the project is the eco / sustainability, an environmentally friendly architecture is proposed, in order to take care of the ecosystem and educate the user. In addition, flexible spaces are considered where different activities can be generated in the same area. For this reason, a theoretical, conceptual framework and the study of referential projects of typology, concepts and emphasis have been developed. Likewise, the current sporting situation at the international, national and departmental levels of Lima and the characteristics of the district and the land where the project is located were analyzed in order to determine the design criteria to be used. Additionally, the project user is evaluated, in order to be able to consider their needs and the activities they carry out on a daily basis to define the program and the project areas. Se presenta una propuesta de un Colegio inclusivo que tiene como principales usuarios a alumnos regulares y alumnos con necesidades educativas especiales (NEE). La idea principal es promover la educación inclusiva en el país a través de una arquitectura que responde a necesidades reales. De esta manera, el proyecto se convertirá en un referente. A su vez, se busca integrar a la comunidad a través de espacios compartidos. Donde no sólo los alumnos forman parte de ella, sino que se otorgan estos espacios a los vecinos de Manchay. Por otro lado, el énfasis del proyecto es el espacio de interacción social como potenciador de un desarrollo integral. Esto quiere decir que todos los ambientes están pensados para priorizar el confort del alumno, teniendo así, espacios flexibles que se adaptan a diferentes actividades. Por tal motivo, se ha desarrollado un marco teórico, conceptual y el estudio de proyectos referenciales de la tipología, conceptos y énfasis. Tal es así que se ha analizado la situación educativa actual y las características del distrito y del terreno donde se encuentra ubicado el proyecto para poder determinar los criterios de diseño a utilizar También, se evalúa al usuario del proyecto para poder considerar sus necesidades y las actividades que realizan diariamente y de esta manera, poder definir el programa y las áreas del proyecto. Finalmente, con el diseño del proyecto se buscan reforzar varios factores determinantes en el aspecto educacional donde los alumnos puedan desarrollarse de forma óptima. Esto será fundamental para el futuro de la sociedad. A proposal of an inclusive School is presented that has as main users regular students and students with special educational needs (SEN). The main idea is to promote inclusive education in the country through an architecture that responds to real needs. In this way, the project will become a reference. Manchay, ubicado en la periferia de la ciudad de Lima, es una zona que ha afrontado un crecimiento informal y vertiginoso desde su creación. En este contexto desventajoso, gran parte de su población presenta rezago educativo lo que ha perjudicado su desarrollo personal y el de la localidad, a este problema se le suma la carencia de equipamientos educativos complementarios en la zona. Situación que dificulta el correcto desarrollo de la comunidad en general. En consecuencia, se decidió plantear una nueva tipología de centro educativo que integra y afronta temas relevantes en la zona como, educación inconclusa, educación técnica, emprendimiento y actividades comunitarias. El proyecto plantea estrategias para relacionarse con su contexto y pueda ser apropiado por la población. La intención principal es que el Centro de Educación Integrada Manchay (CEIM) se perciba como un espacio accesible y de integración para la comunidad. Esto se logra a través del tratamiento del espacio intermedio, tanto en el exterior como en el interior de la edificación, de forma que este permita ser una plataforma de diferentes actividades y genere sinergias entre distintos usuarios. Además, el proyecto logra que estas situaciones de congregación y encuentro no interfieran con las actividades programadas de cada sector. De modo que se enriquezca la experiencia educativa y se fortalezca el vínculo de la comunidad con el CEIM. / Manchay, located in the periphery of the city of Lima, is an area that has faced an informal and vertiginous growth since its creation. In this disadvantageous context, a large part of its population has an educational backwardness that has impaired their personal development and that of the locality. To this problem is added the lack of complementary educational facilities in the area. Situation that hinders the correct development of the community in general. Consequently, it was decided to propose a new type of educational center that integrates and addresses relevant issues in the area such as unfinished education, technical education, entrepreneurship and community activities. The project proposes strategies to relate to its context and may be appropriate for the population. The main intention is that the Manchay Integrated Education Center (CEIM) is perceived as an accessible and integrating space for the community. This is achieved through the treatment of the “in between” spaces, both outside and inside the building, so that it can be a platform for different activities and generate synergies between different users. In addition, the project achieves that these situations of congregation and meeting do not interfere with the programmed activities of each sector. La presente tesis, tiene el propósito de aplicar una metodología de trabajo colaborativa para la gestión de proyectos de habilitación urbana de la Empresa La Fortaleza, a través de una simulación del producto final y que conforma una base de datos que permiten gestionar los elementos que forman parte de la infraestructura durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto. Esta metodología es BIM (Building Information Modeling) que nos permite mejorar la comprensión y comunicación del proyecto a través de su visualización en 3D, generando, de manera automática, toda la información necesaria para la gestión de obra compartiéndola a todos los involucrados en tiempo real. La habilitación urbana es el proceso de convertir un terreno rústico o eriazo en urbano, donde los predios de una zona urbana debidamente consolidada deben contar con servicios públicos domiciliarios, pistas, veredas e infraestructura vial, redes de agua, desagüe y alcantarillado y alumbrado público, cómo es el proyecto San Antonio de Pachacamac, Etapa 7 – Manchay. Objeto del estudio de la presente tesis. La tesis muestra cuan útil llega a ser el utilizar BIM en la gestión de un proyecto de habilitación urbana durante los procesos de diseño y construcción, identificando de esta manera las interferencias en la etapa de diseño; comparativamente con la metodología tradicional que en la etapa de construcción se identifican las interferencias que ocasionan los reprocesos, que cuantificados representan pérdidas económicas, ampliaciones de plazo, la falta de integración de los involucrados y deficiente gestión colaborativa; afectando de esta manera a la rentabilidad del negocio por la mala calidad constructiva. / This thesis, has the purpose of applying a collaborative work methodology for the management of urban empowerment projects of the Company La Fortaleza, through a simulation of the final product and that forms a database that allows managing the elements that form part of the infrastructure throughout the project life cycle. This methodology is BIM (Building Information Modeling) that allows us to improve the understanding and communication of the project through its 3D visualization, generating, automatically, all the necessary information for the management of work sharing it to all those involved in real time. La arquitectura escolar se ha generalizado como la creación de largos pasillos, aulas compactas y rígidas, y sin espacios de encuentro para la interacción de los estudiantes. Estas características responden a una metodología de enseñanza tradicional; sin embargo, en la actualidad, las nuevas necesidades pedagógicas son distintas, debido a que tienen como prioridad considerar un aprendizaje más activo que se centra en el estudiante. Por tal motivo, se plantea un colegio público de primaria y secundaria que tiene como énfasis la arquitectura para el aprendizaje activo aplicado en tres elementos físico-espaciales: espacios flexibles, lúdicos y conectados con el exterior. Asimismo, se propone reforzar el vínculo entre el colegio y la comunidad, compartiendo ciertos espacios fuera del horario escolar. Además, cabe destacar que este proyecto se desarrolla en Manchay, en el distrito de Pachacámac, una zona periférica de la ciudad de Lima con rápido crecimiento poblacional y déficit de infraestructura educativa. Por lo tanto, se realizó la investigación acerca de la tipología, el énfasis arquitectónico, proyectos referenciales, usuarios, programa arquitectónico y estudio del lugar. Por último, se plantean los criterios de diseño para la elaboración del proyecto arquitectónico. / School architecture has become conceived as the creation of long corridors, compact and rigid classrooms without meeting spaces for students' interaction. These characteristics respond to a traditional teaching methodology; however, nowadays, the new pedagogical needs are different since their priority is to consider active learning that focuses on the student. For this reason, a public primary and secondary school with an emphasis on architecture for active learning applied to three physical-spatial elements is proposed. These elements are: flexibility, playfulness and connection to the outside spaces. Likewise, this is proposed to strengthen the bond between the school and the community, sharing certain spaces outside of school hours. In addition, it should be noted that this project is developed in Manchay, in the Pachacamac district, a peripheral area of the Lima city with a fast population growth and deficit in educational infrastructure. Therefore, the research was about the typology, architectural emphasis, referential projects, users, architectural programming and study of the place.
