В теоретической части представлены основные понятия, описан современный опыт формирования системы логистики персонала, сформирована модель системы логистики персонала современной организации. В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемого предприятия и деятельность службы управления персоналом, проведен анализ существующей системы логистики персонала предприятия, проведено эмпирическое исследование по формированию модели системы логистики персонала. На основе полученных данных разработаны практические рекомендации по формированию эффективной системы логистики персонала. В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography, and applications. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts are presented, the modern experience of the formation of a personnel logistics system is described, a model of the personnel logistics system of a modern organization is formed. In the practical part, the general characteristics of the investigated enterprise and the activities of the personnel management service are described, the existing system of logistics of the personnel of the enterprise is analyzed, an empirical study is carried out to form a model of the personnel logistics system. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations have been developed for the formation of an effective personnel logistics system. In the conclusion, the results are summed up in accordance with the tasks.

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена проблеме разработки, организации и реализации инклюзивных туров в деятельности НКО. В работе поставлено три гипотезы, главная из которых направлена на то, что инклюзивный туризм может быть формой реабилитации и абилитации инвалидов. Кроме теоретико-методологической части ВКР содержит исследовательскую часть, а также список рекомендаций по разработке инклюзивных туров для людей с ОВЗ, которые имеет практическую значимость. / The final qualification work is devoted to the problem of the development, organization and implementation of inclusive tours in the activities of NGOs. The work poses three hypotheses, the main of which is aimed at the fact that inclusive tourism can be a form of rehabilitation and habilitation of people with disabilities. In addition to the theoretical and methodological part, the final qualification work contains a research part, as well as a list of recommendations for the development of inclusive tours for people with disabilities, which are of practical importance.

The first chapter discusses the concept and essence of profit, the characteristics of its types, the process of its formation, as well as the stages and characteristics of the methods of planning and forecasting profits at the enterprise. The second chapter analyzes the financial and economic activities of OOO UEHK-TELECOM for 2017–2019, calculates the planned profit for the upcoming reporting period (2021) using the main planning methods. In the third chapter, problems are identified and directions of development, optimization, improvement of the planning and profit forecasting system of OOO UEHK-TELECOM are presented. In the conclusion, the conclusions of the study are formulated.

Thank you. / This study compares instructor self-perceptions with student perceptions of teaching quality using the same 16-item evaluation instrument. Three hypotheses were investigated: (1) Instructors' self-evaluations will be higher than those of their respective students; (2) The more similar student-instructor perceptions, the more likely instructors will receive a higher score compared to when student-instructor perceptions are more divergent; and (3) Students taking a course as a major requirement will be more critical of the instructor than those students taking the course as distribution requirement or an elective. A total of 1,524 individuals (1,452 graduate students and 72 instructors) in a part-time evening computer science program participated in the study of 79 courses over the spring and fall semesters of 1996. Overall, instructors generally perceived themselves more positively than their students, although statistically significant differences were observed for only three relevant items (involving grading fairness, presentation clarity and instructor enthusiasm) of the 16 items evaluated. Instructors whose perceptions were more similar to their students were generally rated higher than those instructors whose perceptions were more divergent from their students; however, the difference was not significant. Finally, contrary to the third hypothesis, the reason for taking a course did not have a significant effect on student ratings of the instructor. / 2999-01-02

The subject of research is information and software of interaction with clients of the enterprise LLC "Vostok-Service Yekaterinburg". Scientific novelty of the study is to finalize the extension for integration with CRM for non-typical configuration 1C and development of documentation. Practical significance of the study is the application of author's improvements in non-typical 1C configurations that use conventional forms.
