В большинстве случаев этот механизм действует в отношении неограниченного круга лиц, но существуют кэптивные страховые компании, предназначенные для страхования заранее определенного круга лиц, аффилированных собственнику или собственникам страховой компании. В связи с этим основной целью магистерской диссертации является разработка стратегии развития кэптивной страховой компании, выявление факторов, влияющих на развитие кэптивных структур в современных российских экономических условиях на основе изучение экономической основы функционирования кэптивных страховых компаний. Методами научного исследования выступают приемы теоретического и эмпирического познания функционирования кэптивных страховых компаний. В заключении обозначены рекомендации по совершенствованию системы управления кэптивной страховой компанией для успешного развития кэптивных страховых структур в России.

Актуальность темы магистерской диссертации заключается в том, что на сегодняшний день процессы иностранного инвестирования в российскую электроэнергетику необходимы для проведения дальнейших преобразований отрасли, требующихся для повышения ее эффективности, обновления основных мощностей, обеспечения надежности и безопасности энергоснабжения потребителей. Целью исследования является обоснование корректировки стратегии управления компанией с иностранным капиталом c учетом новых условий хозяйствования. В процессе исследования были поставлены следующие задачи: определение внешних и внутренних факторов, которые могли послужить причиной изменения стратегии управления компанией; анализ способов и методов реализации стратегии управления компании ПАО «Энел Россия»; оценка результатов реализации принятой стратегии управления. Объектом исследования является компания ПАО «Энел Россия». Предметом – особенности стратегий управления компании электроэнергетической отрасли с иностранным капиталом в условиях экономической нестабильности в России. В результате исследования выявлено, что в настоящий момент изменение стратегических решений компании ПАО «Энел Россия» связано с необходимостью обеспечения устойчивости компании при неблагоприятной макро- и регуляторной среде. В связи с чем выделены и проанализированы основные специфические стратегические шаги, дающие долгосрочную отдачу для устойчивого развития бизнеса, характерные для компаний с участием иностранного капитала, работающих на российском электроэнергетическом рынке. / The relevance of the master thesis are the processes of foreign investment in the Russian power industry and necessary for the continued reform of the sector needed to improve its efficiency, renovation of key facilities, ensuring the reliability and security of power supply. The aim of the study is justification of correcting corporate strategy of the company with foreign capital to new conditions. There are following objectives: determination of external and internal factors that could cause changes in the strategies of management of the company; analysis of ways and methods of realization of strategy of management of the company OJSC "Enel Russia"; the evaluation of the management strategy. На текущий момент в науке существуют различные решения отдельных прикладных задач, которые касаются построения архитектуры различных IT-компаний или анализа данной архитектуры, но решение такого вопроса как проектирование архитектуры IT-компании, которая занимается разработкой гиперказуальных игр отсутствует. Это влечет за собой трудность и мешает эффективному управлению компанией. В данной работе на основе существующей методики описания архитектуры предложен свой построения уникальной архитектуры компании по разработке гиперказуальных игр. / At the moment in science there are various solutions of separate applied problems, which concern the construction of the architecture of various IT companies or analysis of this architecture, but there is no solution to such a question as designing the architecture of an IT company that develops hypercasual games. This entails difficulty and hinders the effective management of the company. In this paper, based on the existing methodology for describing the architecture, we propose a unique architecture of a hypercasual game development company.

Целью исследования является разработка методических подходов и рекомендаций по развитию бережливого обслуживания в крупных торговых компаниях. Предметом исследования выступает организационно - управленческая деятельность по развитию бережливого обслуживания в крупных торговых компаниях. В работе использовался метод теоретического анализа, табличный метод представления и обработки информации, а также обоснована необходимость реализации принципа «вытягивания ценности» с помощью определенного алгоритма в крупных торговых компаниях в рамках проектного подхода. / The aim of the study is to develop methodological approaches and recommendations for the development of lean services in large trading companies. The subject of the study is the organizational and managerial activities to develop lean services in large trading companies. The work used the method of theoretical analysis, a tabular method of presenting and processing information; the work substantiated the need to implement the principle of «drawing value» using a specific algorithm in large trading companies as part of the project approach.

Проблема оценки эффективности проектов в энергетике чрезвычайно актуальна, поскольку подобные проекты представляют собой сложные планы, масштаб которых может охватывать не только отдельные предприятия, но и города, а также целые регионы. Несмотря на закрепление в законодательстве базовых понятий и процедур оценки эффективности, отдельные методические аспекты оценки эффективности проектов продолжают оставаться в ведении энергокомпаний. Однако в российской практике у большинства энергетических предприятий недостаточно опыта в области управления эффективностью с учетом сложных условий внешней среды. Следовательно, актуальной задачей является разработка методической базы оценки эффективности энергетических проектов, учитывающей существующие особенности рынка, которая позволит принимать эффективные решения о реализации энергетических проектов. Цель работы - разработка методического подхода к оценке эффективности энергетических проектов. Практическая значимость исследования состоит в том, что результаты, полученные в ходе работы, могут быть использованы энергетическими компаниями для оценки эффективности отраслевых инвестиционных проектов. / The problem of evaluating the effectiveness of energy projects is extremely relevant, since such projects are complex plans, the volume of which can cover not only individual enterprises, but also cities, as well as entire regions. Despite the fact that the basic concepts and procedures for evaluating efficiency are enshrined in the legislation, certain methodological aspects of evaluating the projects effectiveness remain the responsibility of energy companies. However, in Russian practice, most energy companies do not have enough experience in the field of efficiency management, taking into account difficult environmental conditions. Therefore, an urgent task is to develop a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of energy projects, taking into account the existing market features, which will make it possible to make effective decisions on the implementation of energy projects. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodological approach to evaluating the effectiveness of energy projects. The practical significance of the study is that the results obtained in the course of work can be used by energy companies to assess the sectorial effectiveness of investment projects.
