Cóndor Melgar, Sergio, Elera Wong, Bruno Alexander, Loo Vilchez, Daniel, Rivera Yamamoto, Angelo Eduardo, Van Hemelryck, Toledo Alexander 29 November 2019 (has links)
Today, our society is contemplating various problems within the management of time, health, traffic and the environment. That is why many people have stopped using the conventional means of transport (cars, buses, taxis, etc.) and have begun to use an alternative means of transport that benefits both the health of the user and the protection of the environment. . These means of transport are mostly bicycles, which have had an increase in demand of 25% over the previous year. This increase in demand is influenced by the large number of millennials who seek to protect their health and the environment. However, most of these users do not use security implements. Although its use is only mandatory in certain districts, users do not use it in the same way, especially the helmet that is the most important safety device. After conducting interviews with different users, we were able to identify what were the key factors, so they did not use a helmet such as price and comfort. With this information, we develop a helmet that can reduce its size to be able to carry it inside your backpack or purse at a price that is within the range of the competition. That is why, with the present work we will seek to validate if our product will be profitable through validations, concierge and sales to demonstrate that our product is desired by the user. / Trabajo de investigación

Pavliš, Petr January 2013 (has links)
The choice of means of transport for regular commuting is an issue which concerns a wide range of working and student population. The aim of the thesis is to explain on a representative sample of the population this choice of different means of transport for regular commuting to work and school from a small town in a relatively peripheral position. This thesis deals with some aspects that influence the choice of means of transport in Zruc nad Sazavou for regular commuting. The results are also supported by a questionnaire survey. Analyses are conducted on the basis of quasi-experimental approach assessment of individual indicators. The next part of the thesis deals with the specifics of the choice of means of transport on the selected routes from Zruc nad Sazavou. The research has demonstrated the validity of the hypotheses. The most common means of transport used for commuting to selected towns is a car for its flexibility and speed of transport. For certain groups of people public transport is still playing its role in providing transport services.

Assereto Gómez, Jesús Orlando, Melgar Alvarado, Martin Eduardo 17 February 2020 (has links)
The economic and social growth that the country is facing nowadays has resulted in an unceasing increase in the demand for travel in the urban areas of Metropolitan Lima; This is reflected in the constant increase in private and public transport, which leads to high traffic congestion, accidents, environmental pollution and noise. The traffic flow has increased, not only in main avenues, but also secondary streets, by private vehicles and public transport because the automobile fleet in Peru has increased in recent years. Reaching until July of 2018 an increase of 5.5% per year, as indicated in the technical report N ° 09 of the INEI and the MTC. It is for this reason that it is necessary to implement other alternatives for private transportation and to serve as a support to public transport. The importance of establishing a solution to the important traffic that lives on the streets daily has ended in the use of the bicycle as a means of daily transport. In recent years, cities such as Bogotá, Colombia and Santiago in Chile have made cycling a recreational mode of transport and also a daily and efficient mode of urban transport. However, Lima has maintained the percentage of people who use the bicycle, either recreationally or work, in 0.5% of the population, according to the FONAM. Likewise, the 150 km of bikeways established to date present lack of functionality, planning and deficiency in the geometric design of the interconnectivity between them. Therefore, in this thesis will be analyzed the acceptance of a bikeway that connects the stations of Av. Angamos of two means of mass transport as they are the Metro and the Metropolitan of Lima and a route that complies with the bases will be proposed of time, infrastructure and accessibility in a way that efficiently meets the needs of users to arrive on time. / Tesis

Förändrade Rörelsemönster I Kollektivtrafiken Under Covid-19 : En studie om rörelsemönster i Karlstads kommuns kollektivtrafik innan och under Covid-19 / Changed movement patterns in public transport during Covid-19 : A study about movement patterns in Karlstads public transport before and during Covid-19

Edblad, Amanda, Julia, Henricson Wåhlin January 2021 (has links)
During the past year, our everyday lives have changed. From one day to the next we stopped going to work and school to instead work and study from home. In the past, many have used public transport to facilitate their everyday life and move around in society. Today, however, we have clear recommendations from the Swedish Public HealthAgency/Folkhälsomyndigheten (2021) to avoid travelling by public transport as much as possible to reduce the spread of infection. This has led to an increase in use of the car as the main means of transport, which creates thoughts about what consequences changed movement patterns in public transport can have for the city and its inhabitants. The purpose of this thesis is therefore to investigate how movement patterns in public transport in Karlstad municipality have looked like before and during the ongoing pandemic, Covid-19. The thesis is based on previous research, reports from organizations and authorities, as well as a survey. With the help of these, sufficient material was provided to be able to discuss, analyze and answer the questions about changed movement patterns in Karlstad municipality's public transport before and during Covid-19. The results showed, among other things, that more people than we anticipated only traveled 0–2 times a week by public transport in Karlstad municipality before Covid-19, but that this figure also became higher during Covid-19. However, there is a difference between the sexes, where men travel more often by car than women, and a difference depending on employment where students (high school and university level) travel by public transport more regularly and to a greater extent.

Lovětínský, Vojtěch January 2021 (has links)
The Concept and Development of Strict Liability in Czech Tort Law and its Inspirational Sources Abstract The thesis deals with an analysis of strict liability in Czech tort law taking into account the inspirational sources of its regulation, including in particular German and Austrian law, the Principles of European Tort Law (PETL) and the Draft of Common Frame of Reference (DCFR). Further, a historical and possible future development of strict liability is analysed as well as the risks for which strict liability is imposed. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The subject-matter of the first General Part is especially the concept of the strict liability and the reasons for its application. Further, some related problems are analysed in this part which are relevant for the legal theory as well for the legal practice (e.g. defences, contributory negligence, possibility of the concurrence of claims). The subsequent Special Part contains an analysis of the types of strict liability and consists of four main chapters. The first chapter deals with a short overview of the historical development of the strict liability in Czech tort law. In the second chapter particular types of liability in the effective Czech Civil Code are presented and critically evaluated. In the third chapter the author deals with some...
