Išaiškinti ligoninės medicinos personalo žinias apie vidaus auditą ir kokybės vadybos sistemą. 2. Išaiškinti medicinos personalo nuomonę apie vidaus audito funkcijas ir atlikimo tvarką. 3. Palyginti ligoninės gydytojų ir slaugytojų žinias ir nuomonę apie vidaus auditą. 4. Nustatyti medicinos personalo požiūrį į nepageidaujamus įvykius įstaigoje ir jų registravimo tvarką. Tyrimo metodika. Tyrimas vykdytas 2008 metais rajono antrinio lygio ligoninėje. Atlikta anoniminė anketinė apklausa. Buvo išdalinta 130 anketų, gauta užpildytos 112 anketos. Atsako dažnis 86,1 proc. Statistinė duomenų analizė atlikta SPSS 12.0 statistinių duomenų analizės paketu. Kokybinių požymių nepriklausomumas buvo tiriamas susietų lentelių metodu, vertinant Chi kvadrato kriterijų ir jo laisvės laipsnių skaičių ir statistinį reikšmingumą p. Rezultatai. 67,6 proc. gydytojų ir 59,2 proc. slaugytojų, norėtų žinoti daugiau apie kokybės vadybos sistemą. 58,3 proc. darbuotojų mano, kad jų žinios apie vidaus auditą nėra pakankamos. 63,4 proc. dalyvių vidaus audito procedūras vertina gerai. 70,0 proc. gydytojų ir 37,1 proc. slaugytojų auditorių veiklą vertina patenkinamai, o 46,8 proc. slaugytojų ir 16,7 proc. gydytojų – gerai. 76,5 proc. gydytojų ir 49,3 proc. slaugytojų mano, jog turi pakankamai žinių apie auditą, o 44,9 proc. slaugytojų nei... To identify the knowledge of hospital medical personnel of the internal audit and quality management system. 2. To evaluate the attitudes of medical staff towards functions of internal audit and accomplishment procedures. 3. To compare knowledge and opinion of hospital doctors and nurses on the internal audit. 4. To determine the approach of medical personnel to the adverse events and their registration procedure in hospital. Methods. Anonymous questionnaire survey of doctors and nurses working in a second level district hospital was performed in 2008. 130 questionnaires were distributed, 112 of which were returned completed (response rate 86.1 percent). Statistical analysis of data was performed using the data analysis package SPSS 12.0. For hypotheses testing the Chi square (χ2) and z tests were used. The differences between the characteristics considered statistically significant when p <0.05. SUMMARY Management of Public Health KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL STAFF ABOUT PATIENTS’ RIGHTS AND POSSIBILITIES TO ASSURE THEM IN THE HOSPITAL Greta Girštautaitė Supervisor Danutė Dučinskienė, Dr., Department of Social medicine, Faculty of Public Health, Kaunas University of Medicine. – Kaunas, 2005. – P.61 Aim of the study was to evaluate knowledge of medical staff about patients’ rights and possibilities to assure them in Kaunas 2nd clinical hospital. Health care professionals’ view about confidentiality of patient’s information, knowledge about patient’s right to select physician, nursing specialist and health care institution, the right of complaint, the right to information, possibilities to assure patients’ rights in the hospital were assessed. Methods. Anonymous surveys of 260 physicians and nurses were carried out (response rate 72 percent). Results. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti medicinos personalo informuotumą apie gimdos kaklelio ir prostatos vėžio profilaktikos programas bei jų patikros poreikį N ligoninėje. Uždaviniai - Įvertinti medicinos personalo informuotumą apie gimdos kaklelio ir prostatos vėžio profilaktikos programas; nustatyti gimdos kaklelio ir prostatos vėžio patikros vykdymo poreikį įstaigoje darbuotojų požiūriu; palyginti gydytojų ir slaugytojų informuotumą apie gimdos kaklelio ir prostatos vėžio bei kitas profilaktikos programas. Tyrimo metodika. Anoniminės apklausos pagalba 2007 m. vasario – kovo mėn. buvo apklausti N ligoninės sveikatos priežiūros darbuotojai. Iš viso išdalinta 280 anketų, gauti atsakymai iš 230 medikų (atsako dažnis 82,0 proc.). Statistinis duomenų patikimumas buvo tikrinamas pagal χ² kriterijų, laisvės laipsnių skaičių (lls) ir statistinį reikšmingumą (p). Rezultatai. Dauguma (96,0 proc.) medikų teigė, jog žino, kad Lietuvoje yra vykdoma priešinės liaukos ir gimdos kaklelio vėžio patikros programos. Tik 15,0 proc. įstaigos medicinos personalo nurodė, jog jų darbovietėje yra ar buvo vykdomos prevencinės programos. Ketvirtadalis medicinos darbuotojų (24,8 proc.) tvirtino, kad tokios programos nevykdomos ir net 60,2 proc. apie šių programų vykdymą teigė nieko nežinantys. 77,1 proc. medikų teigė, jog norėtų, kad profilaktiniai patikrinimai būtų atliekami darbovietėse. Objectives – to evaluate the awareness of medical staff about the preventive programs of cervical and prostate cancer; to assess the need of revise of cervical and prostate cancer in the institution by the attitude of employees; to compare the awareness of doctors and nurses about the preventive programs of cervical and prostate cancer. Methods. An anonymous questionnaire survey of health care employees was performed during the months from February to March of 2007 in N hospital. 280 questionnaires were distributed, 230 answers were received (response rate 82.0%). Statistical analysis was performed using the statistical program package SPSS 11.0 for Windows. The statistical significance of characteristics was verified by Chi-square (χ²) test, numbers of degree of freedom and statistical significance (p). Results. Darbo tikslas: nustatyti sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybės gerinimo perspektyvas Ukmergės ligoninėje medicinos personalo požiūriu. Tyrimo metodika. Anonimine anketa apklausti visi ligoninėje dirbantys gydytojai ir slaugytojai (n=231). Užpildytas anketas grąžino 187 respondentai (atsako dažnis 76,2 proc.). Anketinių duomenų analizei naudota 10 versijos SPSS for Windows statistinė programa. Ryšiai tarp požymių vertinti Chi kvadrato kriterijumi. Rezultatai. 63,2 proc. medikų žino padalinio kokybės sistemos tikslus, 41,6 proc. medikų susipažinę su ligoninės kokybės tikslais ir tik 11,8 proc. yra iš esmės susipažinę su nacionaliniais sveikatos priežiūros kokybės dokumentais. Pacientų padėkos ir darbo sąlygų pagerinimas, vadovų ir kolegų pripažinimas yra svarbi skatinimo priemonė 76,3 – 61,8 proc. respondentų. Profesionalumas ir nuolatinis tobulėjimas (67,4 proc.) bei asmeninė darbuotojo atsakomybė (67,9 proc.) yra labiausiai puoselėjamos vertybės padaliniuose. 40,9 proc. respondentų mano, jog jų pacientai gali visiškai pasitikėti paslaugomis. Kas antras medikų jaučia aiškų vadovų skatinimą dirbti geriau. Išvados. Medicinos personalo informuotumas apie sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybės gerinimo sistemą yra didžiausias skyriuje. Svarbiausia audito grupės funkcija siejama su planiniais patikrinimais padaliniuose. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The purpose of the study - to determine the perspectives of medical staff in relation to health care quality improvement in Ukmerge Hospital. Methods. Analysis of hospital organizational activity was performed. All physicians and nurses were questioned by an anonymous questionnaire (n=231). 187 of questionnaires were completed and returned by the respondents. The response rate was 76,2 percent. The data was analyzed using statistical package SPSS 10.0 for Windows. The associations between the variables were measured using the Chi-squared test. Results: 63.2 percent of medical staff were informed about the quality tasks in the unit, 46.6 percent of them know the quality tasks in the hospital and 11.8 percent are familiar with the national health care quality legislation. The acknowledgments from the patients and improvement of work conditions, recognition from leaders and colleagues give physicians and nurses (76.3 – 61.8 percent) an important incentive to work better. Professional competency with knowledge improvement (67.4 percent) and personal employee’s responsibility (67.9 percent) were the main value enshrined in the organization. Įvertinti ligoninės medicinos personalo žinias apie kokybės vadybos sistemą ir jos tobulinimo galimybes. 2. Nustatyti medicinos personalo požiūrį į dalyvavimą kokybės vadybos dokumentų rengimo procese. 3. Palyginti gydytojų ir slaugytojų žinias apie kokybės vadybos sistemą ir pasirengimą dalyvauti jos sertifikavime. Tyrimo metodika. Tyrimas vykdytas 2011 metais rajono ligoninėje, kurioje dirbo 220 medicinos darbuotojų. Atlikta ligoninės medicinos personalo anoniminė anketinė apklausa. Buvo išdalintos 204 anketos, gauta užpildytų 150 anketų. Atsako dažnis 73,5 proc. Statistinė duomenų analizė atlikta SPSS 19.0 versijos statistinių duomenų analizės paketu. Rezultatai. 59,3 % respondentų nežino, kas yra kokybės vadybos sistema, 63,3 % – nežino, ar jų sveikatos priežiūros įstaigoje tokia sistema veikia. 58,0 % medicinos personalo prisipažino, kad jiems trūksta žinių apie įstaigoje esančią kokybės vadybos sistemą. 42,1 % įstaigos kokybės vadybos sistemos tobulinime nedalyvauja, o svarbiausia problema tobulinant kokybės vadybos sistemą nurodo informacijos apie kokybės vadybos sistemą įstaigoje stoką. The research was carried out in 2011 in a district hospital which had 220 medical employees. A questionnaire-form anonymous survey of the hospital medical staff was conducted. 204 questionnaire forms were distributed, 150 questionnaires were returned with the answers. The response rate was 73.5 %. The statistical analysis of the data was conducted using SPSS 19.0 version of the packet for statistical data analysis.
