Методическое обеспечение деятельности гидов-переводчиков (немецкий язык) в Екатеринбурге : магистерская диссертация / Methodological support for the activities of guide-translators (German) in Yekaterinburg

The study is devoted to the development of a training manual for those who continue or improve their education, which is aimed at independent mastery of German vocabulary determined by a guided tour of Yekaterinburg, as well as the formation of the ability to operate this vocabulary during a guided tour of Yekaterinburg or its sequential translation. During the study, the entry flow of German tourists to Yekaterinburg was analyzed and their attitude to the city was determined. In addition, features were identified during the training of guide-translators and the existing methodological support for them was analyzed. They also examined approaches to teaching foreign languages and developed exercises based on predefined topics and lexical material in accordance with the lesson for the manual on the development of the lexical skills of German-speaking guide-translators in Yekaterinburg. In conclusion, the content of the training manual was described. In the course of the study, one of the versions of the training manual on the development of lexical skills of German-speaking guide-translators in Yekaterinburg was developed. The created training manual will be able to facilitate the preparation of excursion texts for beginner guide-translators and facilitate their adaptation to the specifics of the profession, as well as increase the level of excursions, as uniformity in translation can reduce the tourists' search for information on the Internet, guidebooks, books and other resources, as well as prevent possible distortions in understanding information. / Исследование посвящено разработке учебного пособия для продолжающих или совершенствующих свое образование, которое направленно на самостоятельное овладение немецкой лексикой, детерминированной обзорной экскурсией по Екатеринбургу, а также на формирование умения оперировать этой лексикой во время проведения обзорной экскурсии по Екатеринбургу или ее последовательного перевода. В процессе исследования был проанализирован въездной поток немецких туристов в Екатеринбург и было определено их отношение к городу. Помимо этого, были выявлены особенности при обучении гидов-переводчиков и было проанализировано уже существующее методическое обеспечение для них. Также были рассмотрены подходы к обучению иностранным языкам и разработаны упражнения на основе заданных тем и лексического материала в соответствии с этапом урока для учебного пособия по развитию лексических навыков немецкоговорящих гидов-переводчиков в Екатеринбурге. В заключении было описано содержание учебного пособия. В процессе исследования был разработан один из вариантов учебного пособия по развитию лексических навыков немецкоговорящих гидов-переводчиков в Екатеринбурге. Созданное учебное пособие сможет облегчить подготовку текстов экскурсий начинающих гидов-переводчиков и облегчит их адаптацию к специфике профессии, а также повысит уровень проводимых экскурсий, так как единообразие в переводе может сократить поиск туристами нужной информации в интернете, путеводителях, книгах и других ресурсах, а также предотвратить возможные искажения в понимании информации.

Introductory methodological support for cross-sectoral municipal and regional strategic work for sustainability

Municipal and regional actors, and in particular their respective governments, have key roles to play for society’s transition to sustainability, and many good efforts have been made. However, co-creating sustainable visions and effective governance towards such visions is a complex challenge and an overarching systems perspective is often lacking in the decision making. This is an often-forgotten piece in the sustainability discourse, which risks leading to ’solutions’ in one area that cause problems in another area. This, in turn, risks leading to unnecessary goal-conflicts, sub-optimizations, and slow progress. Despite good insights and actions on sub-parts of the sustainability challenge, capacity to coordinate efforts across sectors is generally missing. The overarching aim of this work was therefore to explore how practitioners, not the least leaders, in municipalities and regions can be sufficiently supported in their missions to enhance cross-sectoral strategic work for sustainability. The overall pursuit of this aim was undertaken through an action research approach with seven Swedish municipalities, two Swedish regions and one Finnish region. Initially, practitioners’ perspectives of what hinders effective sustainability transitions in their municipalities or regions were investigated through focus group discussions. In addition to many specific, context dependent barriers, a prevailing blindness to barriers that are directly linked to a lack of a sufficiently large systems perspective was found. Most of the action research was about testing an existing preliminary implementation model for multi-stakeholder co-creation and co-learning for strategic sustainable development. The model was evaluated in terms of strengths, weaknesses, barriers and enablers through observations, dialogues, round table discussions and a survey. The preliminary implementation model was generally appreciated by practitioners and was generally considered to fill its purpose. However, a need for additional support was pointed out, to assist continued work with the model in the absence of external expert facilitators. A key element of the asked-for support was ways to involve and engage top leaders into active participation already upfront. An approach to achieve this was explored in one of the participating municipalities. This included an initial assessment of current work and existing steering systems and their alignment with the preliminary implementation model, followed by a focus group discussion with political and administrative leaders. In combination with a comprehensive understanding of barriers to effective sustainability transitions, the result from the testing of the preliminary implementation model and the approach to engaging leaders have laid a foundation for methodological support for cross-sectoral municipal and regional strategic work for sustainability.

Целью данной магистерской диссертации является разработка электронного образовательного ресурса в составе информационно-методического обеспечения учебного курса «Инструменты бизнес-планирования». Для достижения поставленной цели были сформулированы следующие задачи:  изучить теоретические основы создания и применения ЭОР в учебном процессе;  исследовать влияние применения ЭОР на качество обучения;  изучить требования к разработке ЭОР УрФУ;  рассмотреть существующие системы для создания и размещения электронных ресурсов;  рассмотреть особенности преподавания информационных дисциплин и разработки для них электронных ресурсов;  изучить современный рынок информационных систем бизнес планирования и провести анализ их возможностей;  выбрать наиболее актуальную ИС для разработки по ней учебного курса;  разработать методические материалы, учебные и контрольные задания для курса;  разместить и провести апробацию ЭОР. Объектом исследования является Уральский федеральный университет, а предметом – ЭОР учебного курса «Инструменты бизнес-планирования». Электронный ресурс прошел апробацию на группе ЭМВ-343434у 3 курса бакалавриата заочной формы обучения направления «Прикладная информатика» в 6-м семестре. В результате, разработка электронного ресурса «Инструменты бизнес-планирования» позволила:  обеспечить курс учебно-методическими материалами;  обеспечить освоение содержания дисциплины на высоком уровне за счет использования современных и актуальных средств обучения. / In modern conditions of Informatization of the universal change and the ways of receiving and perceiving information. Teaching methods must conform to modern realities, so in the teaching process more and more systems that open access to educational and methodical materials. The purpose of this thesis is the development of electronic educational resource in the training course "Instruments of business planning". A problem has been discovered, consisting in the lack of training and methodological support for the course "Tools of business planning" The solution to this problem was to create the model ASIS for the selected course, as well as a comparison of information systems for distance learning and selected the most suitable for the development of an electronic educational resource. The results of the thesis were used in the educational process of the Ural Federal University in the training of students in the field of training "Applied Informatics".

В научной литературе работы, посвященные реализации стратегии роста предприятия не включают в себя с достаточной полнотой практические рекомендации по принятию решения и непосредственной реализации стратегии роста на малом промышленном предприятии, с учетом специфики его деятельности. Поэтому, целью магистерской диссертации являлось создание методического обеспечения реализации стратегии роста малого промышленного предприятия для осуществления сбалансированного развития на основе системы целевых показателей роста, с учетом факторов и рисков. В качестве источников информации использованы данные Росстата и ЕМИСС для оценки состояний малых промышленных предприятий в РФ, а также бухгалтерская и финансовая отчетность предприятия АО «НПФ «ЮВЭНК». В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан алгоритм принятия тактических решений в процессе реализации стратегии роста малого промышленного предприятия базирующийся на разработанной методике оценки рисков и определения затрат на их целесообразное снижение структурами риск-менеджмента, что позволит повысить экономическую устойчивость предприятия. В результате апробации алгоритма и разработанной методики была выявлена экономическая целесообразность увеличения масштабов деятельности ЮВЭНК, определены основные риски в процессе реализации стратегии роста и спрогнозирован бюджет финансирования структур риск-менеджмента. / In the scientific literature, the work on the implementation of the growth strategy of the enterprise does not include sufficient practical recommendations for decision-making and direct implementation of the growth strategy in a small industrial enterprise, taking into account the specifics of its activities. Therefore, the aim of the master thesis was the creation of methodical support of realization of strategy of growth of small industrial enterprises for the implementation of the balanced development on the basis of system of target indicators of growth, including factors and risks. As information sources, data of Rosstat and EMISS to assess the state of small enterprises in Russia, accounting and financial reporting of the company JSC "SPF "UVENK". In the course of writing a master's thesis was developed an algorithm for tactical decision-making in the process of implementing the strategy of growth of small industrial enterprises based on the developed method of risk assessment and determining the cost of their appropriate reduction of risk management structures, which will increase the economic stability of the enterprise. As a result of testing of the algorithm and the developed methodology, the economic feasibility of increasing the scale of the activities of UVENK was revealed, the main risks in the process of implementing the growth strategy were identified and the budget for financing risk management structures was forecasted.

The diploma thesis examines the causes of the decline of reading, it deals with the analysis and possible remediation. The theoretical part introduces the concept of literacy, it monitors the current state of reading and it is based on the research findings. It analyzes the Framework educational programme closely related to literacy, it draws on relevant theoretical foundations, and presents reading strategies, methods and programmes that support the mentioned area. Family, school, teachers and significant motivation are identified as important factors of literacy development. Within the indicative empirical investigation the thesis focuses on the content analysis of School education programmes and teacher approach to literacy support. It refers to the development of reading in various areas of education for older pupils of primary school.
