NÁVRH METODIKY MANAŽERSKÉHO ROZHODOVÁNÍ V DISTRIBUCI V EVROPSKÉM PROSTŘEDÍ / PROPOSAL FOR A METHODOLOGY FOR MANAGERIAL DECISION MAKING IN DISTRIBUTION IN THE EUROPEAN ENVIRONMENTKopčáni, Juraj January 2017 (has links)
Abstract At present, more and more demands are placed on the quality and the speed of transport of products and goods from manufacturers to suppliers and then to the end customer. This requires a lot of knowledge and experience in planning, purchasing, production and distribution. In all activities and at all levels of the organization, it is important to properly and timely to decide how to proceed in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction at minimum cost to the company. To ensure speed and quality of distribution, it is necessary to focus on the logistics of circulatory systems. This includes both information and communication flow, and the supply, storage, transport, handling and packaging. To ensure all these services efficiently, quickly and on time, it is advisable that the company has to have developed appropriate methodology for the given process. The main aim of the doctoral thesis is to design a methodology for management decisions in the distribution area. Properly chosen methodology of distribution can help to speed up the movement of the product from the supplier to the customer or from the manufacturer to the customer, but ultimately to reduce the overall distribution costs. When deciding on the choice of distribution channel, processes and knowledge of European legislation in relation to the logistics and transport management in the Czech Republic are also important. The data collection and processing, under which the analysis of the current situation was carried out, were the bases for the methodology design. The basic criteria for selection of the companies that could make the distribution were set by another method. Subsequently, the weights of importance were assigned to the given criteria. In the final decision for the selection of the distribution company, methods of multi-criteria decision-making were used. The thesis was developed on the basis of theoretical research and practical experience in businesses in the solved area. Objectives to be achieved: The aim of the doctoral thesis is the methodology design of managerial decision making in the European distribution area.

Návrh metodologické optimalizace volebního modelu Median na základě poznatků Czech Household Panel Study / Methodological Optimization of the Median Research Agency's Likely Voter Model Based on Findings from Czech Household Panel StudyKunc, Michal January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this graduate thesis is proposing an optimization of the likely voter model parameter values utilized by Median (research agency) based on secondary analysis of data from the third wave and post-election follow-up of the Czech Household Panel Study 2017 and the Median omnibus survey. The theoretical chapter presents selected aspects of the analyzed likely voter model parameters. Secondary data analysis confirms hypotheses regarding the relationships of: 1) voter turnout, prior voting behavior and the intent to vote, 2) pre-election voting preferences and actual voting behavior, 3) reported prior voting behavior and time elapsed since the prior election. Hypotheses are confirmed, and analysis results are utilized in construction of an optimized likely voter model. This model's results are then compared to the results of four currently or formerly published likely voter models (MEDIAN, CVVM2017, CVVM2018, KANTAR), all computed using an identical dataset (September/October 2017 Median omnibus survey). Based on prior-set comparison criteria, the proposed model has the highest ranking out of all the compared models. Areas of future research proposed, namely exploring the relationship between prior voting behavior misreporting and voting preference trends, in accordance with cognitive...

Laboratorní spektroskopie pro vybrané druhy vegetace z krkonošské tundry / Laboratory spectroscopy for selected Krkonoše Mts. tundra vegetation speciesTomcová, Jana January 2019 (has links)
Laboratory spectroscopy for selected Krkonoše Mts. tundra vegetation species The diploma thesis is focused on testing the methodologies of measuring the reflectance of grasses from the tundra of Krkonoše Mountains (Nardus stricta, Molinia caerulea, Calamagrostis villosa). The spectoradiometer ASD FieldSpec 4 Wide-Res with added contact probe ASD Plant Probe is used for measurements. Since it is not common to measure such narrow leaves that do not cover the whole FOV, the thesis is looking for methodologies that are the most repeatable and influenced by a minimum of errors. Factors influencing the measurement results are also monitored. Furthermore, the differentiation of the studied species is observed based on their spectral properties. Based on the measured data the medians and standard deviations are calculated and compared among each other. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used to determine the bands where the influence of individual factors is more apparent and where the individual grasses are distinguishable. As the most suitable methodologies for measuring grasses depend on the grasses structures and properties, the best methodology is different for each of selected species. The two layer leaf measurement is most suitable for the Nardus stricta, the measurement of the abaxial sides of leaves fits...

Metodika k náhradě nemajetkové újmy na zdraví / Methodology for Determination of General Damages in Personal Injury CasesMališ, Daniel January 2020 (has links)
222 Methodology for Determination of General Damages in Personal Injury Cases Abstract The thesis examines to what extent the Methodology for Determination of General Damages in Personal Injury Cases (published by the Czech Supreme Court) meets the requirement of Section 2958 of the Czech Civil Code and its explanatory memorandum requesting that fair and just compensation is provided in personal injury cases. Detailed analysis is applied to the process of creating the Methodology, as well as to its individual rules, addressing, consecutively, the compensation of pain and suffering, of "other non-material harm" (a new legal concept under Czech law) and of lowered quality of life. Legal and logical conclusions regarding effects of the respective rules on the amounts of general damages are substantiated also by concrete statistical data, including data on the average amount of compensation for pain and suffering, and for lowered quality of life in the years 2010-2019. Based on detailed analysis of individual Methodology rules and of the statistical data, the thesis draws a conclusion that the Methodology, in its current form, is not in line with aim of the legislator to provide fair and just compensation in personal injury cases. Therefore, targeted solutions of the respective issues are presented. For the...

Oligokatecheze. Teorie a praxe / Special catechesis. Theory and PracticeŚwierczková, Agnieszka January 2011 (has links)
This dissertation titled "Special catechesis. Theory and Practice" explores the methods of teaching religion to mentally handicapped children. The research focuses on the presentation of theoretical and practical methods introduced by D, Jucha, J. Madeja, D.Doroszewka, B. Janosz and other significant Polish catechists. The theoretical part, besides a systematicly processed terminology also deals with the actual content and the main aim of special-care catechesis. In addition, it provides an interpretation the dignity of man as it can be found in some church archives. Last, but not least, attention is drawn to the important role of families, parishes and catechists. The second, practical, part is inspired by the methods of B. Janosz - whether it is put to creative use along with new teaching materials as well as new communication tools that motivate mentally handicapped children for active participation in special-care classes. The author of this study concluded that even the weakest must be provided adequate catechesis as every human being, no matter how limited, is capable of growth to sanctity. These people feel the need and are entitled to life in faith. There is a need for oligo-catechesis and it is unquestionable.
