Požiūris į profesinę reabilitaciją kaip vieną iš profesinio mokymo būdų / Attitude to occupational rehabilitation as a part of adults vocational training

Magistrinio darbo tikalas išsiaiškinti Valakupių reabilitacijos centro ekspertų požiūrį į profesinę reabilitaciją. Darbo tikslui pasiekti išskirti šie uždaviniai: išnagrinėti profesinio mokymo programas siūlomas neįgaliesiems dalyvaujantiems profesinės reabilitacijos programoje, šanalizuoti darbo su neįgaliaisiais metodikas Valakupių reabilitacijos centre, štirti VšĮ Valakupių reabilitacijos centro ekspertų požiūrį į profesinės reabilitacijos programą. Tyrimo objektas – VšĮ Valkupių reabilitacijos centro ekspertų požiūris į profesinės reabilitacijos programą. Tyrimo metodika - kokybinė. Duomenų rinkimo metodai: giluminis interviu, okumentų apžvalga. Taikant giluminį interviu metodą apklausti penki VšĮ Valakupių reabilitacijos centro specialistai. Iškeltos dvi hipotezės: 1) specialistų, įgyvendinama profesinės reabilitacijos programa vertinama, kaip palanki galimybė neįgaliajam padėti integruotis į darbo rinką; 2) specialistų, dalyvaujančių profesinės reabilitacijos programos įgyvendinime, pasirengimas yra pakankamas ir jų skaičius gali sėkmingai užtikrinti kokybiškas paslaugas. Pirma hipotezė pasitvirtino. VšĮ Valakupių reabilitacijos centro ekspertų nuomone, pagrindiniai profesinės reabilitacijos privalumai neįgaliesiems yra integracijos tiek į visuomenę, tiek į darbo rinką bei jų kompetencijų ugdymas. Taip pat profesinė reabilitacija skaitina plėsti platesnį neįgaliųjų socialinį tinklą ir aktyviai įsitraukti į tolimesnį ugdymo procesą (pvz. galimybė susipažinti su kitais... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The main goal of the master‘s degree work is to find out the attitude of Valakupiai rehabilitation centre experts to occupational rehabilitation. Tasks, brought to fore in order to achieve the main goal, are as follows: to analyse programs of vocational training, that are offered for disabled people, who participate in occupational rehabilitation; to analyse the methodology of work with disabled people in Valakupiai rehabilitation centre.; to analyse the attitude of experts of VšĮ Valakupiai rehabilitation centre to the program of occupational rehabilitation. The main object of the research – attitude of experts of VšĮ Valakupiai rehabilitation centre to the program of occupational rehabilitation. Methodology of the research – qualitative. Methods of collecting information: deep interview, review of documents. While applying the deep interview, 5 experts of VšĮ Valakupiai rehabilitation centre were surveyed. Two hypotheses were brought forward: 1) the program of occupational rehabilitation, if implemented by experts, is a beneficial opportunity for a disabled person to start integration into labour market 2) experts forwardness to the implementation of the program of occupational rehabilitation is sufficient and the number of experts can secure the quality of service. In a changing society new training goals and tasks are suggesting for school. In this context specific interest of linguistic and literary training arises. While implementing training goals and tasks, it is recommended to choose active training methods and ways which motivate students’ activity, learning motivation and collaboration. The methods should prompt the students to create, assess, find, and explain things individually. One of the means in the literature lessons are dramatic teaching. The training through art is as a tool, used for implementation to reach other goals. The problem in our work is which dramatic training ways should be used in the lesson while teaching to understand literary word better? The object of our work is literary text understanding abilities and dramatic teaching methods of 7th grade students of comprehensive school. Hypothesis of work seems likely that using of dramatic teaching methods in literature lessons of 7th grade students help to comprehend literary. The aim of our work is to determine the efficiency using dramatic teaching methods in literature lesson while developing better literary text understanding abilities.
