The aim of this diploma thesis was to assess an influence of game on woody and herbal vegetation in Loučná nad Desnou game preserve. Monitoring was realized in 2014 on 14 monitoring areas according to ČERMÁK, MRKVA (2003) methodics. Total number 3491 individuals of six species were determined in monitoring areas. The most common was European beech Fagus sylvatica, sycamore maple Acer pseudoplatanus and Norway spruce Picea abies. There was also European ash Fraxinus excelsior, small-leaved lime Tilia cordata and silver birch Betula pendula. The most damaged species in natural regeneration was European ash, sycamore maple and small-leaved lime. The influence of game on herbal vegetation was evaluated on the pair organized vegetation reports along the game preserve plot, where the influece of game was visually evident in absence of shrub layer. There was not visible any obvious influence of herbal vegetation on all vegetation reports due to the game.

This thesis analyzes the labor market in the administrative districts of municipalities with extended competence Veselí nad Moravou in the period 2001 to 2011. In the analysis came selected indicators of the labor market, emphasis was placed on the unemployment rate, the economic activity rate and the number of job applicants per one vacancy. MEP was analyzed as a whole and then the individual municipalities were divided into clusters using cluster analysis.

The content of this thesis is to study the strategic plan of town Lipník, which is handled by the method of analysis of the current situation, evaluate the potential of the area, the limitations, the determination of requirements and suggestions of the area. The resulting proposals are defined as long-term strategic objectives, medium-term objectives and short-term objectives into concrete activities.

The objective of this diploma thesis is to analyze the breeding level of deer by using the data from breeding shows of trophies in the area of the administrative district of municipality with extended competence Rychnov nad Kněžnou. In the course of collecting the data the area of interest was expanded to a larger area of the Rychnov nad Kněžnou district. Recommendations for the development of deer breeding level are based on this analysis. The procedure of this analysis can be utilized in every district within the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis contains the literary overview of topics related to this diploma thesis (game breeding, evaluation of trophies). The practical part of the thesis focuses on the criteria of breeding and subsequent analysis of data gained from the district breeding shows of trophies catalogues. Within the third part, the thesis deals with elaborated recommendations for the development of deer breeding level in the administrative district of municipality with extended competence Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The diploma thesis is based on the literary sources available. During drawing up the procedure of the analysis, the simplest methods which can be repeated with minimal technical equipment, were taken into consideration. The elaborated recommendations for the development of breeding level are based on the final analysis of data and on drawing on the literary sources available.

The thesis is focused on waste management issues of the city Klášterec nad Ohri. The work deals with the identification of sites with illegally deposited waste in Klasterec and its surroundings and evaluation of its environmental risk. So far, there were no studies that would address and assess waste management in the area, and therefore I find the selected topic of the thesis beneficial and innovative.

The diploma thesis focuses on brownfield sites and their possible redevelopment or reuse. The author of this thesis has chosen a place in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. It is a compound of former textile enterprise TIBA. The compound is an underused and defunct place which contains industrial waste. There is a smokestack which is eighty metres tall and a tank tower. Both of them have an influence on the city appearance.Graphic output in the form of situations, schemes, cuts and visualization can be found in the analytical and design part. The thesis presents visual and architectonic study which deals with new function of buildings and their interstices. The thesis looks into town planning, social, art and historical aspects of the compounds. Instead of the abondoned factory complex, the new public premises which have great tourist appeal are presented. The place should become a new cultural centre of the town where people can work and relax.

The Aspects of Tourism Attractiveness: Case Study Lipno nad Vltavou Abstract: The village Lipno nad Vltavou is becoming one of the most progressively growing tourist destinations in the Czechia. It's a destination with a great potential for tourism development but it has been greatly suppressed due to the previous political system. Nowadays, the destination prosper again and its radical development can be seen in changes of functional land use, changing the composition of the offered services or the attitude of residents. The work deals with the sustainable development of the city, in the Nove Mesto nad Metují. The first part theoretical, is engaged in the development of the concept of sustainable development and presents the research methodology of sustainability of the city. In the practical part, these methods are applied to the sustainable development of the Nove Město nad Metují.
