Chávez, Juan Ignacio 10 April 2018 (has links)
This paper intends to reflect on the genesis of the deleuzian notion of sense. I will start by demonstrating that Deleuze’s project, as well as Husserl’s, tries to revert Platonism by means of the concept of immanence. Secondly, I will criticise the concept of noema as exposed in Ideas I, in order to elucidate the features that Deleuze seeks to reformulate: good sense and common sense. Finally, based on the previous critique, I will carry out a description of sense as event.

From proto-planetary disks to debris disks : study of hybrid disks

Pericaud, Jessica 15 September 2016 (has links)
The study of the transition between proto-planetary gas-rich disks and debris disks, where gas has disappeared in a few millions years, is crucial to constrain the planet formation mechanisms. More ans more gas-rich debris disks are detected. I have studied some of those disks where observations suggest that gas is still primordial. Thanks to radio interferometers suche as ALMA and NOEMA, i have observed in details the debris disk around the ten millions year okd HD 141569 star, of spectral type A0V. My observations reveal the gas disk is primordial and is dissipating, which makes the disk a hybrid system. The milimeter dust has also evolved, since its emission is weak and has e spectral index beta typical of large grains. To detect more hybrid disks, i have observed th CO gas in 25 disks with APEX and the IRAM 30 m. Around HD 23642, CO emission is detected at 4 sigma and coukd correspond to a peculiar disk, since it surrounds binary stars in the Pleiades cluster, which age is estimate around 125-130 millions years. The emission of the gas and dust is correlated for all types of disks but hybrids, where the high flux ratio might be due to a rapid dust evolution. It remains to know whether this phase is common to all disks to understand the implications of this phenomenon.

Husserl

Gozetlik, Servet 01 September 2003 (has links) (PDF)
Husserl&rsquo / s phenomenology can be analyzed simply by relying on the conception of intentionality. What I want to do is to put forward the logical grounds on which I can construct an acceptable account of Husserl&rsquo / s theory of intentionality. For this aim, firstly, I need to put some light on the nature of intentional acts or experiences. This suggests us that there is a close connection between the acts and what they are directed towards. Actually many have specified the relation between the act and the object, but what they have ignored was to give an exclusive explication of how such a relation can be connected with the content component. The penomenological content mediates between the intentional act and the intended object. There are some disagreements as regards whether the act is also directed towards the content or not. One of the significant aims of this research is to shed some light on the adequate arguments by which I will try to clarify that one can speak of such a directedness of intentional acts. In other words I believe that one can not only describe an intentional relation between the act and the intended object but also similar relations between the act and the content. There seem to be three parts to be examined interconnectedly: these, namely, are act, content and the object. For, the act is directed towards the object with the intermediation of the content. So his theory is not the same as the object theory of intentionality of which there are some defenders. Husserl&rsquo / s content theory is firstly examined in Logical investigations and Ideas respectively.

The Signified World : The Problem of Occasionality in Husserl's Phenomenology of Meaning

Weigelt, Karl January 2008 (has links)
This study offers the first comprehensive account of the problem of situation-dependence and facticity in Husserl's phenomenology of meaning. On the basis of a reconsideration of the central ideas of Husserl's phenomenological approach to meaning and intentionality, it presents a reconstruction and assessment of Husserl's revised conception of empirical meaning. Taking its lead from Husserl's self-critical remark on the analysis of "occasional expressions" in the Logical Investigations, the study uncovers the underlying problem with Husserl's initial conception of the relation between subjectivity and objectivity. It is shown that the problem of occasionality does not relate to indexicality in a standard sense, but to the essential facticity and subject-relativity of the intentional individuation of real being in general and to the contingency and inexhaustible transcendence of the world. The reconstruction of Husserl's solution is carefully related to an interpretation of central ideas of Husserl's developed philosophy. Critically reviewing influential interpretations of Husserl, the study elaborates on the question of internalism and externalism, the question of representationalism, the question of ideal contents, the notion of noema and the issues of direct reference and de re meaning. It is shown how Husserl's revised conception of empirical meaning is related to the analysis of horizon-intentionality, to the constitution of the transcendent real world and to the constitution of the lived body as a centre of situated orientation. It is argued that Husserl succeeds in maintaining phenomenological internalism with regard to intentionality in concreto, while accepting a form of externalism with regard to meaning, according to which the possibility of true identity of meaning is bound to the presumptive existence of the experienced world.

"Att skakas om" : Erfarenheter och konsekvenser av traumatisk hjärnskada / "To be jolted" : on experiences from Traumatic Brain Injury

Malm, Elisabeth January 2008 (has links)
