Research object: Land Reform in the Republic of Lithuania after Communistic Regime. Research subject: the Conception and Implementation Instrumentality of Land Reform in the Republic of Lithuania. Research aim: to evaluate the Conception and Implementation Instrumentality of Land Reform in the Republic of Lithuania after Communistic Regime. Objectives: 1. To clear concept formation of Land Reform in the Republic of Lithuania after Communistic Regime. 2. To explore process of the Conception, Juristic Acts and Implementation Instrumentality of Land Reform in the Republic of Lithuania. 3. To evaluate Land Reform in the Republic of Lithuania after Communistic Regime by organizational, political, economical, social and other aspects. Research methods: to explore the Conception and Implementation Instrumentality of Land Reform in the Republic of Lithuania common scientific (induction and deduction), nonfiction and Juristic Acts analysis, historiographyc, graphical depiction, statistical, logical abstract and other research methods were used. Land Reform and prehistory in the Republic of Lithuania after Communistic Regime is explored in series. Intricacy of the research is determined by politics and by frequent changes in the Juristic Acts. Even today there is no definitely stated conformation. According result of research inferences and suggestions are made.

Šiame magistro baigiamajame darbe autorė nagrinėja įdarbinimo per laikinojo įdarbinimo įmones modelio ypatumus ir pagrindinius jo veikimo principus. Atskleidžiant darbo temą pradedama nuo darbo per laikinojo įdarbinimo įmones sampratos tarptautiniuose ir Europos Sąjungos teisės aktuose bei pagrindinių jos požymių (trišaliai darbo santykiai, laikinojo darbo ir laikinojo įdarbinimo sutartys) išskyrimo ir aptarimo. Vadovaujantis Vokietijos valstybės patirtimi, bet neapsiribojant vien tik šia šalimi, analizuojami šios veiklos teisėtumui keliami reikalavimai bei pateikiami pastebėjimai dėl Lietuvoje priimto LR Įdarbinimo per laikinojo įdarbinimo įmones įstatymo nuostatų. Tolimesnėje darbo dalyje taip pat yra atkreipiamas dėmesys į diskriminacijos draudimo principo taikymą darbo užmokesčio mokėjimo ir darbo sąlygų užtikrinimo srityse bei aptariamas jo išimties taikymas. Analizuojant nurodytus klausimus, išskiriami darbo per laikinojo įdarbinimo įmones privalumai ir trūkumai šiame darbo modelyje dalyvaujančioms šalims, prieinant išvadą apie šios darbo formos naudojimo galimą teigiamą paskatą visai Lietuvos ekonominei padėčiai. / The author of this master’s work investigates the peculiarity of the model of temporary agency work and the main principles of it’s action. The topic revelation starts from the analysis of temporary agency work conception in the European Union and international legislation and there is indicated and discussed the subject of it’s main features (triangular working relations, temporary working and temporary employment contracts). In accordance with the experience of Germany, but not limited to this country, there are examined the requirements to acknowledge this activity legal, also providing observations on provisions of the accepted Temporary agency law of the Republic of Lithuania. Later the author pays attention to the application of non-discrimination principle in the fields of payment of wages and working conditions and discusses it’s exception. By analyzing these questions, there are marked advantages and disadvantages to the parties of this working model, coming to a conclusion that it may benefit the economic situation of the Republic of Lithuania.
