Nábor, výběr a adaptace pracovníků / Recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the processes of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in the technology and consultant company, to evaluate them and create proposals and recommendations to improve them. In the first part are described the teoretical knowledges about recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. In the second part is the analysis of this processes in the company on the basis of questionnaire examination between the employees of the company and interviews with the HR manager and one chosen employee. In conclusion are proposed the changes, which could help to increase the efficiency of the recruitment, selection and adaptation processes.

The aim of this thesis is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the field of processing milk and dairy production in the Czech Republic using strategic and financial analysis. In strategic analysis is an analysis of the external environment and internal analysis of resources and capacity of the company is replaced by a financial analysis of selected companies. A part of this thesis is the comparison among the largest competitors in the market. In the conclusion there are summarized all the lessons learned and there are evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of analyzed field and given opportunities and threats.

Strach žáků staršího školního věku ve výuce přírodopisu / Fears of pupils in biology

The diploma thesis deals with an emotional state called fear and it's pathological form - phobia. The thesis is focused on frequency and form of fears of pupils in older school age and on influence of these fears on teaching of Natural Sciences. The analysis of educational field of Natural Sciences, the interview and the questionnaire investigation of pupils were used in the diploma thesis. On the basis of research results I suggested basic recommendations for teachers who meet pupils with fear or specific phobia during classes. The diploma thesis uses methods of qualitative and quantitative research.

Pohybové schopnosti dětí mladšího školního věku / Motor abilities of primary school children

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out and compare the level of motor abilities of younger school age children attending dance lessons at Elementary Art school and then to compare it with the level of motor abilities of younger school age children which do sports only in Physical Education. It has been testing at the Elementary Art school in Chotěboř and at the Primary School Smetanova in Chotěboř and I used the battery test - Unifittest (6-60), which I completed by the holistic motoric test, called the Jacík test. I also used a questionnaire to find out what other sports activities do pupils of the dance branch. The research part of this work shows that the dance students achieved on average better results than the pupils of the Primary School dedicated to sports only in Physical Education. The biggest difference was between the test groups in the repeatedly "Leh-Sed", when the dance students were better by almost 30 %. Using a questionnaire survey I found out that 9 out of 14 pupils of the dance branch attend at least one other sports club. Diploma thesis "Czech apprenticeship at a crossroads" deals with the controversial topic of apprenticeship. Thesis is based on theoretical concepts of educational reproduction, positive functions of diversified educational systems, lifelong learning and problem delimitation in public policy. It brings the international perspective viewpoint and identifies strengths and weaknesses of different systems. Author looks into causes and consequences of negative phenomena while trying to understand different positions of employers and apprentices. Key areas are based on the delimited problem. These areas are: sole system of vocational education, which favors students with higher socioeconomic background; career guidance field, whose role in the process of decision making of students entering apprenticeship is small; the area of cooperation with social partners, which is crucial in enhancing the quality of apprenticeship. Author introduces possible ways of political change in these areas. 以絲綢之路作為文明接觸的和平場域為概念,探討中國正在推動「一帶一路」─以連結中歐為終極目標的道路、基礎設施、投資、政策互聯及人民交流網路─的全新重大外交體系。針對當前國際地緣政治的環境,中歐領導人近期確實強調了布魯塞爾與北京關係的重要性。儘管如此,很多中歐關係的專家也指出這種夥伴關係,還沒有達到雙方所預期的那樣快速及深刻。 本文的第一個研究問題「進一步發展中歐關係的障礙是什麼,以及如何克服這些障礙?」,便是基於對此國際情勢的考量。透過建構主義理論,本文對深化中歐關係的真正障礙進行討論,認為這些障礙來自於中歐人民身份、價值觀與文化的差異,並提出促進中歐人民之間的文化交流來加強中歐關係的可行方案。因此,本文提出第二個研究問題,「一帶一路在中歐文化關係中扮演什麼角色?」,對前項結論接續探討,發現由於一帶一路為中歐雙方提供了文化專案及人際交流合作的動機和框架,因此這一政策對中歐關係具有正面影響的潛質。 本文的最後兩個研究問題「一帶一路將帶給歐洲怎樣的風險與利益?」與「歐盟應如何應對一帶一路?」是相互關聯的。通過對一帶一路將帶來的風險與利益的分析,筆者對中歐雙方如何更有效地推進一帶一路提出了一些政策建議,其中重點分析了歐盟領導人如何與中方開展合作,並認為歐盟必須回應中國的倡議,與之合作,確保中歐雙方實現共贏、對國際規範的遵守、以及幫助中國保持一帶一路所經之地的穩定。 / By recalling the idea of the Silk Road as a place of peaceful encounter of civilizations, China is promoting its new, major diplomatic outreach system called the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), a network of roads, infrastructures, investments, policy connections and people to people exchanges with the final objective of connecting the PRC to Europe. Indeed, in view of the current international geopolitical circumstances, the Chinese and European leaders are recently emphasizing the importance of the Brussels-Beijing relationships. Nonetheless, many experts complain that this partnership has not yet developed as fast and deeply as the two sides originally hoped. This leads to the first research question addressed in the thesis:"which are the obstacles to a deeper EU-China partnership and how to overcome them and improve the overall relations?". By borrowing the constructivist theories, this thesis argues that the real obstacle to deepening the China-EU partnership are the differences in identities, values and culture, and that the improvement of the people to people and cultural interactions will enhance the general bilateral relations. Consequently, the second research question is "which role does BRI play in the China-EU cultural relations?". BRI has the potential to have a positive impact on their relations by providing a new framework and incentives for the collaboration on cultural projects and people to people interactions. The last two research questions are related to each other: "what are the risks and benefits that BRI will bring to the EU?" and "how should the European Union respond to BRI?". By analyzing the risks and benefits that will derive from the implementation of BRI, the author provides some policy suggestions to both sides on how to efficiently implement BRI, and especially to EU leaders on how to cooperate with their Chinese counterparts: the EU should definitely cooperate in the Chinese initiative, to ensure a win-win outcome for all, to guarantee the respect of the international norms and to help the PRC maintain the stability in the areas crossed by the BRI network.

: Diploma thesis deals with complementary educational field of dance and movement education to the first stage of primary school. The main objective is to find out expierences from the pilot programmes established dance and movement education. In the theoretical part explainig the basic concepts- movement, dance and its contribution to human deveploment and explains the meaning of dance and movement education as an educational provider. Due to specification the first stage is one of the sections devoted to problems of primary school age. In text is also mapped legislative process and promoting the concept introduction of dance and movement education, and its finally grounded in the Framework educational programme for basic education. Deals in detail with the concept of dance and movement education, its educational content, features and goals. Finally, it addresses the problem of teacher competency of the subject. The research part of current knowledge and experience of the five-year cycle teaching of subject in pilot elementary school Prague 5- Slivenec through questinnaires for the first (imput) and the fifth (output) class. It describes the current status of efforts to learn the dance and movement education in elementary schools.

My thesis deal with topic: "Work activities as a subject of motivation for an apprenticeship selection". The basic idea is an opportunity of cooperation between primary and secondary vocational schools in field of work activities. They do not take place in primary school facilities but in professional workshops of vocational school. I handle in detail making test tasks and didactic test, which will objectively judge (in a set group of pupils) whether doing work activities in vocational school´s workshop have some influence on choosing their next field of study.

The aim of the thesis is an analysis of Czech university study programs for teaching German language at the 2nd grade basic schools and comparison of the results. Information about development of Czech educational policy since 1989 is summarized in the theoretical section, where I also presented the most important documents affecting current educational policy as well as the language policy. The practical part is dedicated to the study itself. All universities keep their study programs in line with the Bologna process, conceived as structured. The subject of my analysis is Bachelor's degree and follow-up master's degree study. I have chosen only a specific part of the field, which is devoted to preparing students for German language teaching at basic schools. Emphasis is placed on the comparison of offered subjects, thematic composition of subjects and the way of obtaining didactic knowledge and teaching skills.
