Apesar disso, ela é muitas vezes, ainda hoje, tratada apenas na sua dimensão biológica e/ou carregada de moralismo, tendo dos dogmas religiosos grande interferência. Atualmente com as mudanças que estão ocorrendo no sistema econômico capitalista, com a globalização da economia e a implantação em nível mundial da política neoliberal, os problemas ligados à sexualidade humana, têm se intensificado e com isso, vêm causando sofrimento naqueles que possuem formação inconsistente acerca do assunto. Entre os adolescentes têm aumentado a ocorrência das DST's, da AIDS e de gravidez não planejada. Diante dessa situação, tornou-se consenso entre pais e educadores que a escola é um espaço que pode e deve oferecer formação a respeito da temática. Visando saber se a escola está ocupando esse espaço e como o está fazendo, a presente pesquisa buscou através de entrevistas estruturadas com oito professores de escola pública estadual de ensino fundamental e médio, localizada em bairro periférico no município de Bauru/SP, levantar: as concepções dos professores sobre sexualidade; se abordam efetivamente o assunto e como o estão fazendo em suas aulas; se o uso do Tema Transversal de Orientação Sexual ocorre e como o fazem; com a publicação dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) e Tema Transversal em Orientação Sexual, se o trabalho dos professores em sala de aula mudou, e evidenciar as principais dificuldades dos professores na abordagem de temas sexuais. Os resultados que obtivemos, em síntese, foram que: quanto à concepção sobre sexualidade, a maioria dos professores tem dificuldades em falar sobre a temática e o pouco que falam é carregado de vergonha e moralismo, salvo exceção. / Abstract: The nature of human sexuality is socio-historical as any other human activity that we have and accumulated knowledge for the humanity along the history. In spite of that, the human sexuality is still today, just treated in its biological dimension and/or loaded of moralism, tends of the dogmas great religious interference. Nowadays with the changes that are happening in the capitalist economical system, with the globalization of the economy and the implantation in all world of the neoliberal politics, the linked problems to the human sexuality, have intensified are causing suffering in those that possess inconsistent formation concerning the subject. Among the adolescents it has been increasing the occurrence of DST's, of AIDS and of not planned pregnancy. Due to that situation, it became a consensus between parents and educators that, the school is a space that can offer formation regarding the sexuality theme. Seeking to know if the school is occupying that space and how this institution is making it, this research looked for through interviews structured with eight teachers of state public school of fundamental and medium level, located in outlying neighborhood in the municipal district of Bauru/SP, to know: the teacher's conceptions about sexuality; if they approach the subject indeed and how they are making it, in their classes; if the use of the Traverse Theme of Sexual Orientation happens and how they make it; Investigate if with the publication of the Parameters National Curriculares (PCN) and Traverse Theme in Sexual Orientation, the teacher's work in classroom changed, and to evidence the teachers' main difficulties in the approach of sexual themes. The results that we obtained, in synthesis, were that: as for the conception about sexuality, most of the teachers have difficulties in talking about the theme and the little that they speak is loaded of shame and moralism. / Mestre

Para isso, é preciso que o professor se qualifique para o bom uso dessa ferramenta. Entre as vantagens desse recurso, há a possibilidade de interação, entre o aluno e o professor, dentro e fora da sala de aula e a possibilidade de o aluno conhecer lugares distantes, em tempo real, através de imagens de satélite, mapas digitais e de vídeo. Cabe ao sistema educativo contribuir para o acesso às potencialidades ligadas ao mundo digital, isso porque os recursos da informática podem ser mais um a contribuir para a formação crítica dos jovens estudantes do ciclo básico, possibilitando estabelecer relações entre os fenômenos espaciais do seu espaço de vivência. Considerando a importância do uso da informática no ensino, buscamos verificar a possibilidade de uso do site Google mapas para a construção dos conceitos de localização e orientação, a partir do uso do computador e da internet como mediadores, tendo como atividade a construção do caminho casa-escola pelas crianças do ensino fundamental, da Escola Estadual Coronel Paiva em Ouro Fino, estado de Minas Gerais. Para isso, utilizamos o mapa da cidade disponível no site. Escolhemos o Google mapas por ser de acesso livre, gratuito, disponível para uso na internet e que funciona em diferentes plataformas digitais. A dificuldade é percebida por esse programa não ter sido desenvolvido para fins educacionais, por isso, apresenta problemas tanto em relação à disponibilidade de mapas (alguns desatualizados e inexistentes) quanto em relação a suas ferramentas que exigem do usuário habilidade e destreza manual. Among its advantages such action, there is the possibility of interaction between the student and teacher, inside and outside the classroom and the opportunity to meet students distant places, in real time through satellite imagery, maps and digital video. It is for the education system contribute to the access the potential related to the digital world, that because the resources of IT may be another contributing to the formation of critical young students the basic cycle, enabling relations space between the phenomena of their living space. Considering the importance of using information technology in education, we check possibility of using the Google Maps site for construction of concepts location and orientation from the use of computers and the Internet as mediators, and engaged in the construction of the way home-school by elementary school children, the State School at Coronel Paiva Ouro Fino, Minas Gerais. For this, we use the city map available on site. We chose Google maps to be freely accessible free internet use and what works in different digital platforms. The difficulty is perceived by this program does not have been developed for educational purposes, therefore, presents problems both in relation to the availability of maps (some outdated and nonexistent) and in relation to their tools that require user skill and dexterity. Working with local maps is important because it allows the student to explore, physically, the city's landscape, familiarizing themselves with it. Com o crescimento urbano e econômico da cidade, o número de veículos que trafega nela vem aumentando, ano após ano, principalmente na região metropolitana. Com o propósito de se investigar como pensam os professores, alunos e genitores sobre a sexualidade humana e sobre o papel da escola na orientação sexual de seus alunos, foram aplicados questionários nesses três segmentos e realizadas entrevistas semi estruturadas com professores e alunos, junto ao ensino fundamental de duas escolas públicas estaduais, uma do centro e outra da periferia, pertencentes ao município de Bauru. Considerando-se o envolvimento da família no ambiente escolar, foram apontados aspectos, expressos pelos 3 segmentos investigados e pela literatura consultada, os quais devem ser considerados na elaboração de uma proposta de orientação sexual. Os resultados ressaltam, quando da elaboração de um programa de orientação sexual na escola, a necessidade de se proporcionar momentos de reflexão dos 3 segmentos envolvidos, em relação aos aspectos biológicos, psicológicos e socioculturais da sexualidade humana, no sentido de proporcionar aos professores, a reconstrução de sua sexualidade, colaborando em sua atuação como elemento de formação; aos jovens, as concepções e informações necessárias ao desenvolvimento sociocultural de sua sexualidade, possibilitando que os mesmos sejam capazes de elaborar sua própria conduta e descobrir suas capacidades e aos pais, a ampliação dos conhecimentos em direção à diversidade de valores existentes na sociedade, constituindo-os elementos colaboradores para com a escola / Abstract: The sexuality has been considered an attribute of human being that develops in its biologics aspect, pshycologics and socialculture. The purpose was to investigate how teachers, students and fathers think of the human sexuality and about the role that schools play in the student's sexual orientation. That three segments were interviewed and quizzed completely in two public elementary schools, one school is located in the suburb and the other one in Bauru city's downtown. Also it was considered the family's involvement in all the school's activities. It was found some aspects expressed by those 3 investigated segments, and by the literature that was used and read to help this work. All that aspects ha been considered in the development of a sexual orientation study. Results assure the need of reflexing moments in the 3 segments, involving biologics, pshycologics and socialcultures aspects in the human sexuality. The results help the teachers on the improvement of their sexuality and they can act as a formation element, helping teens with new informations and concepts that teenagers need to develop their sexuality, after that students can elaborate and have their own way life. Also they can discover their capacity and show the parents how they increase their knowledgement. Baseia-se numa estratégia iterativa envolvendo três etapas. Na primeira etapa um operador identifica na imagem as rodovias de controle de campo e fornece alguns pontos sementes, distribuídos grosseira e esparsamente ao longo ou nas imediações das rodovias. Estes pontos sementes são utilizados pelo algoritmo de otimização de programação dinâmica para extrair as rodovias na imagem. Na segunda etapa são estabelecidas correspondências pontuais entre as rodovias de controle e as correspondentes rodovias extraídas na imagem. Na terceira etapa as correspondências pontuais são utilizadas para orientar a imagem usando a DLT (Direct Linear Transformation). As duas últimas etapas do processo são iteradas até que se verifique a estabilização do processo de orientação. Os resultados experimentais possibilitaram verificar que a metodologia proposta foi eficiente com várias imagens teste. Em todos os casos se verificou a convergência do processo de orientação. Além disso, os parâmetros estimados de orientação possibilitaram o registro de rodovias de verificação com acurácia no nível do pixel ou melhor. / Abstract: In this research is proposed a methodology for semiautomatic CBERS image orientation using roads as ground control. It is based on an iterative strategy involving three steps. In the first step, an operator identifies on the image the ground control roads and supplies along them a few distributed seed points, which could be sparsely and coarsely distributed. These seed points are used by the dynamic programming algorithm for extracting the ground control roads from the image. In the second step, it is established the correspondences between points describing the ground control roads and the corresponding ones extracted from the image. In the last step, the corresponding points are used to orient the CBERS image by using the DLT (Direct Linear Transformation). The two last steps are iterated until the convergence of the orientation process is verified. Experimental results showed that the proposed methodology was efficient with several test images. In all cases the orientation process converged. Moreover, the estimated orientation parameters allowed the registration of check roads with pixel accuracy or better. / Mestre

Novaes Lipp / Banca: Norma de Fátima Garbulho / Resumo: O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a eficácia de uma intervenção psicológica em orientação profissional, relacionada à presença de stress e ao comportamento de decisão profissional de adolescentes. Participaram 41 estudantes do 3º ano do ensino médio de uma cidade do interior de São Paulo, divididos em três grupos: Grupo Controle (15), Grupo Comparativo (15) e Grupo Experimental (11). Os grupos Comparativo e Experimental foram submetidos ao Programa de Orientação Profissional, em épocas distintas, com 10 encontros, com cerca de uma hora e quarenta minutos de duração. O grupo Controle não sofreu qualquer intervenção. Todos os participantes responderam a ficha de identificação do participante, ao Inventário de Sintomas de Stress de Lipp (ISSL) e ficha de informação sobre escolha. Os resultados obtidos nos grupos submetidos à intervenção apontam que o stress se manteve nos participantes, apresentando maior preocupação com a escolha correta e com o vestibular, além de maior oscilação na seleção de carreiras do que os resultados oferecidos pelo Grupo Controle. Houve ainda relaão entre a "insegurança para escolher" e "dificuldade para decidir" com stress, eventos que demonstraram associação estatística em todos os grupos. Existem poucas pesquisas científicas sobre o comportamento de escolha profissional e o stress, acarretando em uma falta de subsídios para o trabalho psicológico com os jovens. Provavelmente, se novos estudos fossem realizados, a chance de prevenção do stress e de suas consequências aumentaria. / Abstract: This study aims to measure the effective of a psychological intervention in professional orientation related with the stress and the professional behavior choice in adolescents. Forty-one students of third year high school from São Paulo's interior had been divided in three groups: Control Group (15), Comparative Group (15) and Experimental Group (11). The groups Comparative and Experimental had been submitted to the Program of Professional Orientation, at two different times, with 10 meeting, about one hour and forty minutes duration. The Control Group didn't suffer any intervention. All the participants had been urged to answer participant's Identify, the Lipp's Stress Symptoms Inventory (ISSL) and Choice's Information Questionary. In the intervention's groups, the results showed the maintenance of participant's stress. Furthermore, in this groups there was a major doubt about the career's choice, with a greater concern with the correct choice and the vestibular, comparing with Control Group. There was a relation of choice's insecurity and the difficulty to decide with stress, with statistics significance in all the groups. There are few scientific researches about professional behavior's choice and stress, so the psychological work with teenagers becomes much more difficult. Probably, if we had new studies about this topic, maybe it would be possible to prevent the stress and its consequences. / Mestre

Entretanto, a irradiância interceptada pelas folhas é maior do que a irradiância que é de fato absorvida e aproveitada de forma eficiente, o que torna os mecanismos de fotoproteção essenciais. Esses mecanismos podem minimizar a absorção da irradiância ou ativar respostas metabólicas responsáveis pela proteção do sistema fotoquímico. Styrax camporum é uma espécie com ampla distribuição no cerrado sensu lato. Suas folhas possuem orientação horizontal ou vertical, mas também podem apresentar ângulos intermediários. Com a finalidade de observar a influência que a orientação foliar exerce sobre o desempenho fotossintético, foram avaliadas as curvas das taxas fotossintéticas em resposta ao aumento da disponibilidade de luz para ambas as faces (adaxial e abaxial) de folhas horizontais e verticais. Além disso, foi realizado um experimento de deficiência hídrica no qual as trocas gasosas, a fluorescência da clorofila a e as relações hídricas foram acompanhadas em ambas as faces dos dois tipos foliares. Os resultados mostraram que, em S. camporum, a orientação vertical de parte das folhas não está relacionada à fotoproteção estrutural e que, nessa espécie, o posicionamento vertical das folhas poderia estar relacionado à otimização da assimilação de CO2 em decorrência da potencial exposição de ambas as faces foliares à radiação direta / Abstract: Leaves are organs adapted to sunlight interception and conversion of light energy into biochemical energy. However, the irradiance that is intercepted by leaves is greater than the absorbed irradiance that is effectively used in photosynthesis, making photoprotective mechanisms essential. Such mechanisms may reduce the amount of absorbed irradiance or may activate metabolic activities that are responsible for protecting the photochemical system. Styrax camporum is a woody species that is widely distributed in the cerrado sensu lato areas. S. camporum leaves show horizontal or vertical orientation, but they may also have intermediate angles. We investigated whether the leaf angles of S. camporum have any influence on photosynthetic performance. Photosynthetic response curves in response to increasing light were measured on both surfaces (adaxial and abaxial) of horizontal and vertical leaves. In addition, a water deficiency experiment was performed. In this experiment, gas exchange rates, chlorophyll a fluorescence and plant water relations values were also monitored on both surfaces of both leaf types. Results showed that, in S. camporum, vertical leaf orientation is not related to structural photoprotection and that, in this species, such leaf orientation could be related to the optimization of CO2 assimilation since both leaf surfaces are potentially exposed to direct sunlight / Mestre

Orientador: Geraldo José Guimarães da Silva / Banca: Euclides Celso Berardo / Banca: Artur Marques da Silva Filho / Resumo: O presente trabalho realiza uma abordagem geral sobre o candente tema da compensação das ofensas havidas ao patrimônio imaterial de qualquer pessoa, identificando, em um momento inicial, o que realmente pode ser considerado como dano moral indenizável, pois muitos pretendem a extensão do conceito para toda e qualquer sensação de dissabor ou desconforto, as quais, muitas vezes, fazem parte das simples vicissitudes da vida e por isso mesmo devem ser suportadas sem maiores reflexos no campo da responsabilidade civil. Justifica-se, a seguir, a necessidade de reparação do dano moral e analisam-se as suas características informadoras (compensatória e ressarcitória), que devem ser levadas em conta para a quantificação correspondente. Na seqüência, o estudo se prende a uma verificação detalhada sobre os sujeitos do direito à reparação do dano moral, fazendo um percurso que se inicia na pessoa natural, passa pela pessoa jurídica e chega até à coletividade, debruçando-se, também, sobre a possibilidade de sua transmissão para terceiros e as circunstâncias em que isso poderia se verificar. Ato contínuo, a pesquisa avança sobre o ponto principal de toda a problemática que envolve o dano moral, qual seja, a mensuração do montante indenizatório e lança luzes sobre os sistemas norteadores existentes (aberto, fechado e híbrido), colocando-os em cena para uma dissecação detalhada e individualizada, para depois indicar uma quarta vertente que se mostra mais apropriada e justa, que seria a da mera regulação, única capaz de permitir a escorreita quantificação do prejuízo moral em cada caso concreto. Por fim, a pesquisa acaba se espraiando em questões processuais que têm se mostrado relevantes no campo das demandas que envolvem a compensação do dano moral, onde são apontadas as principais correntes doutrinárias e jurisprudenciais. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso abaixo) / Abstract: This work holds a general approach on the burning issue of compensation for harm held the intangible assets of any person, identifying, in an initial moment, what can be regarded as injury compensation, as many want to extend the concept to all and any sense of disorder or discomfort, which often are part of simple vicissitudes of life and therefore should be supported without major repercussions in the field of civil liability. It is, then the necessity to repair the damage to morale and analyze their characteristics of creation (compensatory and refund), which must be taken into account for the corresponding amount. Following, the study has to do a detailed check on the subject of the right to repair the moral, making a journey that begins in the natural person is through legal and reaches the community, and will focus also on the possibility of its transmission to others and the circumstances in which this could take place. Act continued, the search moves on the key point of the whole issue involving the moral, which is the measurement of the amount compensatory and casts light on the existing guiding systems (open, closed and hybrid) and putting them into play for a detailed dissection and individualized, and then indicate a fourth area that is most appropriate and fair, which would be the mere regulation, only able to allow the accurate quantification of damage morale in each case. Finally, the search has just been spread on procedural issues that have been shown in the relevant field of the complaints involving the compensation of moral damage, which are outlined the main current doctrinal and jurisprudential. The scientific contribution which seeks to bring forth from this work is the elucidation of the most controversial remaining on the moral, and the daring to want to allay the doubts and uncertainties that have just encouraging real industry of inappropriate or abusive litigation. / Mestre

Orientador: Débora Deliberato / Banca: Dionísia Aparecida Cusin Lamônica / Banca: Sadao Omote / Resumo: Crianças com atrasos globais do desenvolvimento têm importantes déficits no desenvolvimento da linguagem, necessitando de apoio terapêutico e educacional globalizado, com o envolvimento da família. Observa-se, no entanto, que a participação das famílias destas crianças em programas de orientação presencial é limitada, em virtude das dificuldades encontradas quanto à locomoção, disponibilidade de tempo, e compreensão da importância de informações desta natureza para o desenvolvimento de seus filhos. Assim, buscou-se elaborar um programa de orientação em linguagem, em formato escrito e ilustrado, destinado a famílias de crianças com atrasos globais do desenvolvimento. A seqüência de procedimentos dos três estudos propiciou a elaboração do programa de educação familiar em linguagem em parceria com as famílias, e lhes oportunizou assumir seus papéis como agentes no desenvolvimento da linguagem de seus filhos. / Abstract: Children with global developmental delay present important deficits in language development and need global therapeutic and educational support, with the involvement of their families. It is observed, however, that these children's families participation in orientation programs is limited due to difficulties regarding locomotion, time availability and understanding of the importance of the information for their children's development. Based on these facts, a continuing family education program on language was designed in a written and illustrated format for families of children with global developmental delay. The series of procedures of the three studies allowed the elaboration of the family education program on language together with the families, and gave them the opportunity to assume their roles as agents in their children's language development. / Mestre

Orientador: Ana Cláudia Bortolozzi Maia / Banca: Rinaldo Correr / Banca: Sandro Caramaschi / Resumo: A sexualidade é um fenômeno complexo e até o momento não existe uma teoria que explique, por si só, como ocorre o desenvolvimento da sexualidade, uma vez que o estudo da sexualidade necessita de uma visão multidisciplinar, envolvendo os aspectos biológicos, sociais e psicológicos do desenvolvimento. Partindo de um referencial teórico da análise do comportamento, pode-se considerar que o comportamento sexual, assim como qualquer outro comportamento, é determinado pelos três níveis de seleção, ou seja, é resultante de uma carga genética, somado a um histórico de aprendizagem e ao contexto onde o indivíduo está inserido. Este estudo descritivo teve como objetivo investigar, por meio de relatos de jovens homossexuais e heterossexuais, as opiniões pessoais sobre o desenvolvimento da sexualidade e da orientação afetivo-sexual na infância e adolescência. Participaram oito pessoas com idades entre 22 e 28 anos, sendo quatro homens e quatro mulheres. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas e os relatos obtidos foram analisados em conteúdo resultando nas seguintes categorias: Categoria 1 - relatos sobre o período da infância e adolescência, evidenciando a influência dos modelos comportamentais no desenvolvimento das relações sociais afetivas; Categoria 2 - relatos sobre a relação com familiares, marcada por conflitos, com vínculos afetivos estabelecidos tanto com a figura da mãe quanto a do pai, além da relação com os demais familiares; Categoria 3 - educação sexual: relatos sobre a educação familiar e escolar e a influência na sexualidade, destacando a influência dos aspectos culturais, além das contingências de reforçamento no desenvolvimento humano, além de levantar a participação da escola quanto influência no processo do desenvolvimento humano e, consecutivamente, no desenvolvimento sexual; Categoria 4 - relatos sobre sexualidade... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Sexuality is a complex phenomenon, and there isn't a theory that explains, in itself, as is the development of sexuality, simnce the study of sexuality requires a development. From a analysis of behavior view, it can be considered that sexual behavior, as well as any other behavior, is determined by the three levels of selection, or is the result of a genetic load, coupled with a history of learning and the context in which the individual belongs. This descriptive study aimed to investigate, through reports of young homesexuals and heterosexuals, personal opinions on the development of sexuality and sexual-affective orientation in childhood and adolescence. Eight people participated, aged between 22 and 28 years, four men and four women. The data was collected through interviews and reports were evaluated in content resulting in the following categories: Category 1 - Reports on the period of childhood and adolescence, highlighting the influence of behavior models in the development of affefctive social relations; Category 2 - Reports on the relationship with family, market by conflict, with established emotional ties with mother and father, addressing the relation with the family; Category 3 - Sex education: report on education and family and school influences on sexuality, highlighting the influence of cultural aspects, besides the reinforcement contingencies in human development, besides raising the characteristics of the school on the process of human development and consecutively in sexual development; Category 4 - Reports about sexuality in human development, raising the participants' understanding about sexuality, and the reports related to the early episodes of sexuality; Category 5 - Reports of sexuality current and future expectations, which demonstrated the importance of family, friends and loving couples in the development of sexual identy.
