Atualmente, o Sistema Integrado de Gestão (SIG-UFRN) contempla oito sistemas, sendo um deles o SIGRH, que informatiza os procedimentos de recursos humanos e é composto por vinte dois Módulos e sete Portais. O objetivo do trabalho é elaborar uma lista de recomendações para o Portal do Gestor do SIGRH, com destaque no reconhecimento de falhas na usabilidade e na facilidade de acesso, a partir de aplicação das técnicas de Questionário online, Registro de log, Extração de Relatório de Dados, Avaliação Cooperativa aplicada com 15 gestores com perfis distintos e uma Entrevista, limitada o publico alvo aos gestores da UFRN. O estudo se propõe a trazer inovação para a gestão pública na forma de pensar, agir e promover soluções focando nas necessidades e sentimentos dos usuários, como preconiza a abordagem do Design Thinking que serviu de sustentação para a aplicação das técnicas. A partir dos dados coletados foram identificados problemas de usabilidade e facilidade de acesso, tais como: terceirização das atividades (repasse da senha de acesso), layout poluído, centralização de funcionalidades e falta de ajuda nas telas (tutoriais). Dessa forma, o produto final da pesquisa trará propostas de melhorias significativas para a atividade dos gestores no âmbito da gestão de pessoas na UFRN, uma vez que foi elaborado aspirando solucionar os problemas identificados. / The research presents a study about the role of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte manager in the Integrated Planning and Human Resources Management System (SIGRH). The SIGRH is part of the Integrated Management System (SIG-UFRN) which is composed by eight systems. The SIGRH computerizes human resources procedures and consists of twenty two Modules and seven Portals. The goal of this work is to prepare a list of recommendations for the SIGRH Portal Manager, by highlighting the recognition of failures in access facility and usability, which is based on the application of the Online Questionnaire, Logging, Data Reporting, Cooperative Evaluation applied to 15 UFRN managers with different profiles and an Interview. The study proposes innovation to the public management by focusing on thinking, acting and promoting solutions looking at the users needs and feelings, as is asserted by the approach of Design Thinking that was a support for the procedures used in this work. Problems of access facility and usability were identified from the collected data such as outsourcing of activities (use of password access by others), not cleaned layout, centralization of functionalities and lack of help on the screens (tutorials). Therefore, the final product of this research will bring significant improvements to the managers duty in the scope of personnel management at UFRN once it was planned by aiming to solve the identified problems.

Introduction: The reason for the inability of performing the liver resection for colorectal carcinoma metastasis is usually insufficient remnant liver parenchyma after liver resection (future liver remnant volume - FLRV). The current standard method of increasing FLRV is the embolization of the branch of portal vein (portal vein embolization - PVE) on the side of the tumor, and then suspended after hypertrophy of the non-embolised lobe liver resection. Unfortunately, there are some patients who do not increase liver volume despite perfectly executed PVE. Besides that, FLRV occurs during the time necessary for hypertrophy progression of metastatic disease. Therefore, we are trying to find the appropriate way to encourage the growth of remaining liver parenchyma and accelerate hypertrophy of the contralateral liver lobe. From our previous experience (IGA MZ NS 10240), it is possible to be optimistic that there hope is the way of hematopoietic progenitor cells (HPC - adult stem cells) after previous PVE to non-embolised branches of the portal vein. These cells do not only accelerate liver regeneration, but are also able to improve its function (function of the liver) which is especially important for patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (steatohepatitis or steatofibrosis), and for patients with...

La presente tesis tiene como objeto de análisis, por un lado, un conjunto de poemas postmodernistas y vanguardistas de Magda Portal (Lima, 1900-1989) y dos poemas representativos de Ave Soul, de Jorge Pimentel (Lima, 1944). Por el otro, los manifiestos suscritos por Portal en la revista Flechas(1924) y la revista de cuatro nombres distintos, Trampolín-Hangar-Rascacielos-Timonel (1926-1927), así como los manifiestos suscritos por Pimentel en “Palabras urgentes” (1970), “El punto sobre la I” (1971) y “Poesía integral”(1970). El objetivo consiste en reflexionar sobre ambos poetas a partir de sus manifiestos; luego, analizar sus poemas con el fin de corroborar la coherencia entre la teoría y praxis en cada autor, así como sus coincidencias. En esta investigación sostenemos que ambos autores problematizan, discuten y amplían el concepto de “vanguardia” al proponer que la innovación vanguardista no solo debe partir de una reflexión sobre el plano estético-literario, sino también de la mirada crítica sobre la historia y una actitud orientada hacia la acción. En la poesía postmodernista de Magda Portal podremos apreciar ciertos toposque serán patrones compartidos intertextualmente con otras escritoras de la época como Alfonsina Storni y Concha Méndez. En Una esperanza i el mar(1927), su libro vanguardista por excelencia, observaremos cómo combina su preocupación por innovar estéticamente en diversos aspectos formales del texto (desde la ruptura del ritmo, el juego tipográfico, la inclusión de símbolos tradicionales como el mar al lado de símbolos modernos como los rascacielos) con su agenda política que busca reivindicar el lugar de la mujer en la ciudad moderna. Por su parte, en la poesía de Jorge Pimentel encontraremos también un ímpetu por asumir una actitud vanguardista en cuanto a la creación literaria. Así, apreciaremos cómo, desde una preocupación estético-política, el poeta plasmará en su obra el carácter caótico de la ciudad y el padecimiento de los sujetos que la habitan. Además, desde una perspectiva de género, observaremos cómo sus poemas plasman la lucha de una sociedad patriarcal que regula el cuerpo masculino y excluye a ciertos sujetos marginales. / Tesis

There are summarized facts about cleaning devices, from which these systems consist of and as well as about support and control devices. Based on this facts, is developed control system and visualization interfaces with an emphasis on functionality into the system.
