Pedagoginio personalo motyvavimas universitetuose / Motivation of pedagogical staff at the universities

Šiandien ypač aktualu efektyviai panaudoti darbuotojų potencialą, kuris yra vienas iš svarbiausių veiksnių, sąlygojančių šalies ekonominį kilimą bei klestėjimą. Savo ruožtu, tai neįsivaizduojama be išsamaus žmogaus poreikių ir motyvų, skatinančių veiklai, ištyrimo, žinojimo bei sėkmingo šiuolaikinių motyvacijos teorijų taikymo visuose lygmenyse, įvairiose veiklos ir gyvenimo sferose. Išsamių, sistemingų tyrimų apie tai, kaip motyvuoti darbuotojus tokiose specifinėse organizacijose kaip universitetai atlikta mažai. Šiuo metu universiteto darbuotojų motyvavimo klausimas opus ir aktualus, nes susiduriama su tokiomis problemomis kaip maži atlyginimai, prasta aprūpinimo darbo priemonėmis (bibliotekos, darbo technika, laboratorijų įrengimas ir kt.) bazė, jaunų specialistų nenoras dirbti aukštosiose mokyklose, pedagoginio ir mokslinio personalo “senėjimas”, kuris reiškia intelektinio potencialo silpimą. Neginčytina, jog universitetai vaidina svarbų vaidmenį valstybės kultūriniame, moksliniame, ekonominiame gyvenime. Šio tiriamojo darbo objektas – universitetų pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo metodai. Tiriamojo darbo tikslas – ištirti universitetų pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo metodų pasireiškimą. Siekiant įgyvendinti iškeltą tikslą, suformuluoti šie uždaviniai: 1) remiantis moksline literatūra, išanalizuoti darbuotojų veiklos motyvacijos sampratą ir teorijas; 2) išanalizuoti darbuotojų motyvavimo metodų pasireiškimą vystantis socialinei-ekonominei aplinkai ir vadybai; 3)... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In these times the universities meet with many difficulties: low salaries, poor supply of work equipment, young specialists’ reluctance to work in high schools, “aging” of pedagogical and academic personnel. That is why the issues of teacher’s motivations are so important. The object of this research is the motivations methods of pedagogical staff in universities. The goal of the research is the investigation how given motivation methods come out in universities. Following research methods have been used when studying teachers’ motivation: comparative analyze of academic papers, respondents poll using questionnaire form, and data analyze by mathematical statistics methods. The first part of work is based on scientific literature, it contains analyze of employees’ activities motivation concepts and theories. There is the representation how motivation methods work in context of development of social and economic environment, management theories, material and non-material stimulation means. The next part of the research includes the description of specific aspects of teachers’ work, motives and reasons of theirs activities. Also there is the discussion of peculiarities of teachers’ motivation methods research according to academic papers. The methodology of teachers’ motivation research is presented in the third document part. Also there is the full description of the research steps together with the data analyze section, discussion of the results and estimate of research.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the education of pedagogical staff working in children's homes focusing on the field of career counselling within the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to identify whether the acquired education and the possibilities of further professional education in this area correspond with the professional requirement for the optimal performance of pedagogical staff of children's homes. Based on academic sources and conducted research on partial topics, the educational need of pedagogical staff in the field of career counselling is set. Part of the work is an overview of currently offered educational activities in the field of career counselling for pedagogical professions in the Czech Republic. The final part is represented by an empirical investigation dealing with the identification of the rate and other circumstances of participation of pedagogical staff within Prague and the Central Bohemian Region on this type of education considering their subjective educational needs. Įvairių organizacijų bei švietimo institucijų pagrindinis tikslas - įgyti konkurencinį pranašumą, kuris yra organizacijos sėkmingo darbo garantas. Svarbus konkurencinio pranašumo šaltinis yra darbuotojai. Atsiranda pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo svarba. Šiandieninėje visuomenėje vykstant įvairiems pokyčiams, švietimo įstaigų vadovai susiduria su pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo problema. Daugeliui besimokančių organizacijų vadovų nėra lengva pasirinkti būdus, kaip padidinti darbuotojų motyvaciją, siekiant organizacijos veiklos efektyvumo. Tyrimo tikslai: išsiaiškinti pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo reikšmingumą ir būdus (ypatumus), tiriant švietimo organizacijos vadovų ir pedagogų požiūrį. Darbe atlikta literatūros šaltinių analizė, anketavimas, duomenų statistinė analizė atlikta panaudojant statistinės analizės sistemą SPSS. Tyrime dalyvavo 181 respondentas. Tyrimas patvirtino pirmą prielaidą, kad skirtingo tipo ugdymo institucijų pedagogų požiūriai į jų veiklos motyvaciją ir jos reikšmingumą beveik sutampa su pedagogų ir vadovų požiūriais. Tyrimas patvirtino antrą prielaidą, kad skirtingo tipo ugdymo institucijų pedagogų požiūriai dėl besimokančios organizacijos bruožų skiriasi labiau nei pedagogų ir vadovų požiūriai. Vadovai turėtų motyvavimo funkciją laikyti ne mažiau reikšminga negu kitos vadybos funkcijos. Jiems svarbu turėti darbuotojų veiklos motyvavimo sistemą. / The main aim of different organizations and educational institutions is to acquire competitive advantage which is success of organizations lucky work. The main source of competitive advantage is the employees. The importance of staff motivation is very actual. In today’s society when different changes take place the employees of educational institutions meet with the motivation problem of pedagogical staff. Most of the studying organization leaders find it difficult to choose the ways in raising the motivation of the employees and seeking the effectiveness of organization activities. The aims of research: to ascertain the motivation importance of pedagogical staff and peculiarities in researching the attitude of educational organization leaders and pedagogues in different educational institutions. In this paper the analysis of literature sources, questionnaire, data statistic analysis were carried out using the system of statistic analysis (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). In this research 181 respondents took part. The research proved the conclusion , that different types of educational institutions have almost the same attitudes towards motivations of their activities. The attitudes of pedagogues and leaders are also almost the same. The research proved next conclusion that the attitudes of pedagogues from different types of pedagogical institutions concerning the traits of studying organizations are more different then attitudes of pedagogues and leaders... Complement for the analysis were the questionnaires. The main questions were: application of education on teaching or importance of education sector.

This work focuses on personal management in education and circumstances relating to it, respectively on one of the basic personal activities, that is education and development of employees. Personal development of staff and their further education should be ongoing. The premise is that school management plays vital role in further staff education. This work is to find out, whether or not this really is true, that teachers perceive director as the key person who influences their professional growth. Data is analysed with combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Research analysis shows, that in selected primary schools, teachers perceive their directors as adequately competent and well motivating on their quest to professional development. It views the development of teaching and head teaching professions on our territory in individual periods and also presents the picture of teachers' and head teachers' education. The thesis provides information which deal with the development of the society in the relationship towards education and also respecting individual participants of the education and upbringing processes. In the thesis selected monographs, expert texts, laws, legal regulations and school documents are used. The findings were compiled into thematic units arranged chronologically and according to historical development. The contribution of this thesis is to create a brief overview of the development of the head teacher's position which will be possible to be used for a more detailed study of the subject field.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the priorities of education and development of pedagogical staff in kindergartens of the Central Bohemian region. The theoretical part consists of definition of key words followed by the analysis of state educational dokuments which are divided into strategic, curricular and legislative. In this analysis, the indexed terms and priorities of each document are described. The outputs are given in the end of the chapter. Following part is devoted to the strategy of staff management with identification and analysis of educational needs, plan of education, its realization and assessment. The practical part contains methods of questionnaire survey. The survey is given to teachers and directors of kindergartens in Central Bohemia who summarize their own priorities in education. The analysis of documents of eight selected Central Bohemian kindergartens deals with the individual strategies of management of pedagogical staff education. Also, the semi- structured interviews with the school directors were carried out. Finally, the thesis offers several recommendations which are based on the research. The diploma thesis deals with the management styles of directors of educational institutions in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to analyze the influence of the school principal's management style on the teaching staff in a connection with the management of work performance and the development of pedagogical staff. The first part of the thesis deals with and describes the theoretical background. It defines the basic concepts of general management, people management and specifies all for the school environment. It presents knowledge about leadership styles, about work performance, which is specified for work performance management in non-profit organizations. Another presented aspect of the leader's work is the professional development of employees, which in the field of education is represented by the school principal through a compulsory further education of pedagogical staff - in service. The second part of the thesis presents a questionnaire of sociologist Professor Dr Philip Hallinger entitled - The Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale, abbreviated PIMRS, which the author of thesis translated and tested in the environment of Czech schools.
