This Master´s thesis deals with the issue of company performance measurement. Theoretical knowledge regarding the method which focuses above all on quality which is Six Sigma is covered in here. The second method of research, which focuses on management arising form strategy and vision of a company, is Balanced Scorecard. The method, which is the most suitable for the company Zálesí a.s. is elaborated on in the practical part. At the end of the thesis, there is a suggestion of a model in compliance with which the company can proceed in the everyday operation.

This master´s thesis deals with Invia.cz, a.s. performance analysis. First part of the thesis contains basic theoretical knowledge, regarding methods of company performance measurement. Next part is focused on description of the studied company and then performance assessment of the chosen company using START Model based on EFQM Excellence Model is elaborated. Proposals for improvement of the current situation are suggested in the last chapter.

The thesis addresses the issue of developing indicators focusing on measuring human capital, which will serve as a reporting output from the data warehouse. Goal is propose a set of indicators that will be able to cover the overall picture of corporate human resources. A proposed concept of the Balanced Scorecard is based on the strategic and financial analysis, through which the future performance of the company will be evaluated. This thesis deals with the development of benchmark application for the OpenGL ES 3.0 devices using the realistic real-time rendering of 3D scenes. The first part covers the history and new features of the OpenGL ES 3.0 graphics library. Next part briefly describes selected algorithms for the realistic real-time rendering of 3D scenes which can be implemented using the new features of the discussed library. The design of benchmark application is covered next, including the design of online result database containing detailed device specifications. The last part covers implementation on Android and Windows platforms and the testing on mobile devices after publishing the application on Google Play. Finally, the results and possibilites of further development are discussed.

This master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the company´s performance. The first part consists of theoretical concepts such as a quality and performance. It is also focused on the evaluation and measuring instruments of the performance. In the analytical part the company is presented and also its key competitors. The complex analysis of the company is carried out by means of evaluation, multiple criteria-based on the model of the Quality Council of the Czech Republic, model Start Plus. There are also scored various criteria of the model, there are determined strengths and areas for improvement and on the basis there are described suggestions for the improvement.

The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of the selected company and subsequent implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model. The theoretical part explains the concept of performance and performance access to its evaluation. There is also the description of selected strategic analysis in this part. It is explained the essence of Balanced Scorecard and gradual steps in its implementation of corporate management in detail. The practical part describes the current situation in the company and on the basis of the results of each analysis it is proposing a project to implement the Balanced Scorecard. The final part of the thesis includes Balanced Scorecard implementation into the company to increase its efficiency and further development.

The aim of the diploma thesis Company performance measurement is to propose a particular approach of the Balanced Scorecard method implementation for the company IZOL94, s.r.o. that can lead to the increase in the competitiveness and efficiency of the company. Strategic objectives of the perspectives are deduced on the basis of strategic and financial outcomes and also measures as well as target values are assigned to the strategic objectives. The strategic initiatives that lead to fulfill proposed strategic objectives are determined afterwards. The final part of this thesis deals with risks and benefits related to the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation.

The master thesis is focused on performance evaluation of company Zemědělské družstvo Nové Město na Moravě. The first part contains theoretical foundations dealing with explanation basic theoretical terms and modern methods for performance measurement. The second part is practical, where the analysis company is introduced and after that the performance evaluation using of START Model is performed. The main output of master thesis is the last part, namely suggestions, where are presented measures and recommendations directed at the improvement performance of company.
