Absurd literature originated and was developed in the middle of the 20 th century in the West. The brightest representatives of this type of literature are Albert Camus, Eugene Ionesco, Samuel Becket and others. In their works they raised the problem of meaninglessness of human existence, loneliness of an individual and man’s inability to communicate with other people. Are these absurd literature ideas topical issues in contemporary Lithuanian literature? The poetics of Absurd literature in Lithuanian literature practically has not been researched. One reason might have been that there has not been pure Lithuanian literature of the Absurd, except for perhaps Kostas Ostrauskas’s plays. The other reason is probably the fact that the manifestation of absurd literature is often accepted as an ironic, humorous and not very serious text component. This paper deals with a collection of poems and fiction called „Prisimynimai“ by Juozas Erlickas, National Prize Laureate. The main intention of the paper is to prove that an absurd attitude of mind is not alien to Lithuanian literature. The main characters of J. Erlickas’s works feel inactive, pessimistic, they do not see meaning in life, try to avoid contact with the surrounding world. There are three works analyzed in this thesis; they represent different aspects of creative works of S. Parulskis: esseistics (collection of essays „Naked clothes“), prose (novel „Three seconds of a sky“) and poetry (collection of poems „All this from the longing“). In the first part of this work, which is represented by the collection of essays „Naked clothes“, expression of modern time, which has connections with physical and mathematical time, and interrelation of past and present are studied. Most of attention are devoted to comparison of this S. Parulskis work and novel by M. Proust „Finding Time Again“, attention is given to comparison of perceived „personal“ (time undisclosed to reader) and „common“ (time disclosed to reader) times. The subject of the thesis is a description and depiction of poetics and picturesqueness of landscape using the elements of East Asian landscape poetry as a source of inspiration to perceive the beauty of the landscape surrounding the South Bohemian village of Kvilda. Based on the study of landscape poetry texts, a specific mountain trail was chosen to capture this poetics and picturesqueness. By choosing well-selected stopovers on this trail, the thesis is aimed to evoke the perception of poetic elements of nature in the overall context of the surrounding countryside. Here, the text description of the esthetic values of landscape and environment is the way to create a project of revitalized landscape with picturesque features and specific vegetation species. This work is also explained in the context of Šumava, which is described in the introductory part of the thesis so that the reader will gain a better understanding of the project setting. This introduction acquaints us with the natural and artistic background of Šumava and the environs of the village of Kvilda that surround the trail. The whole project comprises the analysis of the environment of each stopping place on the trail, the description of its main points of interest and the transformation of the place in different seasons of the year in respect of a particular landscape feature. Each stopover is supplemented with landscape poetry texts with the aim to capture the atmosphere of the place even better. At the end of each chapter associated with a particular stopping place there are art displays which are specific to this environment. These should acquaint the visitors with the environment and offer them an inspiration that each place conceals. The whole project imitates a tour through nature and draws attention to individual points of interest in the landscape, which we so often tend to overlook. The above aspects can also be applied to garden and landscape design.

The poetics of space is a very interesting field, which has been so far marginalized from the theoretic point of view in comparison with other types of the poetics of literary work. Fragmentary information devoted to this theme has often been hidden in theoretic works that applied the poetics of space to some specific literary works. To be able to start focusing myself on the poetics of space in fairy tales, I had to lay the basis for the poetics of space in the first part of my thesis. The basis is built by the chapters in which I was concerned with the poetics of literary work and where I collected, organized and made transparent actual theoretic information about the poetics of space and its parts, space and place. I used these chapters for the specification of the terms used in my thesis. That specification enabled me to focus on the poetics of space in the fairy tales in the second part of thesis. As my research material I chose Grimms' fairy tales and eight Erben's fairy tales. I used this material to verify the relevance of particular hypotheses. This thesis is focused on poetics of places and space in the novels of Czech author Ota Filip (*1930). The analysis of individual spaces displayed in Filip's work wants to demonstrate the importance of these places for the narrative construction of the autor's novels. This thesis aims to show the importance of displayed space and individual spaces for the overall sense of the fictional world in the Filip's work. The methodological basis of the thesis is the study of the Polisch scientist Janusz Sławiński: Space in Literature: Basic Division and Introductory Commonplace (2002 [1978]). Research of space displayed in the literary work based on the text of a particular novel.

<p>Rad se bavi istraživanjem poetike kamernih prostora u prozi Milo&scaron;a Crnjanskog, s većim naglaskom na romanima i pripovetkama, ali bez isključivanja putopisnog korpusa dela ovog autora, kao ni esejisitke i novinarskih tekstova u kojima se autor u većoj meri dotakao pomenute teme. Pod kamernim prostorima smo podrazumevali zatvorene prostore u doslovnom smislu &ndash; kuću i okućnicu, sobe, dvori&scaron;ta, zatvorena prevozna sredstva, prolazne prostore hotela i gostionica, zatvorene prostore kafana i institucija, čak i lične prostore grada, odnosno delove grada koji su obojeni intimnom poetikom svakodnevice izabranog pojedinca.<br />Rad je podeljen na dva dela i prvi kraći deo (na putu) opisuje poetiku prolaznih zatvorenih prostora koji imaju veze s putovanjem kao &scaron;to su tranzitni prostori stanica, zatvoreni prostori prevoznih sredstava (vozova, automobila, aviona).<br />Drugi deo rada (ka cilju) podeljen je na tri veća odeljka. Prvi deo istražuje moguće inverzije prostora doma kao &scaron;to su tranzitni prostori hotela i bolnica (kao privremenog doma) ili posebno markirani prostori groblja, vrtova i ogledala. Drugi deo je okrenut urbanim prostorima i ličnim mestima u gradu. Treći deo detaljno istražuje poetiku doma, odnosno kuće, i načine na koji je ona prikazana u prozi Milo&scaron;a Crnjanskog.<br />U radu smo poku&scaron;ali da pokažemo način na koji Crnjanski opisuje prostor i kako je zatvoreni prostor kvalifikovan u odnosu na otvoreni. Istraživali smo i načine na koji se prostor konstitui&scaron;e u samom pripovedanju, odnosno kako je on strukturiran i prikazan u tekstu.</p>

This thesis is focused on the poetics of the czech hip hop lyrics. Analyzed texts increasingly represent the mainstream hip hop as a musical style and capturing the period from the beginining of the nineties until almost the present day. It deals with the appereance and description of the recurring patterns, their changeability in time, or sometimes even this what these schemes beyond. It also deals with the description of the specific atributs typical for certain kind of authors. The thesis is based on hermeneutics and poetics or stylistics.

This thesis offers a compact insight into landscape, its poetics and picturesqueness. It mentions not only basic landscape definition and landscape character but also its structures and typologies. Next, it describes how a person perceives the landscape trough centuries. The next chapter is devoted to Karel Hynek Mácha who was not only a famous poet and representative of Romanticism but also a painter and traveler. Thesis maps poetics and picturesque aspects trough poems, notes and sketches. Author then follows Karel Hynek Mácha. The main aim was to perceive the landscape differently. Main focus is on the poetic and picturesqueness only trough her own eyes, paper and pencil without modern technology and just feel the magic of the moment. Literary research is followed by a project which is situated near Karlovy Vary in the west part of the Czech Republic. Concretely is the landscape located nearby Andělská Hora. First, the thesis describes the character of the area by the help of analysis. There are historical analysis, actual condition, natural condition and trees inventory. Analysis is followed by the project which first contains general concept and its basic principles. Project also contains drawing of the individual sites. The project is aimed at both landscape solutions and restoration of small sacral architecture and other elements that will not only contribute to greater scenic beauty, but also support the genius loci of the local landscape. Proposed elements not only enrich the local landscape and enhance tourist's stay, but also get them to think. It is important to keep in mind the historical legacy and ancestral land.

The travels of artists from Paris and Prague in each city allow encounters revealing artistic affinities. They promote aesthetic links and poetic exchanges between the founding artists of surrealism in Paris and Prague. The treatment of each capital through poetic transcriptions of stays in a foreign city and through works that reveals the possibilities of adventure in a familiar ciy leads to a comparaison of realities from Paris and Prague. The study of works makes possible to distinguish subjects circulating from a text to another and to put in light a common semiotic through witch appear features of surrealist city. The revival desire of avant-garde artists underlies that exploration of the city and contributes to the development of a subversive image of the city.
