Controle robusto do modelo dinâmico de uma aeronave F-16 através das desigualdades matriciais lineares

Orientador: Prof. Dr. Victor Augusto Fernandes de Campos / Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal do ABC, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica, 2017. / Este trabalho apresenta uma aplicação das Desigualdades Matriciais Lineares (ou Linear Matrix Inequalities, ou ainda LMI), para o controle robusto de uma aeronave F-16, através de um algoritmo que garante o fator de amortecimento para o sistema em malha fechada. É apresentada a modelagem dinâmica do sistema em questão com base no estado da arte e são apresentados dois modelos simplificados para realização da aplicação dessa teoria de controle. Os resultados dos testes mostram que os ajustes de zero e ganho são suficientes para garantir desempenho e estabilidade robusta com relação a diversos pontos de operação pré-definidos. Essa é uma das principais características das LMI¿s, que são ferramentas matemáticas amplamente aplicadas em teoria de controle, que possibilitam o tratamento simultâneo de vários requisitos de desempenho e robustez. A técnica utilizada é a de alocação de pólos, que tem como objetivo alocar os pólos do sistema em malha fechada em uma região específica do plano complexo. Resultados dos testes utilizando os modelos dinâmicos lateral e longitudinal da aeronave F-16 são apresentados, discutidos e comparados. / This work presents an application of Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMI) for the robust control of an F-16 aircraft through an algorithm that ensures the damping factor for the closed-loop system. It shows the dynamic modeling of the system in question based on the state of the art and presents two simplified models to perform the application of control theory. The test results show that the zero and gain settings are sufficient to ensure robust performance and stability with regard to several pre-defined operating points. This is one of the main characteristics of LMI¿s, which are mathematical tools widely applied in control theory, which allow the simultaneous treatment of several performance and robustness requirements. The technique used is the pole placement, which aims to allocate the system closed-loop poles in a specific region of the complex plane. Results of tests using the dynamic lateral and longitudinal models of F-16 aircraft are presented and discussed and compared.

The theme of the dissertation is the important piece of 16th century Spanish prose, Retrato de la Lozana andaluza (Portrait of Lozana: The Lusty Andalusian Woman) by Francisco Delicado. Published anonymously in Venice around the year 1530, it fell into obscurity for the next three hundred years. The only known copy was discovered in the middle of the 19th century in Vienna. Over the next hundred and fifty years this literary curiosity gradually became recognized as an integral part of the Spanish literary canon. Still, the research of La Lozano andaluza continues to feature blank spaces and unresolved issues, and is at the same time characterized by its conflicting nature and the absence of a generally accepted consensus. The introduction of the thesis summarizes and evaluates the state and condition of present-day research and outlines the general problems of the literary canon and its exploration through the concept of a philological field. The aim of the first part of the thesis is to present all verified editing data and to focus on those aspects of the work that have been neglected. The main objective is to analyze how interorganizational networks impacted/impact on the potential for innovation, creating both limits and opportunities for the companies development. The adopted method analyzed the historical jewelry industry trajectory since the beginning of mineral extraction in the city of Itaituba (in the Par? State) until nowadays. Primary and secondary data were used allowing the view of the dynamics of the network during transformation periods of the main involved actors in the process. The prospect of embeddedness structural as analysis technique allowed verifying the quality of interactors ties, as well as the visualization of their structures. During the jewelry industry trajectory was verified a change in the quality of social relations, modifying the information flow, trust and associations of various links in the production chain. Both direct and indirect ties facilitated the access to remote networks entering new information related to new products, processes and market aspects. This interaction has led to raising the innovation potential causing a qualitative and quantitative improvement in competitiveness of organizations. Some embedded ties allowed the formation of partnerships bringing various economic earnings for those involved in the relationship. Thus, it is understood how aspects related to the position, architecture and quality of ties in a wide social network influenced on the innovation process and eventual jewelry industry trajectory / Este trabalho consiste em um estudo de caso no P?lo Joalheiro de Bel?m, cuja problem?tica central est? em compreender como a rede social onde est? imerso o P?lo, influencia no processo de inova??o do setor. O objetivo central est? em analisar como as redes interorganizacionais impactaram/impactam no potencial de inova??o, criando tanto limites, como oportunidades para o desenvolvimento das organiza??es. O m?todo adotado analisou a trajet?ria hist?rica do setor desde o in?cio da extra??o mineral, no munic?pio de Itaituba-PA, at? os dias de hoje. On the basis of this approach searched to argue the estruturation of the Brazilian urban space and the relation with the agricultural one, evidencing an academic debate little contemplated, in view of that the space transformations guided by Brazilian industrialization had earned as endorsement a mere urban direction, fact that neglected factors more complex than they for the urban-agricultural relation in the context of the urbanization and, more recently, of the metropolization. Another important factor in the construction of the work was the contextualization of the urbanization of the Rio Grande do Norte, as well as of the metropolization of Natal, where if the significant presence of an agricultural reality made an analysis of the configuration metropolitan in the present time displaying that also remains and reproduces the metropolis, fact that conditions and justifies the treatment of the reality metropolitan for the bias of the urban-agricultural relation. The approach of this relation was directed for the agricultural nestings of the Region Metropolitan of Natal (RMN), understood as fragments agricultural in the context of the metropolis, in view of that a tenuous correspondence of these nestings with the metropolis in the direction of its integration was observed. As methodology one used bibliographical survey in periodic and books and collected secondary data-collecting next to the IBGE and to the INCRA and still were directed a field research where interviews next to the seated ones had been carried through. In this direction, one evidenced that the metropolization also absorbs and even though it reproduces the ruralidade that if verifies in the RMN finishing for mining the idea of an urban one that it excludes the agricultural one. In the case of the RMN, we have agricultural and the urban one exactly if conforming in one space that is metropolitan / O trabalho ora apresentado busca fazer uma an?lise da rela??o urbano-rural no contexto do processo de metropoliza??o de Natal. Com base nesse enfoque buscou-se discutir a estrutura??o do espa?o urbano brasileiro e sua rela??o com o rural, evidenciando um debate acad?mico pouco contemplado, tendo em vista que as transforma??es espaciais orientadas pela industrializa??o brasileira ganharam como respaldo um sentido meramente urbano, fato que negligenciou fatores mais complexos que perpassam pela rela??o urbano-rural no contexto da urbaniza??o e, mais recentemente, da metropoliza??o. The controller robustness evaluation will be done through simulations, where will be introduced in the system the following adversities: time delay, actuator response boundeds, disturbances, parametric variation and unmodeled dynamics. The VS-APPC will be compared with PI control, pole placement control (PPC) and adaptive pole placement controller (APPC). The VS-APPC will be simulated to track a step and a sine reference. It will be applied in a three-phase induction motor control system to track a sine signal in the stator reference frame. Frutos das reivindica??es da Reforma Urbana, instrumentos como o Estatuto da Cidade, a Pol?tica Nacional de Mobilidade Urbana e o rec?m-criado Estatuto da Metr?pole emergem como suporte ?s RMs brasileiras no alcance de uma mobilidade eficiente. Conforme os dispositivos, as diversas a??es urbanas devem ser planejadas em conjunto para o alcance de cidades mais ordenadas, socialmente justas e ambientalmente vi?veis. A partir dessa conjuntura, a presente disserta??o buscou mostrar se os principais projetos estruturantes de expans?o urbana e vi?ria implantados na Regi?o Metropolitana de Natal (RMN), cujas transforma??es f?sico-territoriais se intensificaram nas ?ltimas d?cadas, foram planejados em conson?ncia com a gest?o da mobilidade. Primeiramente foram listados os projetos mais importantes da metr?pole funcional, composta pelos munic?pios da RMN que apresentam forte integra??o. Em seguida, foi estabelecido um crit?rio denominado ?Potencial de Coes?o Metropolitana? para definir quais projetos apresentavam maior relev?ncia sobre o territ?rio da RMN, visto que limita??es desta pesquisa n?o permitiam a an?lise de todos os empreendimentos. A partir dessa an?lise, ? poss?vel constatar se a RMN enseja a consolida??o de um ambiente urbano com uma mobilidade eficiente, contribuindo para promover o desenvolvimento sustent?vel no seu territ?rio, ou se, de forma contr?ria, fomenta um crescimento desordenado ao permitir que projetos estruturantes sejam implantados de maneira descolada ? gest?o da mobilidade. / The fast growth of cities causes the meeting of urban areas and the increase of political, economic and social influence between nearby cities, resulting in a process known as metropolization, which, in turn, causes direct impact on the way people and goods move through the cities - that is, on urban mobility. Especially in developing countries like Brazil, where the metropolitan areas (RM) lack of political interest and planning structures to ensure the governance of these areas, the effects of metropolization can cause irreversible negative impacts on mobility. As results of the claims of the Urban Reform, instruments such as the Statute of the City, the National Policy of Urban Mobility and the newly created Statute of Metropolis emerge as support to Brazilian RMs in achieving efficient mobility. According to these instruments, the various urban actions must be planned together to achieve more organized, socially fair and environmentally viable cities. From this situation, this study sought to show if the major infrastructure projects of urban and road expansion deployed in the Metropolitan Region of Natal (RMN), which physical and territorial transformations were intensified in recent decades, have been planned in accordance with mobility management. Firstly, the most important projects of the functional metropolis ? formed by the municipalities of RMN that have strong integration ? were listed. Then, a criterion called "Metropolitan Cohesion Potential" was established to define which projects were more relevant on the RMN?s territory as limitations of this study did not allow analysis of all projects. The International Airport Alu?zio Alves, the Light Rail and Metropolitan Road presented the highest potential of metropolitan cohesion, so they were analyzed considering their relationship with mobility management, primary objective of the research. It was investigated if the structuring project meets the steps of the new type of desirable urban mobility: promotes investments in the poorest areas of infrastructure; causes population density and induces mixed land uses; contributes to the compactness; encourages democratic access of the population to goods and services; has a structure that indulges the transport of non-motorized means and collective motor; enables integration of modal; and seeks to cause less environmental damage. From this analysis, it can be seen that the RMN entails the consolidation of an urban environment with efficient mobility, to promote sustainable development in its territory, or in a contrary manner, fosters a disorderly growth by allowing structuring projects to be deployed separated from the mobility management.

For this, we analyzed the agreements and the collective labor conventions, signed by three trade unions in the shoe industry of Paraiba, as well as interviews with union leaders to them. The results show that the technological and organizational changes implemented primarily by large companies, provided significant impact on labor relations that directly and indirectly contributed to change the shape and content of the negotiations, directly influencing, promoting and negotiating agreements and conventions that more flexible pay, hours and employment, and indirectly, because these innovations, as well as the flexibility of negotiated issues listed above, had some negative consequences for workers, as the breach of labor laws (with the creation of worker cooperatives fraudulent for example), the increase in working hours, occupational diseases (RSI/WMSD) and high turnover, so that unions acted at various times, in areas or fields hitherto little explored or never, but using the procedures or mechanisms already well known in the trade union as collective bargaining and, in some cases, using other forms of action such as lawsuits and labor stoppage. These events signaled, so the relevance of our assumptions and search that guided our research. / Esta pesquisa analisa as possíveis mudanças nas negociações coletivas de trabalho, ocorridas no segmento coureiro-calçadista paraibano, decorrentes das transformações verificadas neste segmento, a partir dos anos 1990. Para isto, foram analisados os Acordos e as Convenções Coletivas de Trabalho, celebrados pelos três sindicatos de trabalhadores na indústria calçadista paraibana, bem como realizadas entrevistas junto a dirigentes sindicais dos mesmos. Os dados obtidos revelam que as mudanças tecnológicas e organizacionais implementadas, principalmente pelas grandes empresas, proporcionaram impactos significativos sobre as relações de trabalho que, direta e indiretamente, contribuíram para alterar a forma e o conteúdo das negociações. Diretamente, influenciando, promovendo ou negociando Acordos e Convenções que flexibilizaram a remuneração, a jornada e a contratação. Indiretamente, na medida em que estas inovações, bem como a flexibilização negociada desses aspectos acima relacionados, tiveram algumas consequências negativas para os trabalhadores. Dentre estas consequências, destacam-se o descumprimento da legislação trabalhista (com a criação de cooperativas de trabalho fraudulentas, por exemplo), o aumento da jornada de trabalho, de doenças ocupacionais (LER/DORT) e da elevada rotatividade. Isto fez com que os sindicatos atuassem, em vários momentos, em áreas ou campos até então pouco ou nunca explorados, mas usando de procedimentos ou mecanismos já bem conhecidos no meio sindical, como as negociações coletivas e, em alguns casos, valendo-se de outras formas de atuação, como as ações judiciais e a paralisação das atividades laborais. Estes fatos sinalizaram, assim, a pertinência de nossas suposições e das buscas que nortearam nossa pesquisa.

This thesis was elaborated on the topic: Proposal and model of the detailed point network of positional point field by using total station and GPS. The detailed point network of positional point field was construct for following etailed measure as a part of complex land adaptation in cadastral area Záblatí u Prachatic and in cadastral area Horní Záblatí in the region of Prachatice. The aim was reconnaissance of the interest locality and existing point field, propose and complete existing network to cover interest locality in the desiderative density. Following the geodetic reading and map bases the reconnaissance of the ground control was done. The point network was completed by 15 detailed measuring points using the GPS method and the method of polygonal traverse and polar method. There was used the electronic total station Leica TC407 for polar method and for polygonal traverse, for GPS was used apparatus Leica GPS system 300 for the measuring in terrain.

The subject of my diploma project has been detailed surveying of planimetry and altitude points in the part of the area of the river Ostřice as control points in order to watch long time changes of the landscape. Mapping work carried out in the surroundings of the village land Hodňov in the cadastral territory of Horni Plana 5-2 in the approximate area of 27 hectare. The aim of this work was the creation of planimetric and hypsographic plan at a scale of 1:500, which was based on field reconnaissance and the current point field, the proposal stabilization and surveying detailed points, a detailed surveying situation, computational work and graphic processing. The alignment of interest locations were used tacheometrical method. Height detailed and auxiliary points were determined trigonometric and situation were determined polar. For measurement purposes was used a total station Leica TCR 407 power. The coordinates of all points are identified in the system S-JTSK and height are identified in the system BPV.

This work was elaborated on the theme: Design of building a network of detailed positional point field as a basis for solving complex land treatment method of surveying and GPS. The aim was to assess the current status of position of the point field in the locality, spot field complemented by a focused method of surveying and GPS. Building a network of PPBP served for the implementation of comprehensive land consolidation in the cadastral Chudenín in Klatovy. Reconnaissance of the existing points of positional point field was made based on geospatial data and maps. The area has been designed and stabilized PPBP 9 new items. Focusing was conducted by surveying and GPS. For geodetic positioning targeting method was used electronic total station TOPCON GTS Series - 502 E. Positional orientation points using GPS was carried two-frequency surveying system Promark 500.
