CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo conhecer atravÃs da narrativa de duas educadoras o seu universo de formaÃÃo e prÃtica docente aonde se deslindam questÃes mÃltiplas sobre o professor polivalente dividido entre a profissionalizaÃÃo, o trabalho e a idealizaÃÃo em seu cotidiano com as crianÃas e a comunidade. A busca à a articulaÃÃo de saberes formais, informais, nÃo formais, histÃricos a fim de que esses estudos possam contribuir para uma teoria histÃrica e social do indivÃduo e, por extensÃo dos grupos sociais. O objeto sÃo as narrativas de histÃria de vida/experiÃncia/confronto com o saber/conhecimento transformado em prÃtica docente durante o ensino infantil/fundamental durante a passagem do sÃculo XX ao XXI em Fortaleza/CearÃ. Utilizamos da histÃria de vida como metodologia de pesquisa, mas, tambÃm a anÃlise bibliogrÃfica e documental, onde destacamos a AssociaÃÃo Nacional pela FormaÃÃo dos Profissionais da EducaÃÃo (ANFOPE). O referencial teÃrico à discutido atravÃs de NÃvoa com aspectos da formaÃÃo docente no mundo contemporÃneo e o conceito de ânarrativa de siâ representado por Passegi (UFRN) e Souza (UNEB). O significado da manutenÃÃo do paradoxo entre a idealizaÃÃo e a sua real condiÃÃo de vida à percebido atravÃs da fala dos prÃprios professores pela narraÃÃo de suas histÃrias de vida num diÃlogo Ãntimo entre a formaÃÃo e a prÃtica irrigado por suas identidades. / This research aims to know through the narrative of two educators its universe of training and teaching practice where they deslindam multiple questions about the versatile teacher divided between professional, work and idealization in their daily lives with the children and the community. The search is the articulation of formal knowledge, informal, non-formal, historical so that these studies can contribute to social and historical theory of the individual and, by extension of social groups. The object are the narratives of life story / experience / confrontation with knowledge / knowledge transformed into teaching practice during childhood / elementary school during the passage of the twentieth century to the twenty-first in Fortaleza / CearÃ. We used the life story as a research methodology, but also the bibliographical and documentary analysis, where we highlight the National Association for Training of Education Professionals (ANFOPE). The theoretical background is discussed by NÃvoa with aspects of teacher education in the contemporary world and the concept of "narrative itself" represented by Passegi (UFRN) and Souza (UNEB). The meaning of the paradox of maintaining between idealization and his real condition of life is perceived through the speech of the teachers themselves by telling their life stories in an intimate dialogue between training and practice irrigated by their identities.
