Orientador: Antonio Carlos de Jesus / Banca: Nelyse Apparecida Melro Salzedas / Banca: Maria Cristina Gobbi / Resumo: Considerando que os estudos sobre a produção de revistas especializadas, ainda não tem conhecimento científico solidamente produzido, apresento nesta dissertação relato fruto de pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo sobre o processo de gestão da informação, mais especificamente da criação a recepção da revista todateen, destinada ao publico adolescente, com uma singular característica, produzida integralmente no interior do Estado de São Paulo e uma das publicações da área de maior tiragem. O estudo objetiva também, demonstrar o funcionamento do processo de gestão da informação na produção de mídia impressa e especializada. A dissertação se estruturou com pesquisa histórica, bibliográfica e documental para assegurar o seu desenvolvimento estruturado em três partes: aspectos históricos e evolutivos das revistas no Brasil, a origem e o desenvolvimento da Editora Astral, o espaço contextual da produção e finalmente o processo de gestão da informação na revista todateen. Portanto a principal contribuição desta dissertação é demonstrar, pelo foco da gestão da informação, os processos pelos quais as informações passam até transforma-se em conhecimento disponibilizado no mercado editorial, através do seu conteúdo aqui demonstrado e analisado. / Abstract: The present work objectified to demonstrate as the process of information management in the production of a printed media, specifically, the magazine todateen. The research if structuralized, mainly, in the bibliographical research and registers, collating the historical moment for which had passed the magazines since that they had started in Brazil, until the present. Also to describe, minutely, the birth and the trajectory of the Alto Astral publishing company in its 19 years of existence, as well as following the trajectory of the magazine todateen, object of this study. The main contribution of this research was to demonstrate, for the focus of the information management, which the processes for which the information passes until changedding itself into knowledge, through its articles and sections, and being placed to its readers. / Mestre

The aim of this thesis is to offer a complete outline of the history of printed media in the region of Domažlice and other towns of this region from the beginning of publishing till the present with the aspects of contemporary trends.

The increased amounts of Internet users, emergence of new technologies that allow content digitization, create an entrepreneurial opportunity for news media to go online. However, the process of digitization has been happening at a different pace in different regions of the world. To understand the keys to success and to learn on mistakes, it is important to understand what are the factors that affect entrepreneurship and digitization of news media. The purpose of this study is to investigate the news media sector in Russia in terms of digitization of the newspaper content and entrepreneurial activities associated with this. After conducting a case study on online newspaper Novaya gazeta in Russia, authors conclude that transition economy factors have an impact on digitization of newspapers in Russia. Specifically these factors are state’s involvement in the business sector, political and economical conditions in the market and risk- averse entrepreneurs who run newspapers in transition economies. / Uppsök subject category: Business Administration; Economics

[pt] Esta dissertação tem como objetivo descrever e analisar modos de interação entre crianças e veículos jornalísticos a elas destinados: as opiniões delas sobre o material impresso, suas formas de ler e sua maneira de fazer um jornalismo que consideram de qualidade, destinado a outras crianças de mesma faixa etária. Toma como principal referência teórica os estudos de Roger Chartier, que afirmam que a leitura constitui sempre uma produção de sentido e que é necessário investigar o leitor não só a partir do que consome, mas de como consome. A pesquisa de campo, de base qualitativa, foi realizada em oficinas semanais, com duração média de três meses, em duas escolas de realidades distintas: uma pública, localizada no Leblon, e uma particular, na Barra da Tijuca. Foram ao todo 59 crianças, de faixa etária em torno dos 11 anos, que participaram das atividades organizadas em grupos de 15 a 20 alunos. A partir do registro da fala dessas crianças sobre os materiais impressos a elas oferecidos e da observação de suas práticas leitoras, pretendeu-se entender de que forma elas se relacionam com jornais e revistas; como realizam a leitura de impressos jornalísticos voltados para o público infantil, especificamente a revista Recreio e o suplemento Globinho; que considerações fazem sobre texto, imagens e pautas destes veículos; e o que fazem com as informações de que se apropriam. Os resultados foram analisados à luz da teoria de Roger Chartier e dos estudos de recepção latino-americanos, nos quais o consumidor de mídia, neste caso leitor, é visto como sujeito ativo, seletivo e informado. A análise do registro das oficinas indica que há, por parte dessas crianças, grande interesse por notícias, mas aquelas que fazem parte do jornalismo feito para adultos e não só para o público infantil. Leitores exigentes e bons conhecedores de mídia, essas crianças afirmam que os tipos de informação que mais os atraem não se encontram necessariamente em suplementos ou revistas segmentados para o público infantil. / [en] This Master Dissertation is a result of the records and analysis of the interaction between children and journalistic vehicles addressed to them: their opinions about the material, their reading practices and, in a final moment, their ways of making a journalism they consider qualified to other children. It takes as main reference Roger Chartier´s theory, which argues that reading is always a sense production and that is necessary to investigate the reader not only based on what he consumes, but on how he consumes. The fieldwork was carried out through weakly workshops, with three-month duration, in two schools with different realities: a public one, located in Leblon, and a private one, in Barra da Tijuca. In a total, 59 nine children, with ages around 11 years old, took part on this research, divided in groups of 15 to 20 students. Based on the records of these children speeches about the print material offered to them and the observation of their reading practices, the purpose of this study was to understand how they relate to newspapers and magazines; how they read print journalistic vehicles addresses to children, especially Recreio magazine and Globinho section; which considerations they make about the text, the images and the themes brought by these special vehicles; and what they do with the information they are exposed to. The results were analyzed through Roger Chartier´s theory and latinamerican reception studies, which understand the media consumer - the reader, in this case - as an active, selective and informed individual. The analyses of the workshops´ records indicate that these children have a great interest on news, but mostly news written for adults. Having a good knowledge of media, even print media, these students say that the most interesting information for them is not necessarily on newspaper sections or magazines addressed to children.

O presente estudo parte do contexto de importância da mídia local situada em municípios de fronteira e da pauta rural como temática fundamental aos espaços fronteiriços do sul brasileiro. O interesse centra-se no modo como o rural, especialmente no que tange ao caráter econômico atualmente bastante voltado ao agronegócio, é abordado nos jornais A Plateia e Cidade, de Sant‟Ana do Livramento e Uruguaiana, respectivamente. Tais municípios caracterizam-se como importantes polos econômicos de produção agropecuária e rotas de circulação e contato do Brasil e do Rio Grande do Sul com o Mercosul, especialmente com Uruguai e Argentina. Busca-se compreender como a mídia impressa local noticia o rural, considerando principalmente os aspectos econômicos compartilhados com países vizinhos do Brasil, Uruguai e Argentina. O enfoque recai sobre as escalas espaciais de ocorrência dos acontecimentos relacionados ao rural, a presença dos países vizinhos e das referidas nacionalidades nos textos jornalísticos e as abordagens que caracterizam as notícias sobre a temática. O recorte temporal contempla o período de sete exposições e feiras agropecuárias distribuídas entre os três países, partindo especialmente da 40ª edição da Exposição Internacional de Animais, Máquinas, Implementos e Produtos Agropecuários (Expointer), realizada em Esteio, região metropolitana de Porto Alegre, no Rio Grande do Sul, entre os dias 26 de agosto e 03 de setembro de 2017. Eventos dessa natureza mobilizam os municípios da fronteira e são também espaços de interação entre os países compreendidos nos interesses do estudo. Em termos metodológicos, a dissertação configura-se num Estudo de Caso, para o qual foram acionados a Pesquisa Bibliográfica, a Pesquisa Exploratória e a Análise de Conteúdo. A análise aponta para a temática rural com abordagem predominantemente voltada para a economia, seguida de práticas culturais e o turismo rural. The interest is focused on the way in which the rural sector, especially with regard to the economic character currently geared to agribusiness, is approached in the newspapers A Plateia e Cidade, Sant'Ana do Livramento and Uruguaiana, respectively. These municipalities are characterized as important economic poles of agricultural production and routes of circulation and contact of Brazil and Rio Grande do Sul with Mercosur, especially with Uruguay and Argentina. It seeks to understand how the local print media reports the rural, mainly considering the economic aspects shared with neighboring countries of Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. The focus is on spatial scales of occurrence of rural events, the presence of neighboring countries and nationalities in journalistic texts, and the approaches that characterize news about the theme. The period includes seven exhibitions and agricultural fairs distributed among the three countries, starting from the 40th edition of the International Exhibition of Animals, Machinery, Implements and Agricultural Products (Expointer), held in Esteio, metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, in the Rio Grande do Sul, between August 26 and September 3, 2017. O acesso aos conteúdos educacionais pode ser realizado usando diferentes tecnologias tais como, o computador, a Internet, os dispositivos móveis, TV interativa, entre outras, cada qual com diferentes restrições e, principalmente, potencialidades. Diante dessas possibilidades de acesso ao conteúdo educacional, deve-se atentar para a elaboração de conteúdos que possam ser acessados por diferentes meios, independente de local ou situação, visando à mobilidade e interatividade do conteúdo. As tecnologias e o advento da Internet permitiram a educação ubíqua e o surgimento de Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem, mas alguns problemas surgem quando o usuário não está conectado. Nesse contexto, esta tese apresenta um modelo para representação de OAs, utilizando diferentes recursos, inclusive a mídia impressa como um meio alternativo de interação e/ou entrada para outros dispositivos com o objetivo de favorecer a aprendizagem, mesmo quando o usuário não possuir uma conexão ativa ou equipamento digital à sua disposição. Como alternativa de integração de recursos criou-se o modelo M-ROAMIN (Modelo para Representação de Objetos de Aprendizagem Multimodais Interativos) voltado para a materialização de OAM usando a tecnologia de códigos 2D e aplicação dos princípios da Aprendizagem Multimídia, bem como requisitos para elaboração de conteúdo instrucional, o qual pode ser utilizado no ensino a distância ou presencial. Metadados foram analisados para representar o OAM do modelo e regras foram criadas com o intuito de facilitar a materialização do conteúdo de acordo com a necessidade e meio de acesso. Ao finalizar as etapas de desenvolvimento das aplicações e materialização do OAM, o modelo foi validado com turmas de Graduação e Ensino Médio. Os resultados obtidos nos experimentos indicam os benefícios do modelo como alternativa para facilitar o acesso ao conteúdo educacional com mobilidade e interatividade. / The access to educational content can be performed using different technologies such as the computer, the Internet, mobile devices, interactive TV, among others, each with different restrictions and potential. Considering these possibilities of access to educational content, should to develop contents that can be accessed by different means, independent of place or situation, aiming to mobility and interactivity content. The technologies and the advent of Internet enabled ubiquitous education and the emergence of virtual learning environments, but some problems arise when the user is not logged. In this context, this thesis presents a model for representing LO, using different resources, including printed media as an alternative means of interaction and / or other input devices to provide learning, even when the user does not have an active connection or equipment digital at your disposal. Thus created the model M-ROAMIN (Model of Representation of Multimodal Interactive Learning Objects) for to facilite the materialization of Multimodal LO using 2D codes technology and the principles of Multimedia Learning, as well as requirements for preparation of instructional content, which can be used in distance learning or classroom learning. Metadata were analyzed to represent the LO model and rules were created in order to facilitate the representation of content in different technologies. At the end of the stages of development of applications and materialization of LO, the model was validated with classes Undergraduate and High School. The results obtained in experiments provide indicators of benefits in using the model as an alternative to facilitate access to content with mobility and interactivity.

Apesar de ser um tema atraente, são escassos os dados que demonstrem aspectos da situação e uma tendência na cobertura de cadernos culturais desses veículos. A partir do acompanhamento, ao longo de um período, das matérias que viraram manchetes dos cadernos, em oito jornais do Estado de São Paulo representativos de suas áreas administrativas regionais e que dispunham de sites na internet; da análise de uma edição selecionada forma aleatória e das respostas obtidas por meio da aplicação de questionário aos seus editores; foi possível desenvolver um raciocínio e deduzir algumas características que permitiram a consecução da hipótese central do estudo. Registrando-se, assim, a possibilidade de que a cobertura desses jornais estivesse focada principalmente no acompanhamento da agenda de eventos e datas comemorativas, deixando em segundo ou até terceiro plano matérias mais polêmicas e relativas à política cultural. Ao final, apresenta-se discussão com base em teorias de jornalismo, como agenda setting e gatekeeper, aspectos de gestão de pessoas e informações sobre a formação profissional dos jornalistas, recomendando-se que novas formas de conduta devam ser adotadas. / Abstract: The cultural printed journalism, studied in vehicles of interior of São Paulo state, is the object of this research. In spite of being an attractive theme, there are scarce data that demonstrates aspects of this situation and a tendency in the cultural covering of those vehicles. Starting form the accompaniment, for a period, of the subjects that turned headlines, in eight newspapers of São Paulo state with importance in their regional administrative areas and that had sites in the Internet, from the analysis of one edition, selected in an aleatory way, and from the answers about a questionnaire sent to the publisher, it was possible to develop an idea and to deduce some characteristics that allowed the attainment of the central hypothesis of this study. Anyway, the possibility that the covering of these vehicles was based on the accompaniment of the events' calendar, leaving in second or until third plane polemic and relative matters to the cultural politics. At the end, this discussion is based on journalism theories, as agenda setting and gatekeeper, aspects of people's administration and information about the journalists' professional formation, being recommended that news forms of conduct shoud be adopted. / Mestre
