It comprises both the account of her personal path in psychoanalytic formation and the problematization of the relations between theoretical and technical devices and experience in this learning process. The account is based on session records, supervision records, recollections and impressions brought about by these records and the theoretical referential of Freudian and post Freudian psychoanalysis. The analyses and discoveries about the difficulties and conflicts present on the learning path of psychoanalytic practice engendered a process of de-idealization of both the practice itself and the value of truth of the theoretical and technical formulations of the pioneers of this métier. The conduction of clinical practice is revealed to be based on an ethical referential, in the sense of sheltering both the afflicted alterity and the afflicted other / O presente trabalho procura identificar e analisar algumas dificuldades e conflitos vivenciados pela autora ao longo do processo de aprendizagem da prática psicanalítica. Apresentam-se a narrativa do percurso pessoal de formação em psicanálise e a problematização das relações entre os aparatos teórico-técnicos norteadores do ofício da clínica e as experiências vividas nesse processo de aprendizagem. A construção da narrativa tem como suportes relatos de sessões, relatos de supervisões, memórias e impressões evocadas por esses registros e o referencial teórico da psicanálise freudiana e pós-freudiana. O trabalho de análises e descobertas acerca das dificuldades e conflitos presentes na caminhada de aprendizagem da prática psicanalítica engendrou um processo de desidealização, tanto da prática, quanto do valor de verdade das formulações teóricas e técnicas dos pioneiros no ofício da clínica. Desvela-se o encaminhamento do exercício da clínica pautado em um referencial ético, no sentido do acolhimento da alteridade e do outro em sofrimento

[pt] Este trabalho tem por objetivo examinar os impactos da difusão da Internet sobre o campo da psicologia clínica e, em particular, sobre as práticas psicoterápicas da atualidade. Para tanto, é feita, inicialmente, uma discussão teórica sobre as transformações em curso no contexto de produção científica contemporâneo, à luz do recente desenvolvimento das tecnologias digitais e, em especial, da Internet. Em seguida, a discussão concentra-se especificamente no contexto da psicologia clínica, no recente interesse desta área pelo estudo dos impactos subjetivos da Internet e no exame da produção a este respeito. Dado que esta produção é composta quase que exclusivamente de pesquisas empíricas e não contempla os efeitos da Internet sobre as práticas clínicas, o trabalho de campo da presente tese visou investigar esta lacuna. Em outras palavras, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa junto a 16 psicoterapeutas com o objetivo de conhecer o que estes têm a dizer sobre a chegada da Internet aos seus consultórios. Os principais resultados obtidos podem ser divididos em dois grupos. O primeiro diz respeito a indicadores clínicos que, da ótica dos terapeutas entrevistados, apontam para impactos subjetivos sofridos pelos pacientes-usuários da Rede. São eles: o prazer no uso da Internet, a sensação de onipotência que experimentam, as novas formas de se relacionarem com o corpo, as diferentes formas de excesso às quais se expõem e as novas formas de controle exercidas por meio dos registros que a Rede disponibiliza. Já o segundo grupo de resultados refere-se aos impactos da Internet sobre os próprios terapeutas, ou seja, às suas reações frente à chegada da Internet aos consultórios e à desorientação que experimentaram diante das novas questões clínicas colocadas em cena pelas aventuras on-line de seus pacientes. / [en] The present thesis aims at examining the impacts of Internet diffusion on the clinical psychology fields and, particularly on the psychotherapy practice in use presently. Firstly, a theoretical discussion is done. It is about the current changes in the contemporaneous context of scientific production, considering the recent development of digital technologies and, especially Internet. Secondly, the discussion focuses specifically on the clinical psychology context, on the recent interest of this area for the studies of the Internet subjective impacts and, on the exam of the corresponding production. Due to the fact that such production is almost exclusively composed of empirical research and does not consider the effects of Internet on the clinical practice, the practical focus of the present thesis aimed at investigating the gap above. In other words, a qualitative research with 16 psychotherapists has been done to know what they have to say about the Internet arrival into their offices. The main results obtained can be divided into two groups. The first one refers to clinical indicators according to the interviewed therapists perspective. They expose subjective impacts suffered by the patientsusers of the Net. Those are: the pleasure in using Internet, the sensation of omnipotence they experience, the new ways of relationship with their own bodies, the new ways of excess they are exposed to and, the new ways of control done by means of the registers set available by the Net. Nevertheless, the second group of results refers to the impacts of the Net on therapists themselves, that is, their reaction to the Internet presence in their offices and to the disturbance they felt facing the new clinical issues set in scene by their patients on-line adventures.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar contribuições da Supervisão Clínico-Institucional para a interface Psicanálise e Saúde Mental em CAPS AD (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial para usuários de Álcool e Drogas) servindo-se, para tal, de entrevistas semi-estruturadas realizadas aos supervisores de CAPS AD da cidade do Recife. Ressaltando o lugar de Supervisão não o único tampouco o principal, mas lugar estratégico nos CAPS AD para articular clínica e instituição a partir da ética da psicanálise, tais depoimentos assumem relevo ao que testemunham de efeitos em sua prática, ao identificar impasses e erigir questões na busca por avançar. Intervir sob a necessidade lógica do lugar de exceção na instituição foi destacada e testemunhada como condição estruturante à construção de um projeto coletivo, sustentando no modelo horizontal dos CAPS AD a instauração de diferenças de lugar na equipe. Tal corte é condição para evitar formação de massa a dois equipe-usuário, para instaurar uma abertura ao não-todo que não se confunda com todo-não (Lebrun, 2009). Poder prescindir do lugar de exceção sob a condição de servir-se deste é operar efeitos de uma transmissão da psicanálise, rumar à assunção do impossível do rapport sexual, castração enquanto motor da clínica e de uma formação continuada. Enquanto limite e desafio, a construção de balizadores clínicos que respeite a diversidade de formações acadêmicas e ainda assim norteie-se pela ética da psicanálise ressaltou uma transferência de trabalho que sustente a construção de um projeto clínico no coletivo, levando em conta a função psíquica da droga para o sujeito, rumando à contramão da démarche segregativa do discurso da ciência e do discurso capitalista. Para além das diferenças de conhecimento, há um saber que habita cada um que se confronta ao Real da clínica. Las investigaciones en psicoterapia en general y, de orientación psicoanalítica en particular han avanzando en estudiar lo que ocurre al interior de los procesos mismos, por medio de estudios cualitativos (Elliot, 2012). En este marco, surge el estudio de los "momentos de cambio" entendidos como aquellos momentos significativos en donde la persona que viene en búsqueda de ayuda construye un nuevo significado de sí misma (Krause, 2005). Adicionalmente, también ha venido cobrando importancia el estudio de las interacciones dialógicas entre paciente y terapeuta para comprender mejor la acción terapéutica (Peräkylä, 2013). En este sentido, el presente estudio busca contribuir a estas investigaciones y analizar el proceso de co-construcción de los momentos de cambio de la última sesión de un proceso psicoterapéutico psicoanalítico focal. Para ello, se hizo uso de un caso único sistematizado de 12 sesiones, de una paciente mujer en situación de violencia y su terapeuta, el cual fue grabado y transcrito de manera minuciosa. Se utilizaron herramientas del análisis del diálogo para observar a profundidad los momentos de cambio de la sesión. Se encontró que los momentos de cambio son el resultado de diferentes formas de co-construcción. Así mismo, el momento de cambio de mayor jerarquía se caracteriza por ser un "momento de encuentro", en donde paciente y terapeuta están afectivamente implicados y van aportando de manera dialógica y fluida sus contribuciones. Se discuten las implicancias para las intervenciones psicoanalíticas de corte focal y la importancia de la sintonía afectiva para nuevas formas de relación en el vínculo terapéutico / Tesis
