A fim de alcançar o estudo desse objeto foram definidos os seguintes objetivos: Caracterizar o ambiente de trabalho da equipe de enfermagem e identificar os fatores que influenciam na realização do trabalho das equipes de enfermagem nos CAPS. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa. O cenário do estudo foram cinco CAPS de Juiz de Fora. Participaram do estudo 15 profissionais entre Enfermeiros e Técnicos de Enfermagem, tendo sido realizado em seus horários laborais. Os depoimentos foram organizados por meio de análise de conteúdo de Bardin, com entrevistas semiestruturadas. A partir das narrativas foram elencadas as seguintes categorias para o estudo: Caracterização dos sujeitos; O ambiente de trabalho e A (des)Valorização do trabalho e do trabalhador. Os achados deste estudo demonstraram que conhecer essas representações do universo da enfermagem dentro dos CAPS torna-se de grande importância quando percebemos que os profissionais inseridos no processo terapêutico devem ter seus anseios e perspectivas acolhidos dentro da instituição para que possam replicar essa satisfação. Neste estudo, nas representações apresentadas pelos participantes, nota-se uma mistura de sentimentos, expectativas, frustrações consigo mesmo e com os outros. Quando os participantes falam de seu cotidiano de trabalho, o processo de chegada ao serviço, a equipe de trabalho e de sua rotina de trabalho no CAPS, aparecem nas entrevistas temas como o ambiente de trabalho, equipe de trabalho, relações com chefias, cansaço e sobrecarga, remuneração, falta de treinamento e a fragilidade no processo de contratação. As representações que emergiram neste estudo refletem o cotidiano e o viver destes profissionais. Este estudo aponta para que os gestores possam compreender a importância de qualificar e de manter os profissionais lotados nos CAPS em constante aprendizado, além de proporcionar a estes condições de bem- estar, segurança, salvaguardando sua integridade física e emocional, valorizando-o como agente possibilitador de mudanças em seu meio de atuação e aos usuários, alvo do cuidado implementado. Bem como os mesmos profissionais possam aqui ter uma representatividade, podendo dar voz às suas aflições. / The study had as object the Living and Working Conditions of the Nursing Teams that work in the Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS) of Juiz de Fora. In order to reach the study of this object, the following objectives were defined: Characterize the work environment of the nursing team and identify the factors that influence the work of nursing teams in the CAPS. This is a qualitative research. The scenario of the study was five CAPS of Juiz de Fora. Fifteen professionals participated in the study among Nurses and Nursing Technicians, having been carried out during their working hours. The interviews were organized through Bardin content analysis, with semi-structured interviews. From the narratives were listed the following categories for the study: Characterization of the subjects; The work environment and the (de) Valuation of work and the worker. The findings of this study demonstrated that knowing these representations of the nursing universe within the CAPS becomes of great importance when we perceive that the professionals inserted in the therapeutic process must have their aspirations and perspectives received within the institution so that they can replicate this satisfaction. In this study, in the representations presented by the participants, there is a mixture of feelings, expectations, frustrations with oneself and with others. When participants talk about their daily work, the process of arriving at the service, the work team and their routine work at the CAPS, appear in the interviews topics such as work environment, work team, relationships with bosses, fatigue and Overload, pay, lack of training and the fragility in the hiring process. The representations that emerged in this study reflect the daily lives of these professionals. This study points out that managers can understand the importance of qualifying and keeping professionals fully staffed in the CAPS in constant learning, besides providing these conditions of well-being, safety, safeguarding their physical and emotional integrity, valuing it as an agent Enabling change in their environment and the users, the target of care implemented. As well as the same professionals can have a representation here, being able to give voice to their afflictions.
