The presented thesis aim is to establishment a competitive business on a basis of a well prepared, viable business plan. A sport center will be designed for its purpose. The sport center wíll offer physical activities, space rental, its own sales and hospitanty. Porter’s Five Force Analysis, SLEPTE Analysis, Market Survey by Questionnaire Survey and SWOT Analysis were used to solve the problem. Privotal chapter is Custom design solutions, which are devided according to the individual subchapter of the business plan. The aim of the thesis is to create a small business.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na měření efektivnosti procesních inovací ve společnosti Red Hat Czech s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky. Ve druhé části se jedná o představení společnosti a pochopení interních procesů a systémů firmy. Poslední část obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení tohoto projektu, které vychází z analýzy současné situace společnosti.

This thesis focuses on increasing the customer satisfaction of travel agency. Customer satisfaction is a key component for maintaining market position, company reputation and its growth. Client satisfaction is especially important in the area of services, including travel agencies. Based on a questionnaire survey among customers, using the NPS method and the KANO model, measures are designed for increasing it. Also the suggestions are obtained to improve company promotion with the use of customer survey.

The main focus of the Hotel “Pod Zamkem” Diploma Thesis is to project and propose the best marketing strategy and use the most efficient and appropriate promotion method.The Diploma Thesis consist of two parts. The first section is dedicated to clarifying specific marketing terms such as Marketing Mix, Online Marketing Analysis SWOT, STEP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model etc. The second part of the Diploma Thesis deals with more specific practical issues directly applying the theoretical analysis outlined in the first section. Karafa s.r.o. je přední maloobchodní prodejce květin v České republice a v současnosti řeší problém vysoké fluktuace zaměstnanců a jejich nedostatečnou motivaci. Autor této práce použije především dotazník a další výzkumné metody, aby zjistil, jak jsou zaměstnanci spokojení se svou prací, a čím jsou motivováni. Cílem této teze bude návrh řešení, které pomůže zdokonalit personální činnosti a procesy ve firmě Karafa s.r.o.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the actual state of manpower and managerial activity at the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) as the highest judicial authority. Based on the findings from the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with the managers of the SAC changes in the management of the SAC are proposed that shall lead to the intended aim, i. e. increase efficiency of managerial work.

Our theoretical-empirical thesis is dedicated to differences in the evaluation of the quality of interpreting. In the theoretical part of our thesis we describe representative studies in aforementioned field and their conclusions. We use them as a basis for the hypothesis of our own research in which we suppose that the formal aspect of an intepreter's delivery will influence the overall evaluation of the quality of his rendering and will be perceived by the respondents as a more important criterion than the logical cohesion of the speech. In the empirical part of our thesis we describe the design and development of our experiment. In this experiment different groups of respondents evaluated nine videos of an interpreter's rendering conducted under specific parameters defined beforehand. Subsequently we evaluate conclusions of our basic and test research. We conclude our work with a partial confirmation of our initial hypothesis.

This diploma thesis is focused on the creation of model tasks (by means of an experiment) for the study of biology at secondary schools and concerns the effects of temperature on plant growth. The selected tasks utilize the new didactic approach by means of the so called inquiry based education. This method of teaching contributes to the development of individual deduction reasoning and encourages the students to actively think about the subject matter. The thesis provides the necessary theoretical background for the topic together with the description of methods and material needed for the conducting the experiments. Furthermore, the thesis describes the necessary instructions and procedures to conduct the experiment and its use in the secondary school teaching practice and presents the requisite methodical guidelines and worksheets for them. Simultaneously, the thesis verifies the didactic applicability of the experiment and the worked out materials through a questionnaire survey and monitored application of the model tasks at secondary schools. The main goal of the thesis is to describe a position of the real experiment in chemistry at the beginning of the 21 century and to contribute to solution of speculations if this didactic tool is or is not at current schools such a rarity as it's often described. The starting point of the thesis is extensive research of the literature related to history of natural science literacy which is condition not only for the right experiment interpretation but also of its suitable usage in the lessons. The theoretical part observes also the ensuring of the chemical experiment in the curricular documents and its position in the chemistry teaching in recent past. The experiment is a dynamic visualia therefore the visualias are classified in particular part of the thesis and their occurrence and function are described - in today's information society, chemistry textbooks, as a part of hypermedia programs for chemistry teaching and in lessons in general. BACKGROUND: The most numerous group from children due to perinatal burden is a group of prematurely born children and whose number continues to increase constantly. The children have higher probability of health problems and they are at risk of a complex threat to their successful development. Premature childbirth is a complicated difficult life situation for parents. Strongly reduced mental well- being is often developed at these parents and sometimes even some clinical symptoms (especially depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder). Such parenting (as well as other factors) greatly diminishes the overall interaction and communication with the child (especially their sensitivity and responsiveness) which can also be reflected in the parental style. AIM: The aim of the empirical part was to describe the occurrence of individual educational styles in healthy preterm infants 8-12 years old. METHODS: A Questionnaire of parental styles for children between the ages of 8 and 12 was used for this purpose (Čáp, Čechová & Boschek, 2000). RESULTS: A sample of 35 children showed that the most perceived parental style was a style characterized by a negative emotional relationship combined with a strong direction.
