Jak jsou žáci středních škol vzdělaní v oboru biologie virů / How are high school students informed about virus biologySolarová, Pavlína January 2012 (has links)
Biology is the study of viruses, which are engaged in teaching 2-3 lessons. During those hours, students must not only absorb information about the structure and function of the virus, but also the reproduction of the organism, several representatives and, ultimately, diseases that cause that exists prevention and treatment these diseases. Students remember what it is for the vaccine, the virus infects whom, how they can get infected or what the immune system. What makes the problem of students are questions: which of the viral disease is, what constitutes a viral particle, or what is an infectious disease. In the RVP G is determined curriculum is very vaguely. The teacher thus has a certain freedom in creating the ŠVP and its preparations. To more precise what students should know for graduation, testing requirements used common catalog of the school-leaving examination in this case of biology, who has broken the outputs of the curriculum of all biological disciplines.

Annotation In my dissertation I deal with whole numbers and how to teach them using a computer and the interactive whiteboard. The dissertation is divided into three parts: a theoretical one, a questionnaire quest an a practical part. In the first part, which is devoted to theory, I examine teaching principles and the way of testing students´ knowledge, skills and learnig habits. In addition, I also examine possibilities for using a computer in the lessons focused on work with the interactive whiteboard. Part 2 provides my own questionnaire guest which I carried out in selected elementary schools. Its objective was to find out about the presence and use of interactive whiteboards as well as teachers´experience when using this teaching aid. Part 3 {--} a practical one {--} comprises worksheets prepared by me for the interactive board and shows their usage in teaching lessons in the seventh form of elementary school. Futher I present the findings which I gained when teaching my own lessons.

Process simulation and assessment of a back-up condensate stabilization unitRahmanian, Nejat, Bin Ilias, I., Nasrifar, K. 06 July 2015 (has links)
Yes / A simulation was conducted using Aspen HYSYS® software for an industrial scale condensate stabilization unit and the results of the product composition from the simulation were compared with the plant data. The results were also compared to the results obtained using PRO/II software. The results show that the simulation is in good agreement with the plant data, especially for medium range hydrocarbons. For hydrocarbons lighter than C5, the simulation results over predict the plant data while for hydrocarbons heavier than C9 this trend is reversed. The influences of steam temperature and pressure, as well as feed conditions (flow rate, temperature and pressure) for the product specification (RVP and sulphur content) were also investigated. It was reported that the operating conditions gave rise to the production of off-specification condensate and it was also found that the unit could be utilized within 40–110% of its normal throughput without altering equipment sizing and by the operating parameters.

Cardiac output is an important parameter of haemodynamics. Despite the need for extensive monitoring in todays hightech medicine a method that can detect this parameter reliably on a continous basis has not yet emerged. We tried to develop a new method on a haemodynamic pig model, to continously calculate the corresponding stroke volume (SV) from the right ventricular pressure curve (RVP) on the basis of the pulse contour method. Sixteen pigs were examined. RVP and SV, among other flow and pressure parameters, were continously monitored on a computer-based-system. RVP was measured by piezo-resistive pressure monitoring, SV was determined by the ultrasound-transit-time method. Variations of stroke volume were achieved by altering pre- and afterload and by inducing myocardial ischemia. The pigs were examined under varying parameters of respiration, atrial and ventricular stimulation, and application of dobutamine. In a modification of the pulse contour method the area under the RVP-curve during the ejection period was determined as stroke volume (SV_RVP). This area is limited by the straight line intersecting the RVP at the time of the maximum and minimum of its first derivative (dP/dt). The calculated data for SVRVP was correlated to the SV determined via the ultrasound-transit-time-method. The regression analysis of SV and SVRVP showed a close and linear relationship between the two parameters with a small standard error. This was true for all interventions. It is therefore possible to monitor cardiac output continously with the variation of the pulse contour method used here. This technique with little invasion may be used for monitoring on intensive care units and for the perioperative care. First of all it opens new ways in ambulatory diagnosis and optimizing medical therapy of patients with congestive heart failure.

Možnosti integrace učiva Výchovy ke zdraví a VV na 2. stupni ZŠ / Options integration of health education curriculum and VV at the 2nd primary schoolHajná, Magdalena January 2018 (has links)
in English DP: Possibilities of integration of the subjects of Health Education and Art Education at the Secondary School Autor: Bc. Magdalena Hajná This diploma thesis presents results of examining the possibility of integration of subjects of "Art education" and "Health Education" at the lower secondary level of education. The result is a project of linking the selected subjects into the education curriculum for the sixth year of elementary school. In a theoretical part, I focused on the brief history and the present of education fields of Health Education and Art Education. I outlined its basic characteristics; I summarized important starting points for their integration and I outlined the common goals and contents. I have used weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis made in a specific studied school in Prague to specify and refine focus and form of this thesis. Another source of data was a School Counseling Program called "Spolu to zvládnem" (in English: Together we succeed) which was previously run on the studied school. Goal of the program mentioned was to rebuild class team spirit after a part of children leaving class in favor of eight-year grammar schools. As a practical part of this diploma thesis project, I have collected data of knowledge and experience of the...

Pragmatika aspektů řečové komunikace na základní škole / Pragmatic aspects of speech communication at the elementary schoolBenešová, Dominika January 2014 (has links)
Communication skill is one of the key competencies that pupils should achieve during the compulsory education. The subject of this work - teaching pragmatic aspects is closely related to communication competence. The thesis focuses on teaching of pragmatic aspects in primary schools. Based on the theoretical literature there are defined basic terms such as cooperative communication, politeness principle, manipulation, argumentation, nonverbal communication and assertiveness. In the practical part the thesis focuses on the analysis of textbooks - how are the pragmatic aspects included in the textbooks. Other part is concerned with the analysis of the survey in which several teachers were asked about how the pragmatic aspects of speech communication are taught and how well is this subject matter mastered by their pupils. The last section includes worksheets, in which the activities are designed to practice examined pragmatic aspects.
