Paslaugų, teikiamų senyvo amžiaus kurtiesiems Vilniaus kurčiųjų reabilitacijos centre, pokyčio analizė SANTRAUKA Šio darbo tikslas – apžvelgti teorinę klausos sutrikimo sampratą, aptarti nagrinėjamo amžiaus ypatybes bei supažindinti su Lietuvoje esančia kurčiųjų reabilitacijos sistema. Pagrindinis tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti paslaugų, teikiamų senyvo amžiaus kurtiesiems Vilniaus kurčiųjų reabilitacijos centre, pokytį per pastaruosius trejus metus. Iškelti tokie tyrimo uždaviniai: nustatyti senyvo amžiaus (55 - 76 m.) Vilniaus kurčiųjų reabilitacijos centro (Toliau − VKRC) lankytojų demografines charakteristikas; išsiaiškinti senyvo amžiaus kurčiųjų, besilankančių VKRC, socialinius poreikius; nustatyti Vilniaus kurčiųjų reabilitacijos centre teikiamų paslaugų rūšis; išsiaiškinti Vilniaus kurčiųjų reabilitacijos centre dirbančių specialistų vaidmenį kurtiesiems integruojantis į visuomenę; ištirti senyvo amžiaus kurčiųjų socialinį aktyvumą VKRC kurčiųjų bendruomenėje; įvertinti VKRC klientų demografinių charakteristikų, socialinių poreikių bei socialinio aktyvumo pokytį per pastaruosius trejus metus; ištirti VKRC bendruomenei teikiamų paslaugų bei specialistų vaidmens pokytį aukščiau nurodytais aspektais. The main target of research is to analyze the alteration of services, which are provided for elderly deaf people in Vilnius Deaf Rehabilitation Center, during the past three years. Aim of the study. To estimate patients’ opinion about the services provided at the children rehabilitation centre. Methods. An anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out at Kačerginė children rehabilitation centre from June until December of 2005. 197 patients (10-17 years old) participated in the survey. Statistical analysis was performed using the statistical package SPSS 9.0 for Windows. The associations between the variables were tested by Chi squared test and z criterion. Differences between means of two independent samples were evaluated using a criterion of Mann-Whitney. The strength of the association between rank variables was assessed by the application of the Spearman correlation coefficient. Results. The majority of patients (77%) at the children rehabilitation centre were satisfied with the provided services and with the variety and number of provided medical services (82%). The staff (especially physicians) was evaluated better than physical, emotional environment, and regimen. Girls evaluated emotional and physical environment, and especially learning, more critically than boys. Younger patients in comparison to older ones better evaluated the staff and physical environment. The major part (75%) of the patients indicated that during the course of treatment their health improved, more than a half of them (60%) would like to come back to the rehabilitation centre, and 63.3% of them would recommend it to their friends. Psichosocialinė reabilitacija – labai jauna profesinės veiklos sritis, gyvuojanti vos pirmą dešimtmetį, tai yra viena iš prioritetinių psichikos sveikatos paslaugų Lietuvoje, kurios dėka psichikos negalią turintys asmenys turi galimybę integruotis į visuomenės gyvenimą ir aktyviai jame dalyvauti. Vykdydamas psichosocialinės reabilitacijos procesą, socialinis darbuotojas remiasi savo profesinėmis kompetencijomis, tai yra savo įgūdžiais, žiniomis bei vertybėmis. Svarbu pabrėžti, kad socialinių darbuotojų, dirbančių psichosocialinės reabilitacijos centruose, profesinės kompetencijos problema Lietuvoje yra nauja, aktuali bei nėra išdiskutuota iki galo. Išsiaiškinta, kad psichosocialinė reabilitacija bei jos specialistų atliekamas darbas Lietuvoje yra mažai nagrinėjamas, todėl tyrimo tikslas buvo atskleisti teorinius ir praktinius socialinio darbuotojo veiklos ypatumus psichosocialinės reabilitacijos centruose. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti iškelti 3 uždaviniai: atskleisti psichosocialinės reabilitacijos proceso, orientuoto į ilgalaikę psichikos negalią turinčius asmenis, teorines charakteristikas; atskleisti socialinio darbo svarbą psichosocialinės reabilitacijos procese bei nustatyti ir įvertinti socialinių darbuotojų veiklos ypatumus, psichosocialinės reabilitacijos centruose teikiant socialines paslaugas psichikos sveikatos problemų turintiems klientams. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Psychosocial rehabilitation is a quite new sphere of professional activities that exists for its first decade; however, it is one of the priorities of mental health services in Lithuania that provides mentally disabled persons with an opportunity of integration in the community and active involvement in its life. In course of implementation of the psychosocial rehabilitation process, the social worker bases his/her activities on the own professional competences, i.e. the own skills, knowledge and values. It is important to stress that the problem of professional competence of social workers engaged at centers of psychosocial rehabilitation is a new problem in Lithuania; however, it is an urgent one that is not finally settled. It was elucidated that psychosocial rehabilitation and the works performed by professionals of this sector in Lithuania are poorly explored, so the aim of this research was disclosing the theoretical and practical peculiarities of the activities of a social worker at centers of psychosocial rehabilitation.
