Les recours à l'acte violent sont étudiés essentiellement chez les adolescents, alors que les souffrances des jeunes filles sont abordées en terme de mise à mal du corps propre, à travers des manifestations psychopathologiques singulières (troubles des conduites alimentaires, attaques du corps, scarifications...). La recherche concerne la place et le rôle du féminin dans les recours à l'acte violent d'adolescentes délinquantes, avec pour corollaire plusieurs interrogations concernant le sens que revêtent ces agirs violents, en tant qu'expression d'un éventuel changement de la symptomatologie actuelle et particulière de l'adolescence. La question d'une spécificité de la violence au féminin, notamment lors du processus adolescent, processus mettant particulièrement à mal les notions de normal et de pathologique, sera posée, ainsi que celle du lien entre traumatisme, féminin, et recours à l'acte. La référence théorique est la psychopathologie psychanalytique, dans ses deux dimensions, intrapsychique et intersubjective, prenant en compte le nouage entre l'architecture psychique du sujet et sa rencontre avec le socius. La méthodologie repose sur une démarche clinique, basée sur des entretiens et la passation d'épreuves projectives, auprès d'adolescentes ayant commis des actes délictueux. La présente recherche souligne la variété des fonctionnements psychiques dans lesquels se rencontrent les agir violents, la prépondérance des identifications dans l'accès à un féminin apaisé, tempérant l'impact des traumatismes, et l'importance du contexte socioculturel dans lequel se déploient ces actes violents. / AThe use of violent acts is studied mainly in male adolescents, while the suffering of girls is discussed in terms of hurting their own body, through singular psychopathological symptoms (eating disorders, attacks to the body, scarification ...). This research considers the place and role of being female in the use of violent acts by teenage offenders, with a corresponding number of questions about the meaning of these violent acts, as an expression of a possible change in the present symptomatology of adolescence. The question of specificity of violence from young girls, especially during the adolescent process, particularly the process undermining the concepts of normal and pathological will be asked, as well as the relationship between trauma, femininity, and use of violent acts. The theoretical reference is the psychoanalytic psychopathology in both aspects, intrapsychic and intersubjective, taking into account the tie between the psychic architecture of the subject and the meeting with socius. The methodology is based on a clinical approach, based on interviews and the placing of projective tests, with adolescents who have committed illegal violent acts. This research highlights the variety of psychic functioning in which meet the violent act, the balance of identifications in access to a calm femininity, tempering the impact of trauma and the importance of the sociocultural context in which these violent acts are deployed .

L’approche de la problématique des agirs via les tests projectifs en se penchant sur l’expression des défaillances narcissiques du sujet, propose, le plus souvent, une vision unitaire basée sur le mécanisme du recours à l’acte tel que définit par Balier. Nous proposerons de traiter cette question à partir d’une dimension plurielle différenciant deux types d’agirs : le recours à l’acte (Balier) et l’acting-out (Lacan). Nous présenterons une étude mixte, quantitative et qualitative, à partir de la comparaison de Rorschach et TAT administrés à 24 sujets. Notre analyse de ces deux formes d’agir portera principalement sur la capacité du sujet à pouvoir ou non se différencier de l’environnement. Le groupe recours à l’acte se caractérise par une continuité intérieur / extérieur et un transitivisme morbide expression d’une absence de constitution d’un soi différencié. Le groupe acting-out présente une problématique narcissique spécifique dans la validation du spéculaire par le symbolique. Les prises en charges thérapeutiques peuvent ainsi s’aider de ces résultats pour proposer des approches différentielles au sein desquelles les tests projectifs pourraient avoir une fonction pré-thérapeutique. / In the modern societies, the answer to the criminal act is a prison sentence. Due to the nature of certain acts, with this prison sentence, some court-ordered treatments (COT) (obligations and injunctions of treatments) have been added. Ethically, this law request and its social asking don’t exempt to think about the prisoner ‘asking, which is the trigger of psychotherapies. There is any retroactivity of the law and of pronounced sentence. For this research, the prisoners were selected on their own asking of care (the court-ordered treatments couldn’t applicate). The asking of the prisoners is therefore a criterion common to them (these prisoners). In this context, the acts have distinguished according to the mechanisms which have governed the nature of the act: recourse of act or acting out. Many experts agree on the existence of premature narcissistic failures. However, discussions persist on the nature of the act and on its aspect, either single dimension or multiple and complex dimensions (objective behavior, social consequences and underlying mechanisms ...). Yet all these theoretical models on narcissistic failures lean on the “recourse to act” as if there was only a simple nature to act.

Cette recherche, en étroite relation avec notre pratique clinique en milieu carcéral, s'intéresse aux émotions dans les agirs violents. Les termes « émotions » et « agirs » sont à entendre dans une acception généraliste puisque nous partons de ce qui est visible pour remonter au fonctionnement psychique. Notre recherche s'intéresse ainsi à la clinique de l'agir et aux théories psychanalytiques de l'affect. Soulignant le fait que la prise en charge du sujet ne doit pas exclusivement se centrer sur l'agir violent, nous nous questionnons sur le fonctionnement des auteurs d'agirs violents et sur le lien qui existe entre un type d'agir (recours à l'acte et / ou passage à l'acte) et un fonctionnement particulier. Les fondements théoriques de la clinique des états-limites et de la clinique psychosomatique semblent pouvoir nous apporter des réponses intéressantes. Ainsi, à une analyse du fonctionnement en fonction de l'acte, nous préférons avoir une lecture qui part du fonctionnement pour éclairer la compréhension de l'acte. De manière générale, au-delà de vouloir préciser à quel fonctionnement appartient un type d'agir, nous souhaitons avant tout souligner la pluralité des fonctionnements dans la clinique des agirs. Enfin, nous chercherons à comprendre l'impact du milieu carcéral sur le fonctionnement de ces sujets. / This research, in conjunction with our clinical practice in prisons, focuses on emotions in violent act. The terms "emotion" and "act" must be understood in a general sense because we start from what is visible for up to psychic functioning. Our research interest in the theory of violent act and psychoanalytic theories of affect. It's important not only focus on the violent act and we questionned the functioning of the author of violent act and the relationship between one type of act (different type of acting out ) and psychic functioning. The theoretical foundations of limit states and psychosomatic seem to bring us interesting answers. Thus, an analysis of the operation according to the act, we prefer to have a reading that part of the psychic functioning to illuminate the understanding of the act. In general, beyond wanting to clarify what types of operation belongs act, we would first like to emphasize the plurality of functioning in the clinic act.

Cette recherche a pour objectif de clarifier les processus psychiques et la dynamique personnelle en jeu lors du temps judiciaire pour des adolescentes déclarant des violences sexuelles subies, dans le souci d'appréhender le potentiel institué par le trauma. La méthodologie de cette recherche s'appuie sur une approche phénoménologique qui permet d'explorer la nature intrinsèque du sujet et de son expérience. Des entretiens semi directifs avec ces adolescentes ont été retranscrits et analysés selon deux méthodes : une analyse lexicométrique par logiciel informatique et une analyse de contenu. En questionnant ce que vient révéler le trauma des violences sexuelles subies à l'adolescence de l'histoire de vie du sujet, cette recherche fait apparaître deux schémas de compréhension : - l'après-coup pubertaire réveille des traumas infantiles refoulés, sans pouvoir en proposer une résolution du fait des défaillances des objets internes. Le recours à l'acte traumatophillique apparaît comme possible issue, prenant la forme de la violence sexuelle subie. Ce trauma secondaire réactive les traumas primaires en en permettant un traitement, à travers la transformation du temps judiciaire en potentielle inscription de ces adolescentes dans une historicisation. - la violence sexuelle subie met à jour la problématique pubertaire par l'effraction du sexuel. La culpabilité des victimes provient de leur confusion face à leur désir adolescent. La mise sur la scène publique s'inscrit alors dans une quête de reconnaissance de leur désir génital. La violence sexuelle subie à l'adolescence est porteuse d'un potentiel créatif, dans la tentative de résolution qu'elle propose des conflits intrapsychiques amenés par l'après-coup pubertaire. / The objective of this research is to clarify the psychic processes and the personal dynamics at play during judicial time for teenagers declaring suffered sexual abuse, in order to explore the potential established by the trauma. The methodology leans on a phenomenological approach which allows to investigate the intrinsic nature of the subject and its experience. Semi directive interviews with these teenagers are retranscribed and analyzed according to two methods : a lexical analysis by software and a content analysis. By questioning what the trauma of suffered sexual abuse in the adolescence comes to reveal about the life story, this search lightens two ways of understanding : - the afterwards of the pubertal wake repressed infantile traumas, without being able to propose a resolution because of the failures of the internal objects. The resort to the traumatophillique act appears as a possible outcome, taking the form of the suffered sexual violence. The secondary trauma revives the primary traumas and allows their treatment, by the transformation of judicial time into a potential inscription of these teenagers in a historicization. - The suffered sexual violence brings to light the pubertal problematic, by the sexual breaking. The guilt feeling of the victims results from their confusion in front of the adolescent desire. The exposure on the public scene comes in quest for admission of their genital desire. The suffered sexual violence in the adolescence carries a creative potential, as an attempt of resolution that she proposes for the intrapsychics conflicts brought by the pubertal afterwards.
