[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Archaeological heritage is finite, non-renewable resource of human past. The most important stage of this heritage protection and use for public benefit is its recording. The objective of this master study is to reveal and evaluate immovable archaeological heritage recording process and its results in heritage protection of Lithuania. The core components of immovable archaeological heritage recording are inventorization, evaluation and registration. In heritage protection of Lithuania recording process of archaeological objects were initiated at the earliest comparing with other immovable cultural heritage ranges. Despite the fact that in the period of 1918-1940 there were no juridical base regulating cultural heritage recording, during 1934-1936 there were accomplished the inventorization of majority known archaeological objects. The first registers of archaeological objects were compiles in soviet Lithuania also there were established the institution specialized in cultural heritage recording, but due to geopolitical reasons there were no possibilities to practice or develop methods of identification which were broadly used in the West archaeology (for example aerophotography). ITIL outlines an extensive set of management procedures that are intended to support businesses in achieving both high financial quality and value in IT operations. Kubickas E., Kalbančiojo lūpų formos registravimas: Elektronikos inžinerijos magistro darbas/mokslinis vadovas doc. dr. G. Daunys; Šiaulių universitetas, Technologijos fakultetas, Elektronikos katedra, – Šiauliai, 2007. – 67p. Magistro darbo tema yra aktuali, kadangi lūpos yra vienas svarbiausių vizualinės kalbos dalių. Komunikuojant žmonėms svarbiausi informacijos kanalai yra kalbos ir vizualiniai ženklai. Norint suprasti vartotojo instrukcijas triukšmingoje aplinkoje kompiuteris turi pasikliauti vizualiniais vartotojo ženklais. Šiame darbe atliekamas lūpų formos registravimas pasitelkus OpenCV ir Matlab 7.0 paketą. Pagrindinis tikslas yra sudaryti ir išanalizuoti algoritmą tiksliam lūpų formos registravimui. Ištyrinėta 4 žmonių lūpų forma (kontūrai). Remiantis gautais rezultatais matyti, kad lūpų registravimas susijęs su keletu problemų – sudėtingas lūpų registravimas dėl panašios veido spalvos, taip pat sudėtingas vidinių kontūrų radimas dėl matomų artikuliatorių. Tiksliausiai lūpų forma registruojama naudojant žalios spalvos komponentę (G). Gauti rezultatai gali būti panaudoti tolesniems tyrinėjimams, tokiems kaip neuroninių tinklų apmokymas lūpų padėčiai ar raidėms atpažinti. / Kubickas E. Speaker lip shape registration: Master thesis of electronics engineer/research advisor Assoc. Dr. G. Daunys; Šiaulių University, Technological Faculty, Electronics Department. – Šiauliai, 2007. – 67 p. The theme of Master Project of Electronics engineer is actual, because the lip is the one of the principal visual speech part. For better users instruction‘s understanding in the noisy environment, computer must rely on the visual users signs. In the theory section there is described the most important channels for communication - speech and visual signs. There is performing lip shape registration by using OpenCv and Matlab 7.0 package in this work. The approach proposed to make and to analize algorithm for more accurate lip registration. The main task is to investigate how to detect speaker lip shape robustly, when their location is different. There is presented research of four people lip‘s shape (contours). The results showed that there are few problems, related with lip registration – difficult lip extraction because of the similar skin colour, problematic lips inner contours extraction, because of the visible articulators such as teeth, tongue. Above all, that the main task was reached – there was received the robust lip registration by green colours component. Received results can be used for the further investigations such as different expression pictures research, the neural network for lip position or letters recognizing training.

The study is about the foundation and registration procedures of legal entities. The author compares Lithuanian procedures with the proceduresof various different countries. Also the historical base of foundation procedures in Lithuania are described. The study is finished with detail analysis of different forms of legal entities in Lithuania.

Šiame darbe sukurta mainų programų studentų studijų registravimo sistema, kuri studentams leidžia efektyviai užpildyti reikiamas anketas, o administruojančiam asmeniui jas administruoti. Darbo metu buvo atlikta šios sistemos reikalavimų ir registracijos anketų analizė ir pagal tai suprojektuota duomenų bazė bei pati sistema. Pagal projektą buvo realizuota duomenų bazė ir sistema, kuri leidžia studentams pildyti „Erasmus“ mainų programos ir nuolatinių studijų registracijos anketas bei administratoriui jas peržiūrėti ir priklausomai nuo sprendimo jas patvirtinti arba atmesti. Ši sistema pritaikyta Šiaulių universiteto tarptautinių ryšių skyriuje, Šiaulių universiteto mainų programų registracijai. / The purpose of this work is to create exchange programmes student studies registration system, which allow to fill neccessary application forms for students more efficiently and to review filled applications for administration personnel. In the flow of this work, analysis of system requirements and application forms were made. Based on analysis results, system and its database were designed. Based on design, dabatase and system, which allow to fill applications for „Erasmus“ exchange programme and degree studies were realized. System allow to review and approve or disapprove filled applications for administrator. This system is planning to adapt for registration to echange programmes in Siauliai university.

The present thesis consists of three parts. The first one deals with the implementation of definition of will both in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and in the civil codes of foreign countries. When all the essential features of will individualizing it as a legal instrument are put into one, the definition of will is formed. The second part focuses on types of wills. While comparing different types of wills enacted in the legal acts of Lithuania and foreign states many will making peculiarities can be distinct and some attention given to the evolving legal regulation and practical application problems. The doubtful meaning of joint will of spouses, obstacles of discovering the existence of holographic will are of particular interest. The third part of the thesis concerns the recently established Will register, its activity prospects and the abilities of ensuring the rights of heirs after Lithuania’s accession to the Convention on the Establishment of the Scheme of Registration of Wills.
