Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка, включающего 61 наименование, приложений. В работе рассмотрены теоретический основы девелопмента недвижимости, который включает основные понятия и термины девелопмента, историю реконструкции панельных домов, а также способы повышения комфорта придомовой территории. Разработана концепция девелоперского проекта, которая включает в себя: рейтинговые оценки инвестиционной привлекательности территории; анализ района расположения объекта; выводы по местоположению и характеристике участка; маркетинговый анализ проекта. Проведено финансово-экономическое обоснование девелоперского проекта жилого комплекса, где учтены возможности реализации в поселке Талица, г. Первоуральска, экономическая эффективность, в следствии чего дана оценка экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщенные результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list including 61 titles, appendices. The paper considers the theoretical foundations of real estate development, which includes the basic concepts and terms of development, the history of reconstruction of panel houses, as well as ways to improve the comfort of the adjacent territory. The concept of a development project has been developed, which includes: rating assessments of the investment attractiveness of the territory; analysis of the location of the object; conclusions on the location and characteristics of the site; marketing analysis of the project. The financial and economic justification of the development project of the residential complex, which takes into account the possibilities of implementation in the village of Talitsa, Pervouralsk, economic efficiency, as a result of which an assessment of the economic efficiency of the project is given. In conclusion, the main conclusions and generalized results of the study are formulated.

Master’s thesis concern with the area on the edge of urban district Brno-Řečkovice a Mokrá Hora which is defined by street Terezy Novákové and Žilkova. In this territory is designed new residential complex which is integrated into existing buildings and area of the Czech Army. The main theme of this projet is created compact housing development with adequate population density which complete current built-up area and guarantee high-quality enviroment for living present and future inhabitants. Urban development respect surrounding houses. New complex has mainly block character which is created by block of flats and transformed into low row houses. In the proposed complex prevail residential function which is supplemented by public facilities like kindergarten, sports grounds and basic services. The urban philosophy put emphasis on human scale, high-quality public space and general contentment, liveliness and safety in street’s area.

My thesis deals with a project documentation processing of a new building “ Low Floor Apartment Complex – Horoměřice”. All requirements strictly follow effective legal regulations. The complex is comprised of three objects arranged as the U-shape. The two-floor object A is a combination of masonry from reinforced concrete and a wooden structure. The object B is a single-storey wooden structure and the object C is a two-floor wooden structure. All these objects are covered by a two-coating counter roof. My thesis is a construction technical arrangement, which contains a fire safety report, a heat treatment, a layout plan, a proposal and a calculation of a strip foundation as well.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a selected part of the construction technology plan for the Residential complex Troubsko. Specifically, it is focused on a pair of mirror-image apartment buildings marked SO 12.11 and SO 12.12. The building is located in the area of a former pond, which was backfilled in the past. The foundation strips are therefore placed on vibrated gravel pillars. The structure of the building is proposed as a traditional masonry building, the horizontal load-bearing structures consists of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and the roof structure is designed as a flat roof. The thesis consists in a technical report pertaining to the construction technology plan, evaluation of transport routes, technological regulation for the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor above 1PP and a time schedule for rough construction. Also elaborated are construction site equipment including a drawing and text part, a control and test plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities for rough construction, design of machine sets and work safety solutions are elaborated.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for the construction of a residential complex Nový Žižkov in Poděbrady, where I will focus on the technological stage of the gross building of the main building SO-01 apartment building – section BI+BII (56 dwelling units). The supporting system of the building is composed of a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete structures and ceramic blocks. The foundation of a residential building is designed as a reinforced concrete basin with reinforcing ribs. The diploma thesis contains a text and attachment part.
