Faktory úspěšnosti rozvojové strategie pro venkovské mikroregiony na příkladu mikroregionu Novostrašecka / Factors for the success of the development strategy for rural microregions on the example of microregion Novostrašecko

Koubová, Gabriela January 2018 (has links)
The development strategy is one of the instruments supporting regional development of the territory and currently is being applied in most OECD countries. However, preparation and processing of a strategic document can not in itself. For the successful evaluation of a strategic document is essential the realization of its priorities and objectives. The presented work focuses on examining the factors that leads to the success of specific microregional strategies. The thesis discusses in detail the factors that can contribute to the successful fulfillment of the strategic plan and lead to the success of the development strategy and thus to the socio-economic position of the region where the strategy is implemented. The theoretical basis was tested on the example of two selected rural micro-regions. As a result of the work, it can be considered that the most significant impact on the success of the development strategy has a factor of human resources, which confirms one of the hypotheses stated. Another goalof the thesis is to find out how the municipal representatives and the chairman of the microregion perceives the success of the development strategy. This evaluation also included the identification of whom the citizens are trusting enough to be able to assess the success rate of municipality or...

Zhang, Huiyi January 2014 (has links)
The rapid economic development in China has successfully drawn a worldwide attention and benefit its population, with a average 8 percentage GDP growth rate every year and 500 million people out of poverty. While a large number of people are seeking for the reason why economic achievement in China has been so dramatic and unprecedented, less people show solicitude for Chinese women`s condition and empowerment.    Women as a worldwide vulnerable group, their well-being need to be taken into consideration during the process of developing economy. In China, female population accounts for 48.47 percentage (633.2 million) of entire population. Under the big picture of economic prosperity, the author found that Chinese people`s living condition has advanced largely, the popularization of basic education and medical service has benefit the vast majority people, meanwhile, people can be more involved in political process to express their opinions. However, women are benefited disproportionately but still less empowered than men are. Moreover, since China is a geographically large country, the economic development has shown some regional characteristic, that means, in southeastern China, due to the convenient traffic condition, such as harbors, economic development process is faster than in northwestern China, where traffic and natural conditions are both weak. Would that cause a unequal empowered situation between women from different economic developed regions?   Women has been paid less attention through the history of China, let alone different conditions of women in different regions. In this thesis, the author will describe women`s different empowered situation in rural and urban regions of China, via a capability approach viewpoint, and discussion of whether there is a regional pattern will be based on (Dis) Empowerment model.

Su vieta susijusios kūrybinės veiklos ir jų svarba regiono regeneracijai bei ekonominiam vystymuisi: Varėnos rajono atvejis / Related to the Site Creative Activities and Their Importance to the Regeneration and Economical Development of the Region: the Case of Varėna District

Marčiulaitytė, Eglė 13 June 2013 (has links)
Dėl intensyvios žmonių migracijos per pastarąjį šimtmetį išaugę miestai virto naujų kultūrų formavimosi židiniais, tuo tarpu kaimo regionai ištuštėjo, suiro vietos bendruomenės, nunyko lokalinė kultūra. XXI a. ypatingą reikšmę įgyja kūrybiškumas ir juo pagrįstos kūrybinės ekonomikos vystymas, kuris šiandien dažnai laikomas pagrindine miestų plėtros bei kaimo regionų atsikūrimo jėga. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Due to the intense migration, expanding cities have become hubs for the formation of new cultures while rural regions have been suffering the loss of human resources, decline of local communities and culture. The 21st century, on the other hand, can be called the age of creative economy, based on seemingly inexhaustible resource – creativity, which today is often considered and invoked as the main driving force for both urban development and the regeneration of peripheral areas. This Master’s thesis is dedicated especially to rural areas and their regeneration through the application of creativity and development of related to the site creative activities. Theoretical parts of this thesis focus on the concept of relation between the people and the place (or site), identity, image and brand of the place, creative capacity and various creative activities are examined as important elements for the overall renewal of the rural region. In the empirical part of this thesis the case study of Varėna district is presented. The investigation is based on humanistic people-centred research strategy and a specific methodology by which the research object and the field are examined from the perspective of three discursive figures – a local inhabitant, a visitor and a researcher. Décentralisation et dynamiques locales de développement durable au Burkina Faso : étude de cas dans les communes rurales dans la région de la Boucle du Mouhoun dans la partie nord-ouest du pays / Decentralization and local dynamics of sustainable development in Burkina Faso : case study in the rural districts of Mouhoun, the northwest region of the country

Ouedraogo, Moussa 30 September 2016 (has links)
Due to the persistence of socio-politico-economic multifaceted crises and the inefficient of the centralized of the practice development management issues to curb the underlying causes, Burkina Faso like many sub-Saharan African countries were obliged to adopt new political reforms. These reforms which are more opened to the promotion of the democracy and the sharing power between the state and other actors are perceived as adequate ways to improve governance at the local level and as a catalyst to establish the most solid foundation for development. It’s in this objective that the process of decentralization was promoted by the governmental authorities. However, these decentralization reforms are imposed by governmental authorities and actors in charge of the implementation of development policies as a way that must allow the more effective implementation of sustainable development. It’s the turn of this problem of correlation between the process of decentralization and the sustainable development that have organized the work of our thesis. The methodology of research which combined qualitative and quantitative approaches has allowed collecting important information and data on theoretical and practical aspects of the experiences in six rural communities in the Northwest Region of Burkina Faso. Besides the magazine of the literature, surveys have been conducted in six target municipalities. These surveys concerned resident populations, and producers (men and women), local development associations, the mayors, the agents of the administrations municipalities, agents of the technical department decentralized by the state.
